Yangzi - a surprising experience in Nanjing ”Culture, aesthetics, humanities, history, and a home away from home” I took a break from my busy schedule and made an appointment with my friends to spend two days in Nanjing. I screened out business hotels and wanted to experience Nanjing's cultural heritage in depth. I accidentally discovered the Yihe Yangzi. My friends and I both love the retro style of the Republic of China. I didn't expect that the experience after arriving would be better than expected. The entrance of the hotel is not obvious. There are some residential areas and construction sites to be built around it. But when you walk into the stone brick pavement at the entrance, you will be surrounded by a strong atmosphere of the Republic of China. After checking in, the friendly and enthusiastic housekeeper took the initiative to lead a tour of the entire hotel space. The castle is built with stone bricks from the Ming Dynasty. It is a real antique historical building. You can feel the traces of time traveling from every brick. The interior space retains the spatial layout of the Republic of China to a high degree. The patinated wood boards and old furniture exude a particularly charming atmosphere given by time, which makes people curious and yearning for everything here. The aesthetics of a specific era endow the space here with agility and imagination. Walking into the ballroom where Song Qingling held a dance party and the private room where she held a banquet, it seems that the real scene is in front of you. The design of the room is comfortable and elegant. In terms of space hardware, under the premise of the old building, I personally think that there is no need to compare with modern new hotels. It has been relatively perfect. For me, it will not be reduced because of the loss of details. The enthusiasm of the service staff also adds more comfort and warmth to the living experience. (A dinner was booked at the hotel. The Huaiyang cuisine is exquisite and delicious) The unfinished construction site around may be a regrettable flaw, but for my two-day experience, the flaws are not enough to cover the merits. The future of Yangzi is promising. It is already the first choice for travel in Nanjing!

The first time I took my baby out for a holiday, I chose not to go to the old village. Although yiq has passed, because it has not arrived on the holiday, people are still not as lively as in previous years, and many stores have regretted closing. The boss is enthusiastic in service, Nanjing Aboriginal, and I have been warmed in advance. It’s really hot these two days. The floor heating is much more comfortable than air conditioning. The room type is the kind of two-story small attic, the area is large, it feels like Thai style? There is a smart toilet, a fast charging port and an integrated light switch. I feel that the homestay should be relatively new. The aunt's hygiene is good, spotless, comfortable and non-slip in the bath. The plants were a bit stingy because of the floor heating, and my mother poured water and immediately rose up. It is recommended to make breakfast more rich, wait for more people, come to order bread jam fried vegetables or something.

Best stay I’ve had in China. The room was very spacious and clean. There was complimentary fruit basket at check in. Got free special drink at night. There aren’t any restaurants nearby but the reception helped me order delivery.  they have an in-house restaurant which you can order from. breakfast was also great. The portions are huge.  the private spa was working properly, and there were no bugs inside. 100% recommend.

Recently, I wanted to experience the feeling of a hot spring B&B. Many people choose to go to hot springs when the weather is cold. However, when the weather is cold, there are many people, so I chose a season with fewer people to experience a hot spring B&B. Ctrip visited several hot spring B&Bs. , but there were a few bad reviews, so I finally chose Neighbors. First of all, this restaurant had a lot of bad reviews, and secondly, I thought the name was very good and artistic. 1. Location: It is located in a village at the intersection of Tangshan Expressway. It is easy to find by car. It is a quiet and clean village. There is a big tree at the door of the B&B. 2. I arrived at around 6 o'clock in the evening when I checked in. There were very few people coming to the hot springs during this season, so it was extra quiet. The lady at the front desk was also very enthusiastic and upgraded the room type and told me the breakfast time (I was a little late in bed and didn't have breakfast😂). Welcome fruit. There are tea bags and every paper cup has a plastic bag on it, giving people a very careful and clean feeling. They took it to the room and told them how to drain the hot spring water. 3. Environment There is no peculiar smell when entering the house. The house is very spacious with floor-to-ceiling windows and a small balcony. 4. The temperature of the hot spring is just right, neither cold nor hot, which can relieve fatigue. The front desk even gave me a small gift when I was leaving, which was really unexpected. I even had a chat with the owner of the B&B at the door. The B&Bs in the village do not have the hustle and bustle of business hotels in the city, but only the comfort of a slow-paced life. It is very suitable for you to come to the neighbors after a period of work, come to the quiet village to take a hot spring, and relax yourself appropriately.

