The Pampines Villa, Mount Kinabalu

The villa was very spacious, peaceful, and surrounded by a quiet and relaxing environment. It was a really comfortable place to unwind and enjoy a relaxing stay. The self check-in and check-out process was also very simple and convenient. Overall, we had a pleasant and comfortable stay.

good service, the view was superb, very nice to stay and calm with your partner or family.

Fast response, good service. Manage to accommodate with all our request. View was good to stay

The amazing views makes me wanna extend my stay at The Pampines Villa, cozy environment

Stayed at the hotel and really enjoyed the breathtaking view and beautiful garden. The surroundings were peaceful and relaxing. However, the walkway from the car park to the hotel room was quite slippery, so it would be great if this could be improved for guests’ safety. I also hope the café can offer a wider variety of food choices and extend its operating hours for guests’ convenience.

Amazing view from The Pampines Villa! We enjoyed the food and drinks from the cafe too :) Would visit again if I have another chance!

clean, friendly staff crew, fast resolve issue. as my unit, the digital lock was abit power issue. keep notified that low power even changed the battery, but all these small matter, as the staff crew will action on the spot after we made the call & message

We had a thoroughly enjoyable stay at The Pampines Villa. The villa we stayed in huge with 3 beds on the 3rd floor, 2 beds on the second and 8 bunk beds on the 1st floor. It was airy and at the same time, warm enough at night to be comfortable despite the cold weather. Breakfast was really good at the L'amonia Cafe and Desserts. Service was excellent - responsive and unobtrusive. We will stay there again when we next visit Kundasang. The place is well-patronised and deserving of its popularity.
