Best New Aswan Hotels

The breakfast was too perfunctory. Although it is a new hotel in Aswan, don't have too high expectations. There is no parking lot in the hotel, and it was scratched when I parked on the roadside.

We chose a double leisure room, located on the second floor, No. 3. In the small room is a bed of about 1.5 meters, a desk, an open clothes hanger and a refrigerator cabinet. There is a balcony connecting the rooms. The first floor is the public living room of this house. The bathroom basin is higher than the average. There is no bathtub. It is a sliding door for rain shower. The living room is very beautiful, but on the first floor, it is a public space and is not used very often. The two corners at the end of the bed protrude, and one corner of the desk also protrudes, which is strange and impractical. There are not enough sockets in the room, and there is no place to plug in the lights originally equipped in the room. If you come to stay, remember to bring adapters and extension boards. The hotel is composed of many small villas. You have to take a shuttle bus 1 km away for breakfast. The hotel can contact the airport to pick you up in advance, free of charge. The hotel is very nice, it feels like a vacation, the bed is very comfortable, the location is quite remote, it is a long way from various attractions, a taxi is about 80 Egyptian pounds, in addition, there are quite a lot of Chinese people. The food in the hotel is quite expensive.

The food in the restaurant is a bit ordinary, but the juice and sandwiches in the bar are very delicious. I don't think it is necessary to stay in the old waterfall hotel. This one is very good, but it is a bit far from the city.

The room facilities are relatively simple, similar to those of old domestic 3-star hotels. The bedsheets are a bit lacking in hygiene. Bring your own bedsheets. There are no USB charging ports, slippers, etc. The hotel is in an upper location, 20 minutes away from KFC, and there are few restaurants nearby. My friend who was traveling with me booked a room at Qunar. When I checked in, I was told that there was no reservation, so I almost didn't get it. Ctrip is relatively reliable.

Hotels under RMB 1,000 basically have such poor conditions. If you want a better one, you have to spend RMB 2,000+. The service is still warm. My teammate had gastroenteritis and took a taxi to the hospital. The front desk saw something was wrong and came up to ask about it, offering to call a doctor for us and even running errands to buy medicine for us.

It’s one of if not the best hotel in Aswan, situated in an exclusive island with an amazing view of the Nile and Nubian village. The staff was super comforting and lovely. There’s a shuttle boat that runs 24 hours to the main center of Aswan. I had an incredible time here. ＜3

The door is the largest Souk in Aswan. It is very convenient to buy some snacks and water and coffee. Of course, you have to bargain. Hotel room facilities and hygiene are the level of the guest house, but the service is really good! There is a girl who can speak Chinese at the front desk, which is really cute! Very very friendly to the Chinese! Introduce us to delicious restaurants, and remind us to get up early to Abu Simbel to catch up with the hotel breakfast, the hotel can pack breakfast! The hotel is very close to the Nile River and it takes 10 minutes to walk. If you are in a good mood, you can sneak to KFC. Some local restaurants along the river can also try it. This season, the riverside wind is strong, a bit cold ～ Aswan hotels, basically two extremes, the price is OK here.
