The back of the hotel features a spacious area perfect for strolling and playing, with breathtaking views of Taal Lake and Taal Volcano. 2. **Family-Oriented:** This hotel is a haven for families. The expansive lawn provides ample space for children to run and play. 3. **Wide Parking Space:** Ample parking space makes it convenient for guests arriving with their vehicles. 4. **Breakfast Buffet:** Though the breakfast buffet had limited choices, every dish served was delicious and satisfying. **Cons:** 1. **Unheated Pool:** Unfortunately, the pool is unheated, which might be a downside for those looking to take a dip in colder weather. 2. **Outdated Room:** The room we stayed in felt quite old and outdated. The chair and sofa had tacky covers, likely because they were really old. 3. **Towel Availability:** Surprisingly, there were no towels in our room upon arrival. We had to request them, which was quite disappointing considering this is a 5-star hotel. The room is big and staffs are very accomodating and friendly.only downside was the water pressure but all good. Definitely recommended for church wedding/venue. As the church is less than a minute shuttle ride. I love the view and food.will definitely be back

Awesome , rooms are immaculately clean and still like almost like new. A blisful stay with complete amenities. No deposit requireds so u have more cash to spend on the hotel menu. Breakfast buffet is the highlight of the stay. Going home with lots of smile and kudos to the team.

I had an amazing stay! The service was exceptional, and the staff are accomoding. The hotel itself was beautiful, clean, and well-maintained. The free breakfast was a delightful bonus—delicious and with plenty of options to choose from. Highly recommend this place for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!

The hotel's location is convenient, and the staff members were friendly and accommodating throughout my stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable, providing a relaxing environment after a long day of activities Although there were a few minor areas that could be improved, such as the Wi-Fi connectivity in the room of the hotel, it did not significantly impact my overall experience.

Service crew was very accommodating. Requests to change pillows, provide floor towels and other room service requests have been fulfilled promptly. Breakfast food was filling and satisfying. The only major drawback to this trip was the cleanliness. We had to request a couple of pillows to be changed because they were blood stained. Same with the inner bedsheet. The eating table was not cleaned properly and for the most part, the room needed to be dusted/cleaned properly. The shower drained very slowly and the water was not warm enough. The place should be polished to restore its old glory because right now it is looking a bit outdated due to lack of maintenance in my opinion. Otherwise, the whole property was scenic and serene.

Location is great! The room is very spacious but not clean. There was actually a cold coffee left in the fridge. The flooring in the toilet is likewise not clean. We just took it as it is because we wanted peace for the duration of our stay, Holy Thursday til Black Saturday. It's very upsetting to hear guests running, dragging stuff above our room. There we found out when we complained that the flooring up is wood only. We will definitely not come back again.
