GGuest UserOur stay at Pampine Villa was absolutely wonderful. The accommodation was excellent, with all the facilities well-maintained and fully equipped, making our stay very comfortable. The view was stunning, especially with the beautiful Mount Kinabalu right in front of us.
The service was also outstanding, and we truly felt welcomed throughout our stay. We will definitely come back again next time!

ЛЛиза КайльThis is a fantastic place! Room 2 beds and couch, a little tired. But taking into account the location, everything is compensated. There is a plumbing parking for cars. You can walk around the tea plantation, next to a classy cafe with different dishes with tea addition. At night, hear gekons, birds, etc. to our child it was very not normal 😅

CChu Kok LeongFirstly, the telephone number to the outlet is + 6 012 869 6969 as shown on a signage at the entrance to the outlet; the number advertised on this platform is not helpful when I called two days ago to ask about my booking.
Secondly, the road from the entrance down to the parking bays is steep requiring experience and skillful drivers especially when their vehicles are loaded with passengers or baggage.
Thirdly, the wash basin faucet in the bathroom of my room is loose, the shower head hose is inflexible, and the water pressure is below average.

I would like to start my review by complimenting all the staff ,from the receptionist, kitchen staff, to the housekeeping team. All of them truly deserve a 5-star award for their excellent service.
The receptionist, Ms. Liza (if I’m not mistaken), was very kind and welcoming. I arrived at the resort around 2:00 PM without making any prior reservation, yet she patiently showed me every type of room the resort offers. After viewing all the room options, I made my decision, and the check-in process was smooth and easy with clear explanations given.
The room was quite spacious, and an additional bed could be added with a small extra charge. Whenever I needed anything, I just had to make a call, and the staff responded quickly and efficiently.
My stay included breakfast, and the food provided was good. For dinner, the restaurant also offers a variety of dishes, which is very convenient as guests don’t need to drive out to look for food.
That said, I do have a few suggestions for improvement to make the stay even better. The beds could be upgraded, as they felt a bit old and not very comfortable. The Wi-Fi coverage also needs improvement, especially since the CelcomDigi network coverage in the area is quite weak. In addition, the television system could be upgraded. While the resort offers beautiful scenery to enjoy, sometimes the weather doesn’t allow guests to go outside, so having better in-room entertainment would be appreciated.
Overall, I had a pleasant stay and truly appreciate the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality , I hope to visit again in the future.

AAnnuarHotel views of mountain is good, rooms were cleaned. Only problem was we were all 60s so rooms given to us was way below the slope where we have to climb the stairs was quite steep. Tv reception was bad. Good for young couples.

SSiti Noorfikait was suites for friendscation and small family vacations. it has nearest restaurant just by walking few steps away. the parking lot was spacious and the it was not far from pekan ranau. the view of mount kinabalu was perfect but at that time, mountK was hiding behind a cloud. it was clean, comfy and we add extra bed and it fit for another bed. overall we were happy for our one night stay. will book in another vacation. thank you!

NNorbert JohnThe view is magnificent. You can see the mountain very clear at early morning. The road condition to this place is quite challenging for 2wd vehicle. Extra cafeful during drive is a must cause some of the road is steep and visibility during night is limited especially when its raining. Overall im satisfied with my stay.
