I took my children to Zhenjiang for an outing on the weekend. The hotel is very close to Zhenjiang Station and a taxi costs 10 yuan. There is a popular street next to the hotel, with many snack bars. It is very close to Xijindu Scenic Spot and Zhenjiang Museum. The location is really good. The internal environment of the hotel is very good and quiet. The staff is also very enthusiastic. The housekeeper Chen Chen is very responsible. He will contact in advance to provide some strategies and tips. He will also prepare small surprises for the children when they check in. It was a very good experience and I will choose to stay next time.

This is our first time to Zhenjiang. This hotel is within 10 minutes taxi ride from Zhenjiang railway station. On 27 Dec 2023, we arrived late at night and all the shops nearby the hotel have already closed. So, no dinner. The reception staff, Fang Rong and 张师傅, took good care of us by offering snacks and carried our luggage into the room. The hotel’s location and environment are fantastic! It is located at Xijindu ancient street where you can stroll along the ancient street. The museum and old British consulate are within walking distance from the hotel, through the ancient street, past a 观音 cave. Another tourist spot, Jinshan 金山 is also within 20 minutes walk from the hotel. The hotel’s breakfast is delicious and good value for money. The hotel’s room is very clean, very comfortable and very nice. The hotel’s staff Steven is friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable about the area. Upon check out, we got a small trinket as souvenir. I had a pleasant stay and will definitely choose this hotel again. Thank you all for the outstanding service and warm hospitality during our stay.

I slept until 10am and thought I missed the hotel breakfast, so I called the front desk. I didn't expect that breakfast could be delivered to the room at 10:30! So thoughtful! This hotel is located in Xijindu, the historical ancient street of Zhenjiang, very close to the famous ”three mountains” (Jinshan, Jiaoshan, Beigushan), and it is very convenient to travel. The rooms of the Shuxiang Mansion Hotel are distributed in Bao's Qianzhuang and Yuntai Building built during the Republic of China. It’s been a long time since I’ve stayed here, and I finally came to Biyu Garden again during the May Day holiday. Wander in the beautiful gardens in the hotel, take a walk in Nanshan every day to breathe in oxygen and feel the fragrance of various plants. Wake up to the chirping of birds for breakfast, and the green mountain scenery outside the window is refreshing! I saw that the lights in the hotel restaurant were also changed, but luckily it maintained the original style and elegance. The outer wall of the conference building has also been replaced, but unfortunately the wall-crawlers are gone.

The room layout is reasonable, the facilities are complete, and it is very close to various attractions. There is free parking and easy access. The price is not expensive, you need to make an appointment early.

酒店前台服務熱情周到，有暖水服務，辦理入住快捷 有歡迎水果 房間50平非常寬敞，衞生間乾濕分離，很大，衞生潔凈，床品質量很好，房間安靜，外面公園環境很美，早餐精緻，口味好。自帶户外小車輪子壞了，酒店前台值班工作人員及工程部師傅還全力幫忙想辦法解決了困難，找到了上帝的感覺，下次一定還來入住，值得朋友們親自來體驗。

Let me focus on the shortcomings: The front desk called at 11:30 am the next day and said check-out at 12:00. Because I had children with me, I asked if I could check out later? I was told that late check-out is possible, but a fee of ¥30/hour will be charged😓 I thought it was a big deal. As the highest level member of Ctrip, I have stayed at no less than 1/2 of the Orange Hotel in Huazhu across the country. This is the first time I heard this. There is a charge for late check-out! Please avoid this Zhenjiang Orange Wanda store! I will definitely not choose this hotel again next time I come to Zhenjiang! ! !

The soundproofing is so poor that I was woken up several times by neighbors talking at night; the floor drain in my colleague's room was blocked and the TV was only 20 cm away from the bed; the front desk refused to issue a paper invoice last time I went there, but it was OK this time.
