"Ein sehr schönes und sauberes Hotel. Schön eingerichtetes Zimmer mit einem sehr bequemen Bett, ausreichend großem Fernseher, schönem Bad mit allem was man braucht und einer kleinen Küchenzeile mit einem kleinem Waschbecken einen ausreichend großem Kühlschrank und einer Mikrowelle. Das Hotel liegt sehr außerhalb von Augsburgs Innenstadt welche sich aber mit dem Auto gut und schnell erreichen lässt. Dadurch das dass Hotel in einem Gewerbegebiet befindet ist es verhältnismäßig ruhig. Meiner Meinung nach fehlt in dem Zimmer ein Wasserkocher und das Zimmer könnte ruhig auch etwas öfter gereinigt können denn es wurde bei meinem Aufenthalt nur einmal gereinigt. Trotz dessen war es ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Ich kann es nur jedem empfehlen welcher ein günstiges Hotel sucht aber nicht auf Komfort verzichten möchte ist in diesem Hotel gut aufgehoben. Ich werde auf jeden fall wieder kommen."

"Nice and clean property. Breakfast options are good and sufficient. 5 mins walk to the tram line 2. Service is good. No front desk post 11pm, so make sure not to loose the key if returning late."

"The counter staff is only on duty until 10pm. If you exceed the time, you can only use the emergency phone, which is relatively inconvenient. I went out to club with friends when I returned to the hotel I didn’t get my key to my room I waited at the reception for more than 1 hours non of your staff came out .. I have to sleep outside that day ,,, am not happy with the service and I didn’t use the room because nobody gave me keys to my room I booked"
