Service was average - was a bit slow. You get what you expect in a 4-star hotel. Overall experience was okay except for the room we were in.
Do not stay in room L501 (Cellar Premier) if you're going as a family. You will not get a good night's rest because you'll hear the stomping or footsteps of the people staying in the room above you.

I initially booked a room for two with a lake view but later added a third person, necessitating an extra bed. 3. **Wide Parking Space:** Ample parking space makes it convenient for guests arriving with their vehicles.

The stay were good and this is our second time here. But, I am dissatisfied in the room. Originally, the room that we booked is for family room, however, upon checking in, they told us that the room that we booked has a problem in the aircon, so they moved us to a 2 king rooms. The rooms is too small for us and it is really hard for us to communicate each other as we need to call the other person on the other room. The breakfast buffet was good, but the chicken that they have served is not fresh, you will taste the blood of the chicken and it has a smell as well. I was thinking if I will still go back here after what had happened.

Just checked out from a stay at the One Ta***tay Place Hotel. This place had its contrasts, so it's difficult to give a simple good or bad verdict.
Firstly, let's commend the staff. Their service was top-notch – always available, ready to help, and maintaining a positive attitude at all times. We had inquiries and requests that were accommodated promptly and efficiently. They are genuinely an asset to this establishment.
On the other side of the spectrum were the amenities and the room. It seems that the hotel could benefit from some much-needed refurbishments. Signs of wear were noticeable in the room furnishings and certain areas in the hotel. They weren’t a deal-breaker, but they did detract from the overall impression.
Another plus side of One Ta***tay Place: its location. It's perfectly nestled close to the most scenic vistas Ta***tay offers. Its proximity to major attractions is a bonus and is something that future guests would definitely appreciate.
In conclusion, One Ta***tay Place might not be a picture-perfect stay but it offers a decent, service-oriented experience, and uses its location to great advantage. A few upgrades could definitely elevate the guest experience.
Would I come back? Yes, though I do hope to see some improvements next time around. For the price, service, and location, it's still a considerably good deal.

It would be my 1st review and 1st booking with Trip.com, and I am pleased it was such a memorable stay at Anya Resort. The resort was so relaxing, and I loved the amenities, especially the swimming pool; it was a heated pool even if you swim at night. Also, all the staff is very accommodating wherever you go if day sees you they don't hesitate to greet you. It was a pleasure that they gave us an exclusive breakfast buffet in Anya Elite Club Lounge even though we are not an Elite member in the club lounge. My fiance and I enjoyed staying at the hotel. Anya Resort is one of the best resorts we've visited so far. We're planning to come back again soon. Before I end this review, thanks again for all the complementaries you've given us.

We enjoyed our stay though it would have been perfect if the housekeeping paid attention to cleanliness - it’s pet friendly so the lobby and the room has a foul smell that could really use some thorough cleaning.
The tray for the free water was dirty, we didn’t use the water glasses afraid it is not clean as well.
The pool was not that clean as well - maybe it was due to the rain, I donno lol. The rain ruined the garden feel and would have been so relaxing to visit their garden :( which we were not able to do.
The reception agents were helpful - they went above and beyond by helping me with the water heater :) thank you!
Amenities like hair dryer, coffee, shampoo and laundry bag were not ready in the room and I have to request them by calling before it’s provided. It was all complimentary so it’s ok :)
The restos are reasonably priced and the food was ok ~ we had dinner at Sweet Knot Haven and breakfast at Bodhi cafe.

The type of room was so-called grapping in a tent. You can also have a campfire in front of you.
We had a good time with a massage in the green canopy and a demonstration of the hotel-provided yoga Qigong organic juice.
The food in the restaurant is also perfect. I don't mean there is a lot of breakfast.
It is a menu where the creator's thoughts are transmitted and the heart is filled. Handmade apple jam was awesome.
I want to revisit just for the restaurant.
The air flowing throughout the hotel is amazing and we will definitely return here again.

GGboy MunsayacOverall experience was great and meaningful. First, the staff were all accommodating. From the reception down to the room service attendants, everyone always greeted you with a smile and you can feel the positive disposition. The room was kept very orderly and my special request was granted. They did come up with a nicely done birthday themed decoration for my partner and kid. The complimentary cupcake with greeting was a really nice gesture. This hotel had a huge area that featured facilities to cater to different interests. I like the thought of visiting and feeding the animals at the Farm and the outdoor playground provided a good spot for my little daughter to run around and explore nature. There was an indoor playground too, which was very useful because it also rained the next day and we couldn't afford to expose my kid to the weather. There were 2 pool areas, and I like the thought of the kiddie pools with heaters, since the cold breeze was giving us the shivers. My little one was able to enjoy the dip in the water (also props to the staff who helped inflate the pool toy :)) The buffet breakfast didn't have that many selections, however, the quality of the food was superb. I like their Filipino breakfast lineup of chicken adobo, tocino, danggit and fried rice. The salad bar was also pretty decent with their selections of garnish and dressing.
In other words, I wouldn't mind a second visit. Highly recommended!