The room is well-equipped and clean. The private bath is separated from the room by dry and wet areas. There is also an open corridor outside the room. I personally feel that it is very comfortable to take a bath in winter, but there may be more mosquitoes in summer😂. What attracts me to this B&B is that it is located in a quiet area, you can take a bath at any time, and you can bring your pet. Minibar first round and fruit are given upon check-in, which is very considerate, and the breakfast is very rich. The butler service is great👍

Nanjing decided to come to Tangshan for the hot springs on the return trip. The last room was taken. The star in the night sky was very bright. It should be very pleasant in summer. The overall facilities of the homestay are not bad. The second phase is still under construction. After completion, the scale will be more impressive. I saw the vegetable plot in the yard during the day. Very fresh, Dining needs to be booked. The room is large and there are welcome fruits. You can soak in the hot springs at any time. The children like it very much. I wake up in the morning and look at the pool and want to soak again. The mood of the sun is also old and beautiful. The room is not cold. It is very friendly to the children. The boss is very enthusiastic and versatile. It was a worthwhile trip to deal with the problem quickly

Facilities: Maybe the room comes with a private soup, so some corners of the room have a damp wall peeling off The hotel's own children's playground is quite good, you can take the children to consume some time; Service: When checking in, the front desk lady did not smile at all. After the courtyard room was set at the beginning, we upgraded the loft room type for free. It was very good, but I don’t know where the sewer pipe sounded loudly... Later, I couldn’t change the room. The front desk lady at night quickly changed our parent-child room, because the place to soak in the private soup was very dark and helped us take the plug and open a desk lamp... The scale of the pool is a bit... I hope I can think of a way to clean it later, the bathrobe has holes but we don’t wear them... The breakfast at the homestay is hard to say. Maybe the few breakfast varieties that people stay in are just like that, but they also cooked us staple foods such as noodles.

The room is very large and the sanitation is very clean. The oversized pool, the hot spring water temperature is just right, the room facilities are complete, the surrounding environment is particularly good, the bubble house at the entrance of the hotel is particularly warm in the warm sun, and it is super perfect to cook a pot of tea in the stove. The service is even more nothing to say. The service staff in the store are very enthusiastic.

I don’t really want to recommend it because two people are not very good at booking villas. There are so many rooms, so it will be difficult to book them if everyone goes there. The price may not be friendly😁😁😁 Facilities: Not counting the hot spring house, the room is not big but enough. The key is that the hot spring is really good and comfortable. The only thing is that the design of the bathroom door is absolutely backwards. How can it not leak? environment: The dew in the mountains is a bit heavy because there are no bugs to bother us in winter. A little rain in the mountains will make the holiday worthwhile. Breakfast: much better than the buffet serving plates and begging, but there is no freshly ground coffee. Service: The service is very good, from the housekeeper to the store clerk, they are very considerate. Set meal for two: The portion is a bit large, inconvenient to pack, and it’s not good to waste food.

In fact, I have never been able to get the design of this hotel. I always find it very strange. I won’t tell you exactly what is strange. Let’s experience it individually. The service is very good, and the employees I encounter are very warm and attentive. The room includes afternoon tea, dinner and breakfast. The portion of afternoon tea is relatively small, but after watching the dinner, you will know why. The portion of dinner for two is very large, and it feels like it is enough for 3.4 people. You should eat less afternoon tea and more. Otherwise, dinner would be completely inedible, but the afternoon tea was small but not exquisite enough. Dinner was really too much for 2 people, a bit wasteful, the shrimps were not fresh, other dishes were good. The breakfast is also very exquisite. Although it is a set meal, there are many varieties. We went for the private soup in the courtyard, but the private soup is not open-air, it is in a chimney-like cover, so it is very hot! Super sweaty! Overall quite satisfied.
