The superior room is old and the bathroom is moldy. But the sea view room is not much better. The swimming pool is big. The breakfast is average. The milk is diluted with too much water. The thin madam at the front desk is very enthusiastic and efficient.

I indulged in a traditional Moroccan hammam, followed by a rejuvenating massage, and left feeling utterly pampered. The spa facilities were world-class, with a serene ambiance that melted all my stress away. Dining at the hotel’s restaurant was another delightful experience. The menu offered a wide range of local and international dishes, each prepared with the freshest ingredients. The seafood tajine and mint tea were especially divine. The hotel is old fashion, no fridge, no A/C, old tv , no channel, no dryer. Everything is missing in this hotel. You got what you got for the price , don’t trust the pictures all for the price. Next time I’ll pay more for better It’s not really 4stars, I can’t understand how can get these stars and they keep them 🤷‍♂️ Thank you

I love this hotel but needs much improvement and needs better facilities in the hotel and breakfast needs to improve and WiFi is awful bad, the bedroom floors needs to be cleaned more often and cleaning laundry needs to be more cheaper for service in my opinion. Honesty is best service in this hotel with excursions are a tourist trap unfortunately

This hotel is in a great location, but we didn't find our reservation at first, hoping to charge again for more and less services. After finding our reservation (it looked like it was hidden somewhere rather than on the computer), they gave us the 2 worst and worst rooms in the entire hotel. To get there, you have to borrow the maze, which took a while to find a solution. What I saw was the backyard, where the trees were not well maintained. The good news now is: the staff are very friendly and hospitable, whether it is Mr. Asemal is very friendly, or the cleaning lady is doing an excellent job with a smile. We learned at the end of our stay that part of the hotel was renovated, but when we booked, we saw pictures of the renovated rooms, but we got some rooms... This is the last time I booked this hotel.

It was a wonderful experience, very friendly staff, very warm welcome, very nice room, nice pool, just perfect, I rate this hotel as very positive with a score of 10.

Good location, clean establishment I recommend .

The overall experience is good but they need to install heating system in the apartments because in these days in Agadir was quite cold at night and there must be a heating system rather one inverter at the end of the tv lounge. Anyway this explanation is request them provide this facility