AAnonymous UserHad an amazing restful time at Via Appia Tagaytay! We checked in late so we were kinda worried we wouldn't be able to fully enjoy the stay, but it's still a nice experience.
Toiletries and slippers were provided, towels weren't in the room yet so we had to request and it took some time for the staff to deliver it to our room since they're fully booked and we were informed that there was only one staff doing room service that night, probably because it was already a bit late. But other than that, the staff and even the guards are all accommodating and super nice. Plus points that they are not super strict with pets, unlike other ”pet-friendly” hotels.
Serving of breakfast took a bit of time but the food is nice nonetheless. Property is far from the Taal View but the view from the room and the open area of the hotel is beautiful in itself and also very relaxing. Good for families!
We weren't able to use the heated pool and the game room due to lack of time, so I'd recommend staying here for 2 nights or more.

WWarren AmagoI recently stayed at Quest Hotel and had a generally positive experience. The service was top-notch, with responsive and friendly staff.
However, I was slightly disappointed with the breakfast arrangement. Unlike my previous hotel experiences, Quest Hotel does not offer a buffet breakfast. Instead, guests can choose from a limited selection of set meals, accompanied by unlimited drinks of your choice such as coffee or juice.
Another minor quirk was the hotel's room layout. Our room was located on the same level as the adjacent Fora Mall, which made it slightly awkward at times. When I opened the balcony's window and the wind blew, mall-goers could catch a glimpse of our room's interior.
Despite these minor issues, I would still recommend Quest Hotel for its excellent service and comfortable accommodations. Just be aware of the breakfast arrangement and room layout beforehand.

EElaineWe went to Estancia last Christmas Eve and checked out on Christmas Day. Weather was mainly gloomy and rainy all throughout our stay so it was understandable that we could not appreciate the view that much. The only downside of this resort is the poorly maintained facilities and limited food available. Elevator was not working and it was hard for my kid and senior parent to go out too since the stairs were slippery and muddy. Limited food option and we had to drive outside to find restaurants. Place looks lovely, I hope you improve on your renovations.

From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome. The highlight of our stay was the stunning view of the Taal Volcano from our room. Waking up to such a breathtaking sight every morning was truly magical and added a special touch to our celebration.
We were also delighted to encounter a lot of wild monkeys around the property. It was such a unique and exciting experience that made our stay even more memorable.
The breakfast at Villa Ibarra was fantastic. There was a wide variety of delicious options, and everything was fresh and well-prepared. It was the perfect way to start our day, and we looked forward to it each morning.
One of our favorite features was the cozy jacuzzi. It was the ideal place to relax and unwind after a day of exploring. The warm water and serene atmosphere made it a perfect spot for some quality time together.
Overall, our stay at Villa Ibarra was exceptional. The combination of the stunning Taal Volcano view, the exciting wildlife encounters, the delicious breakfast, and the relaxing jacuzzi made for a perfect birthday celebration for my wife. We are grateful to the staff for their warm hospitality and for making our stay so memorable.

AagrixDuring our stay at Hortz Hotel and Resorts in Tagaytay, Philippines, we found the surroundings to be wonderful—peaceful and calm, offering a perfect retreat from the city. The rooms are spacious enough for a family, and the beds are large and comfortable, easily accommodating two people. The toiletries provided were satisfactory, and overall, the rooms were quite clean. However, we did notice a few small insects and some dust on the bed, likely due to the trees surrounding the area. Despite this minor inconvenience, the hotel is a great place to relax and unwind. The serene environment and adequate amenities make it a pleasant option for a short getaway.

JJulie ManlapazThe unit we stayed in for a night is clean and spacious. One thing we liked is they have a partition for the room and living room. There are few things we noticed that need improvements. No slippers for guests but there is one pair for the bathroom use. They don't provide toiletries such as shampoo, toothpaste , toothbrush, soap except for 1 roll tissue. The shower drain is slow to drain. The toilet bowl is not fixed, no sealant and quite moves when you rise up after use (it can cause accidents if ever it may crack due to moving). It needs to secure for guests safety.They provide kitchen wares but lack a fork and spoon. All in all, those mentioned flaws did not affect our stay, yet we still had a good sleep even when we turned off the aircon due to windy and cold weather on Tagaytay.

GGuest UserService crew was very accommodating. Requests to change pillows, provide floor towels and other room service requests have been fulfilled promptly. Breakfast food was filling and satisfying. The only major drawback to this trip was the cleanliness. We had to request a couple of pillows to be changed because they were blood stained. Same with the inner bedsheet. The eating table was not cleaned properly and for the most part, the room needed to be dusted/cleaned properly. The shower drained very slowly and the water was not warm enough. The place should be polished to restore its old glory because right now it is looking a bit outdated due to lack of maintenance in my opinion. Otherwise, the whole property was scenic and serene.
