Our stay at Verdant Villas was absolutely awesome! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The place is peaceful, beautifully maintained, and incredibly clean, making it the perfect spot to relax and unwind. The staff were all friendly, welcoming, and very accommodating, always making sure we had everything we needed. The villas are comfortable, well-kept, and the overall ambiance is so refreshing. If you’re looking for a relaxing getaway, I highly recommend Verdant Villas. We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay and would definitely love to come back. The experience was great,the service is very accommodating, the fir buffet is awesome unlimited. Just I notice the amusement like stationery bike is not friendly due to no saddle and the billiard table has no equipment but maybe we call the front desk but the swimming pool is fantastic very accessible and the room is huge and clean over all total. Hope we can book again as our yearly fambonding. Hooray! Keep the good work all the staff is friendly and especialy the guards is always give a smile upon entering.

I had a wonderful stay at this 4-star hotel. The front desk team was friendly, professional, and very accommodating from the moment I arrived. They made everything easy and comfortable. What impressed me most was how willingly they assisted with a special request. I needed to interview the Food & Beverage Supervisor, and the staff quickly helped arrange it. The interview went smoothly, thanks to their support and coordination. The F&B Supervisor was kind and informative, and the overall experience was better than expected. The staff’s warm attitude and willingness to assist made my stay truly enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for both comfort and outstanding service.

Nice clean great location hotel Friendly staff Will definitely come back again. Value for money, yummy foods Nice view, relaxing stay indeed. Convenient, next to malls, restaurants, near toursist spots. -just wish had a heated pool on cooler or cold season.

Location is a bit secluded from the city center. Staffs are accomodating though not going beyond and just provided whatever requested for instance we requested to retrieve the cake and they didnt offer utensils or think about whenever we would consume it for my partner's birthday, The room lacks refrigerator which might be a necessity. There's only one swimming pool.

The hotel view is absolutely stunning! Plus, it has air conditioning, and the staff are incredibly polite and attentive. The breakfast selection is extensive, so you can choose with confidence. My friend and I had a fantastic stay! 🥳

The view is so nice, overlooking the taal lake. The breakfast is good too and staff are very accommodating. It's not your regular luxury hotels. But the vibe is definitely good. Rooms are clean and smells good.Parking ia covered. If you'll be in a motorcycle like is, I hope you hvae a skilled driver, the way here is a hill downslope and is a bit challenging to navigate if not an experienced driver. All in all a 10/10 experience. 🥰

The room, amenities, hotel ambiance, and service at Via Appia Hotel are great. The staff are friendly, and the place is very comfortable. The only issue I experienced was with the bathroom heater and hot water. The heater initially wasn’t working, so I called for it to be fixed. The technician came. Tried to fix it and said it was working now. However, when it was time to shower before checkout, the hot water in the bathroom only lasted for a few seconds before turning cold again. I had to turn the water off and on repeatedly to get hot water for short periods. This can be quite inconvenient, especially since the hotel is in Tagaytay, where the weather is very cold. Overall, I enjoyed my stay, but improving the hot water system would make the experience much better.

I booked a stay at Villa Ibarra to celebrate my wife's birthday, and we had an absolutely wonderful experience! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome. The highlight of our stay was the stunning view of the Taal Volcano from our room. Waking up to such a breathtaking sight every morning was truly magical and added a special touch to our celebration. We were also delighted to encounter a lot of wild monkeys around the property. It was such a unique and exciting experience that made our stay even more memorable. The breakfast at Villa Ibarra was fantastic. There was a wide variety of delicious options, and everything was fresh and well-prepared. It was the perfect way to start our day, and we looked forward to it each morning. One of our favorite features was the cozy jacuzzi. It was the ideal place to relax and unwind after a day of exploring. The warm water and serene atmosphere made it a perfect spot for some quality time together. Overall, our stay at Villa Ibarra was exceptional. The combination of the stunning Taal Volcano view, the exciting wildlife encounters, the delicious breakfast, and the relaxing jacuzzi made for a perfect birthday celebration for my wife. We are grateful to the staff for their warm hospitality and for making our stay so memorable. Highly recommend Villa Ibarra for anyone looking for a special and unforgettable getaway! The hotel has informed me when I checked in, that the photos of the room I booked which I saw from trip.com’s site, was not the same as what they will give me. And since we were tired from the long travel, I just agreed as long as the number of beds that I’ve booked were the same and the room was senior-friendly. The room was, in general, clean and spacious. However, the phone and the TV were not working. I informed the reception about it and was told it would be fixed after 3 days. The toilet was a disappointment as it looked dilapidated and mouldy. Overall, the staff were friendly and the place looked nice, however, I think there would be a better place to go that is the same as the price I paid.
