"This guy at the reception was quite rude. We politely asked for a complementary water bottle and he responded very rudely. Extremely pathetic behaviour. However, the rest of the staff was good, including those at the restaurant, they were very friendly as well. The room was not so clean, including the bathroom. The swimming pool was extremely dirty, and the water wasn't changed for days"

GGuest UserIt’s an average stay, no major issues but nothing special. If you want to spend a night, go for it but if you want a little leisure, check for other hotels. Definitely not worth more than 1500 per night. Breakfast too was just fine. Service is terrible, saw a cockroach in the restaurant where breakfast was served.

GGuest UserBig property, Big garden and rather playground, separate multiple wings/building blocks, if you go for non ac room, then that is really good value for money option, it's like 4.5 star things, however there was no towel, toilet was not cleaned, those were the issue we faced, no water bottle also pre available, you can order but do not get in room service, but at these price 1100/room(non ac), it's a fantastic deal. Go for it. overall 4.5 & value for money. Truly a Budget stay. (non ac rooms)
