The location is right on the pedestrian street, very convenient. The hotel is very new. There is no bedside table where you can charge, and there is no socket where there is a bedside table. This design is really anti-human. The bedside phone will ring suddenly. I just unplugged it. The hotel decoration smells very strong. The curtains are not light-blocking, and they will light up very early in the morning. The air conditioner will report a fault in the morning and cannot be started. The front desk is answering the questions of the previous guests, while another front desk lady is swiping her phone. You hand her your ID card, she looks surprised and hides aside without saying a word. Another man who should be the leader runs over to chat with her. A novice child is left to check in.

I was very satisfied with my stay. It's very close to Erdao Street and Baota Mountain. The receptionist escorted me to my room. The good points are the excellent value for money and the nice environment. If it weren't on the 14th floor, I would have thought it was the reception desk of a large hotel. I even saw a rainbow from the hotel. The bad points are that the room is a bit small.

Located in the center of Yan'an, the pagoda mountain is down the Yanhe River, backed by Qingliang Mountain, the location is particularly superior, the transportation is extremely convenient for self-driving tours, the hotel decoration is relatively new, the facilities are relatively complete, the room layout is more comfortable, the view is superb, and the overall accommodation experience is still OK. But there are also some details worth improving. For example, there is dust in some corners in the room. When I checked in on the first day, the bathroom did not put toilet paper. The next day, the waiter cleaned up the floor towel and took it away without putting a new one. Although the breakfast was rich, there was no real coffee. There is instant coffee in the beverage machine, the carpet in the elevator is dirty, etc. The general feeling, service awareness and service level are still a certain gap from the four-star

The hotel is relatively new, located in Yan'an New Town, we booked 2 rooms, one of the standard rooms has a smell. So we asked for a change, the front desk told the whole sewer that there was a problem, or upgraded to the most side room, but we went, the whole room did not have a table, and the taste was more stinky, the result was still live in the original room for one night.
