Zhenjiang Hotels with Gym

Honestly this is the best hotel I stay during my whole trip in China. Once I enter the lobby to check in they serve us with a tea. One of the lady also know how to speak some English which is good for foreigners. They don't really question us that much regarding our visa like any other hotel. The lobby is also spacious and very nice interior. The room I book for 3 people is so big too it can fit for 4 people. We were given the 8th floor so we get the view of the front of Nanshan. The laundry area is really nice, everything is there! The laundry detergent, the iron. And what I like the most is they have laundry services in which the aayi will help you do your laundry and even fold them for you! 🤗 In our room we also have a sofa which is great! I also ask for a late checkout but they don't have problem with it at all. After check out they gave us another bottle of water. Overall this is the best hotel I've had so far and will definitely stay here again when I came to Zhenjiang!😍 5 STAR!!

My recent stay at the Ramada Hotel in Zhenjiang far exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. The hotel's location is superb, right next to Beigu Mountain and the Jingkou Baoding scenic spot, making it incredibly convenient for sightseeing. It saved me a lot of time and effort getting around. Check-in was a pleasant surprise; the front desk staff were incredibly attentive and proactively upgraded me to a suite for free. The suite itself was spacious and well-arranged, making for a very comfortable stay. I particularly appreciated the thoughtful bathroom design, featuring a double vanity so my partner and I could get ready without interruption, and a bathtub – perfect for a relaxing soak after a long day of exploring. The room was also clean, tidy, and well-equipped, providing a truly comfortable and peaceful environment. The dining experience was also a highlight. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options, but the real star was the braised pork intestine topping for the 'guogai' noodles. It was an authentic Zhenjiang specialty with springy noodles and flavorful toppings – absolutely delicious! The dinner set menu at the hotel's Chinese restaurant on the first floor was also excellent, with authentic flavors and generous portions, making for a very enjoyable meal. The staff were consistently friendly, considerate, and provided meticulous service. Whether you're in Zhenjiang for sightseeing or just looking for a comfortable place to eat and rest, this hotel is an excellent choice. I'll definitely be staying here again on my next visit.

The soundproofing is really bad. Someone checked into the next room late at night, and I could hear every footstep inside their room clearly. The sound of their shower was as if it was right next to me. In the morning, the hallway cleaning was also very noisy… The tea eggs at breakfast were spoiled, and the fruit was unripe and super sour. Maybe that’s just how it’s supposed to taste, but I wouldn't dare say.

Despite our late arrival, the front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and efficient during check-in. They even thoughtfully upgraded our room and provided complimentary warm milk to help us sleep. The room itself was very comfortable, the mattress was incredibly comfortable, and the excellent soundproofing ensured a perfect night's sleep. Breakfast was delicious, offering a great variety of choices, and the service staff were courteous and attentive. In the afternoon, the front desk proactively offered us a complimentary late check-out, which was incredibly thoughtful! Overall, an absolutely wonderful experience!

Visited Maoshan in winter, and perhaps due to the cold weather, there weren't many people, so the room rates weren't expensive overall. It's very close to Maoshan, making it convenient to drive to. Hantian is located on a private peninsula, making it quite accessible, and the room size is also very generous. However, the weather wasn't great that day, so the view might have been average. The hotel is very suitable for families with kids, offering a farm and an indoor mini-children's playground. I'll look for an opportunity to come back when the weather is better.

Thank you for your hard work. Cleanliness: Excellent too! I used to think that old hotels might have average cleanliness, but this one was exceptional. The room provided plenty of disposables and small drinks, which was a very thoughtful touch. A future renovation would be even better! Five-star rating! 

Facilities: You can see the washing machine, refrigerator, even laundry detergent when you enter the door, and the preparation is very comprehensive. There is a lot of storage space, cabinets, cubicles, drawers under the bed, the room is quite large, and the utilization rate is also very high. Two 1.8-meter beds, the whole family feels that there is a lot of rich space for four people. By the way, carefully, did you find the drying rack? The store also carefully prepared the drying rod. The child was curious and used it. I immediately liked it. I hope that this can be found at home. Twin: clean and tidy, the layout of the room, the use of space, I feel that the decoration of the home can be referenced. Environment: The Ferris wheel can be seen outside the window, and the night view is beautiful. Because the floor is high, you can see the park design in the distance. Service: At the time of check-in, I prepared toothbrush slippers for the children, but we came back after a day of playing, and even the standard toothbrush in the room was not filled, let alone slippers. I hope you can make a note and remind the relevant staff. When I checked out, I sent a small gift, and adults and children were happy. Dining: There is no high-scoring dining nearby, you have to drive to find it. Although the hotel's breakfast is not rich, the chef's craftsmanship is very good, and the 3 cooking dishes are delicious. It is recommended to open lunch and dinner, the chef's good craftsmanship is not wasted. By the way, the quality of the guests is too big, and we are very uncomfortable at breakfast the next day. On the left, the child plays with the Pad, the sound is very loud, adults should eat and drink, there is no stopping at all, the two adults at the right table are swiping the video, the sound is also very loud, I don't think this is a public place at all, not your house. Suggest that the hotel make some reminder services. Next time we go to Jinshan, we will stay here, I hope there is a surprise!

