"This hotel just opened within the last three months, and the location is great, right next to a shopping mall. The front desk staff were very warm and polite. The room facilities and equipment are complete, the only downside is that the room is a bit small, but this was clearly stated on the booking page, so it's totally acceptable. The service is also excellent; if you need anything, just call the front desk and they'll sort it out. Even food deliveries are brought to your room by a robot. There's also a restaurant, laundry room, and gym on the 19th floor, which is really convenient."
