A wonderful stay at Kinabalu Pine Resort! The cool mountain weather, breathtaking view of Mount Kinabalu, and peaceful atmosphere made the experience truly memorable. The staff were friendly and helpful, while the chalet was clean, cozy, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. Highly recommended for anyone looking to escape the busy city life and enjoy nature in Kundasang.

Stayed at the hotel and really enjoyed the breathtaking view and beautiful garden. The surroundings were peaceful and relaxing. However, the walkway from the car park to the hotel room was quite slippery, so it would be great if this could be improved for guests’ safety. I also hope the café can offer a wider variety of food choices and extend its operating hours for guests’ convenience.

Worth to stay here as we can see Mount Kinabalu from the resort, however the road were a bit scary. Would suggest to request upper room as I stayed in lower room, i can hear the person above me walking and running 🥲

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a wonderful stay and a very pleasant experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The location was convenient, and the facilities met all my expectations. The check-in and check-out process was smooth, and I felt welcomed throughout my stay. Everything was well organized, making the trip enjoyable and stress-free. I would definitely recommend this property to other travellers and look forward to staying here again in the future. The location is great, right by the road and easy to find. There are many farmers selling durians along the way. Breakfast offers a good selection of both Chinese and Western options. There's a small town nearby with restaurants, so you don't need to drive. For being in the middle of nowhere, this hotel is quite good. It's also not far from Maragang Hill.

Firstly, the telephone number to the outlet is + 6 012 869 6969 as shown on a signage at the entrance to the outlet; the number advertised on this platform is not helpful when I called two days ago to ask about my booking. Secondly, the road from the entrance down to the parking bays is steep requiring experience and skillful drivers especially when their vehicles are loaded with passengers or baggage. Thirdly, the wash basin faucet in the bathroom of my room is loose, the shower head hose is inflexible, and the water pressure is below average.

Extremely satisfied! The room was spacious with plenty of beds. I requested a room with a balcony and a view of Mount Kinabalu, and luckily they were able to accommodate me (as one was available). You can relax at the cafe and enjoy the Mount Kinabalu view in the early morning. I would definitely repeat my stay next time.

We had a wonderful stay here. The villa was clean, comfortable, and beautifully designed. The view of Mount Kinabalu was absolutely breathtaking, especially in the morning. The atmosphere was peaceful and perfect for a relaxing family getaway. Everything was well prepared, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