This time, the king room with a bathtub was fantastic! The king-size bed was soft and comfy, ensuring a good night's sleep. The freestanding bathtub was clean with plenty of hot water, perfect for a relaxing soak. The printer and public computers in the lobby were super convenient, a lifesaver for business travelers needing to work on the go. The gym was well-equipped and clean, and the self-service laundry room with both washers and dryers was incredibly helpful for business trips or travel. The hotel was very clean, the service was excellent, and it offered great value for money. I'll definitely be back!

The service was great, and the hotel environment was also very good. It seems to be under the Marriott brand. Breakfast wasn't crowded, and the stay was quite peaceful. Highly recommended~~~

Facilities: It has everything you need. The bed and pillows were good; I'm quite picky about bedding and tend to be sensitive to new beds, but I slept pretty well for two nights. The small step at the vanity for kids was a nice touch, a bonus point. However, there's no fridge in the room, so there was no way to store fruits, yogurt, and other items that require refrigeration. The shower only has a handheld nozzle, no overhead shower, and the water pressure is a bit low. It's still usable, but the experience isn't great. It would be great to have a drying rack or line on the balcony. People come here for water activities and hot springs, so there's always a need for washing and drying clothes. Although there's a drying line in the bathroom, it's not ventilated, so clothes didn't dry overnight and ended up smelling musty. I hope this can be improved. Hygiene: The hygiene was very mediocre. The carpet was quite dirty, and the fabric stool in the room had stains. As for the hot spring pool on the balcony, I had high expectations, but it felt very dirty inside. The drain was clogged with several dead cicadas, which weren't cleared by the cleaning staff. There were many bugs, especially cicadas, clinging to various spots on the outdoor balcony. This is understandable given the season in the mountains, and the hotel staff responded quickly. After calling, they promptly came to clean the cicadas off the balcony. But later, we found a chirping cricket in the room and, the morning after breakfast, a cockroach staring at me on the sink. We barely kept the balcony door open for long, except to hang clothes, so I'm not sure how they got in. Environment: The overall environment is okay, I guess, but I don't understand why the public areas and lobby were nice and cool on Saturday and Sunday, but on Monday, when there were fewer guests, it felt like the air conditioning was turned off. I came back from breakfast sweating. Service: This hotel provides a limited supply of water per room, two bottles per day. You can request two more bottles, but any additional bottles cost 3 yuan each for Nongfu Spring. There's a vending machine downstairs, but the prices aren't cheap. Delivery isn't an option, so it's best to bring your own water. I booked two king rooms but was told they couldn't be next to each other, as they were interspersed with various family rooms. This is the first time I've encountered such an arrangement. Soundproofing isn't great either. There were many children being noisy in the adjacent room and hallway at night (though the situation improved after calling the front desk). Upstairs, there was the sound of chairs being dragged, which was a bit noisy and not ideal for younger children who need quiet rest. After booking, I called the hotel to request two bed rails for the two reserved rooms and was told to inform the front desk upon check-in. Immediately after checking into the rooms on the day of arrival, I called the front desk to request the bed rail installation for both rooms. The hotel didn't say they were out or didn't have enough. However, when we returned in the evening, only one room had a bed rail installed. When I called again that night, the response was, ”Let me check, and if we have them, we'll install them.” This irresponsible answer was truly speechless. But after protesting, they were eventually installed. Breakfast was very crowded. Our group of six found an empty table, but it hadn't been cleared. I asked a server to clear it, as we had two young children who needed to be settled quickly, and it was very busy that weekend. But the server told me to wait, as she needed to clear the table next to her first (which had no one waiting). Speechless 😑. Oh, and the breakfast restaurant had no children's cutlery! Overall, it feels like the hotel's service process and details are very poor, and staff training is also very inadequate. Most people who come here in the summer are bringing children to play in the water, and the only thoughtful facility is the small step stool at the sink. In other aspects, it's generally below par. However, at this price, I can't expect much more, which is why I'm giving it three stars instead of one.
