This is our first time to Zhenjiang. This hotel is within 10 minutes taxi ride from Zhenjiang railway station. On 27 Dec 2023, we arrived late at night and all the shops nearby the hotel have already closed. So, no dinner. The reception staff, Fang Rong and 张师傅, took good care of us by offering snacks and carried our luggage into the room. The hotel’s location and environment are fantastic! It is located at Xijindu ancient street where you can stroll along the ancient street. The museum and old British consulate are within walking distance from the hotel, through the ancient street, past a 观音 cave. Another tourist spot, Jinshan 金山 is also within 20 minutes walk from the hotel. The hotel’s breakfast is delicious and good value for money. The hotel’s room is very clean, very comfortable and very nice. The hotel’s staff Steven is friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable about the area. Upon check out, we got a small trinket as souvenir. I had a pleasant stay and will definitely choose this hotel again. Thank you all for the outstanding service and warm hospitality during our stay.

The bedding in the room was very comfortable and the service was very good. After we confirmed the order, the hotel took the initiative to call to ask about the approximate time of the store to open the air conditioner for us in advance. The location of the hotel is also close to the city, just next to the Mengxi campus of Jiangsu University of Science and Technology, convenient travel!

I went on a spontaneous trip with my wife. I chose Crowne Plaza at first sight on Ctrip. The location is excellent, facing the beautiful scenery of Jinshan Lake. It takes ten minutes to walk to the right to Beigushan Mountain, and ten minutes to drive to the left to Xijindu and Jinshan Temple. The river view room is spacious and comfortable. It is quite pleasant to soak in the bathtub while looking at the river view. There are also USB and type-c fast charging ports in the room. The hotel's breakfast is Chinese style and I like it very much. It is a very satisfactory accommodation experience. I will choose here next time I come to Zhenjiang

All good except the room service, which I was forced to use, as I had to work late from my room. Ordering was not at all simple (having not spotted the QR code notice on the fridge work top. But response was swift, so too was delivery of the order. However, the ”Ceasar Salad” was sorrowful! Lettuce leaves awash in some sort of watery white fluid, with no discernable taste, some croutons and a few pieces of dried bacon. Especially disappointing given how lovely the fruit and vegetables are most of the time in China. Main course ”Lemon and Herb Chicken” should have been listed as ”Lemon and Herb Skin and Bones”!!! There was virtually NO actual chicken meat. Roated tomatoes and asparagus were lovely, Dessert was uninspiring, but compared to the salad and main course for sure the best course. The Wine? Completely undrinkable. Opened, poured a small amount to taste, spoilt. It happens, sadly! Would be a good idea to open the wine to test before serving

This was one of the worse stays, and definitely not up to five-star standards.
Hardware: The room is very small, there is very little furniture in the room, there is no refrigerator, no bathtub, the curtains are not electric, there are few light switches and their positions are inexplicable, there is no main sleep switch, the night light can never be turned off and turns on when turning over in bed. The bathroom layout is really average.
Facilities: There are no self-service vending machines, the supermarket is closed at night, there is no underground parking lot, and the parking lot is not monitored.
Buffet: There are very few types, the Western pastry is not fresh, the Chinese dim sum is not good, the vegetables taste okay, the coffee machine is either out of beans or out of water, the orange juice is the Huiyuan type that is not freshly squeezed and is always empty.
Service: I couldn't find a place to buy water at night, so the front desk offered to open a supermarket nearby. Therefore, the service is probably the only highlight.
Environment: The surrounding scenery is pretty good, and you can hear frogs chirping at night.

Great hotel with good amenities. Not far from downtown fun. Breakfast was good & hot. Staff was super helpful friendly & professional. Shower and bathroom had more than enough room (a pet peeve of mine is a tiny bathroom). Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel to a friend. Great deal for the price

The room is spacious, well designed, with dry and wet areas separated, so family members can use it without affecting each other. The sanitary conditions are good, the facilities are relatively new, and the service is relatively proactive and attentive.

GGuest User酒店房間設計很人性，細節很好，很多置物架，放行李簡直完美！一次性用品都用環保包裝，自己帶了洗漱用品沒用酒店的，還是覺得這點很棒。導航位置不夠準確，繞了三圈才找到。早餐簡單但是搭配很好，也不錯，只是建議服務員戴上帽子。

SSwamyAtour hotel is in a walkable distance from Danyang railway station. I find the hotel very clean and the service was excellent. When I was sitting in reception, Atour employee offered me water without asking. Special mention about the Manager Mr Wang Dong who could speak English and helped me guiding on local transportation. When I called him in the evening for some clarification, he picked up the phone even though he is out of office and answered my questions. Great friendly staff. I liked the breakfast also

GGodwin Ioratim-UbaThis is one hotel where I experienced the managers and front desk staff going the extra mile to engage with and reach out to customers to meet customer needs. I had a very pleasant experience at the hotel. Housekeeping is great, and I found the entire hotel and my room in particular very clean. Connecting to WiFi is completely seamless and without hassles. The surrounding location is great with supermarkets within five-minute walk. The metro station is just 5-minute drive to the hotel. A worthwhile stay experience.

GGuest UserI don’t know if I live next to the housekeeping room. The door of the nearby house starts at 7 o’clock in the morning. The door keeps on opening and closing. It lasts until 9 o’clock in the morning. I can’t sleep at all. Because I want that door to open, there will be wind pouring in and making a sound. There is also a bathroom three-shift door. Two are fixed fans. The dry area of the bathroom at night is directly exposed. I don’t want to understand. Before leaving, the check-out front desk attitude is not very good. I don’t care about the question.

CChrisUniquely designed, feels very western. Staff was great and had advanced knowledge of English. Beds were so comfy. Lots of shops and restaurants south of the building. Wifi was fast. Windows we’re big.
Only thing I didn’t like was the breakfast hawker outside of the lobby. It was so loud and violent that I thought it was a demonstration lol. I have the feeling that this is a daily occurrence so if you don’t want to hear yelling and banging pans for an hour every morning request a room on the east side. Even still, this place is fantastic and I recommend it
