Zhenjiang Hotels with Pools

The hotel service was excellent. The two standard rooms I had booked only came with one breakfast, but after some discussion with the front desk, they gave it as a complimentary breakfast. This will be my first choice for Danyang next time I visit.

All aspects are OK, that is, breakfast is average, the hotel is quiet, the price is good, in general, the stay is OK, the overall outdoor environment of the hotel is also very good, the feeling of the resort, the air in the morning is good

This is the hotel I stayed at during my National Day holiday trip to Tangshan Music Valley for a concert. Everything was great: convenient transportation, spacious rooms; I was very hungry when I returned in the evening and was greeted with welcome fruit, and I could take a bath; the breakfast was delicious, and there were even robots delivering food, and tables for dining. The earliest high-speed train arrived on the first morning and left on the last evening, making it perfect for a two-day round trip to Jurong from out of town.

I booked a room online in advance, and I used points to redeem the 4 hours in advance. Later, because of something, I didn’t arrive at the hotel until 3 pm. Who knows that the front desk actually said that the room has not been cleaned, so I have to wait for another half an hour. I have always emphasized that the front guests only check out. It is impossible for such a big hotel to have an executive twin room, and it is impossible for the guests of the executive twin room to check out at two o'clock. I said that if I follow my original time, it will arrive at ten o'clock. Do I have to wait for five and a half hours to have a room? Under my constant questioning, the front desk contacted the room and said that the room was available and cleaned. I didn't release it. I was completely speechless and the hotel management was too chaotic.

Despite our late arrival, the front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and efficient during check-in. They even thoughtfully upgraded our room and provided complimentary warm milk to help us sleep. The room itself was very comfortable, the mattress was incredibly comfortable, and the excellent soundproofing ensured a perfect night's sleep. Breakfast was delicious, offering a great variety of choices, and the service staff were courteous and attentive. In the afternoon, the front desk proactively offered us a complimentary late check-out, which was incredibly thoughtful! Overall, an absolutely wonderful experience!

The room was a bit small; a family of three was squeezed into a 1.5-meter bed room. However, that's on me for not checking the room specifications when I booked, so I can't blame the hotel. The swimming pool, gym, and restrooms in the annex building were all closed, and I'm not sure why. Those are the minor issues. Now for the positives: The staff were all incredibly warm and friendly. From the front desk receptionists and the lobby manager to the lobby cleaning staff, restaurant servers, convenience store cashier, and housekeeping staff – every single one deserves high praise. With such lovely staff, I'd definitely come back again. The hotel is situated in a park, which provides a fantastic environment. You can also visit the Mao Yisheng Memorial Hall nearby. Finally, the buffet restaurant was excellent. I was worried about not being able to order takeout, but with such great 'Guogai Mian' (pot-lid noodles) available, there's no need for delivery anymore. Next time, I'll pay extra to stay in the main building; the annex is too small.

Family travel, breakfast includes various Chinese pastries such as fried dough sticks and four or five Western pastries such as sliced ​​bread, croissants and cakes. There are only three kinds of fruits: watermelon, banana and pear. It is estimated that the room supply is tight during the Chinese New Year. The room is converted from a king-size bed room to a parent-child room. It is not too big. The toilet is independent, with a sink but no hand soap. The other is a bathing and washing room, with a bathtub and shower, but it is connected to the room without a door! The hygiene is OK, and the facilities are also complete.

The hotel is about 2 kilometers from Maoshan Scenic Area, which is very convenient to drive to. It has its own above-ground and underground parking lots with ample spaces, so parking is easy. The front desk staff are warm and attentive. The hotel facilities are complete, and it even has its own backyard, perfect for a vacation with kids. Every evening from 7-11 PM, the hotel supplies hot spring water to the balcony tubs in the rooms. The hot spring water quality is excellent, very beneficial for skin and joints. The breakfast buffet is rich and varied, and the à la carte dinner is also good. You don't even need to leave the hotel for anything. It truly lives up to its reputation as a major international chain resort hotel. Thumbs up! 👍🏻

After transferring from Jinling Hotel, I found this hotel to be much more welcoming. Next time, I'll have staff help with my luggage. The front desk check-in was fast, and the staff were incredibly friendly and polite. Entering the room, the warmth immediately made me feel comfortable. The fruit and cookies on the coffee table were a thoughtful touch, and the turndown service by the bed, along with the weather forecast sticker, really impressed me. They even gave a small keychain as a gift. These little details don't cost much, but they truly show a deep understanding of hospitality.

I haven’t been to the island in several years, and there are many more star-rated hotels than before. First, let’s talk about the advantages: the room is very large, and the bathroom is separated from dry and wet areas. I heard that there is a park opposite the hotel, but I didn’t go there due to time constraints. Next, let’s talk about the shortcomings: like all star-rated hotels of a certain age, there is a musty smell as soon as you enter the room, the lighting is dim, and there are obvious stains on the carpet. The bath towels are obviously yellowish. When I was looking for something on the ground in the morning, I accidentally found a cigarette casing left by an unknown guest under the bed. I booked an executive room this time. I don’t know what the difference is between an executive room and a superior room. Anyway, the front desk said it was a single room? It is recommended that friends who stay for one night choose the cheapest room type. The breakfast is very average, with very few varieties; after all, the price is there, so the requirements cannot be too high; but today I actually had octopus balls in my breakfast? It's also a small surprise. In short, there is not much fun on the island. I just came here to eat puffer fish and stay for one night; if the price is good, I would recommend it 30%.
