"Very good service by staff. Check-in member of staff very nice, helped me sort out two attached rooms. Kitchen staff brilliant they helped me everytime I asked for baby milk bottle to be washed and filled with milk. Everything was good. Nothing bad to say about. Location great. "Lovely hotel right on beach , two swimming pools on site , table tennis , darts , tennis courts , big buffet breakfasts, The hotel was massive was like a resort , cable cars were across the road from the hotel well worth a trip, Nice rooms , they hotel has 4 bars on site , sauna, and lots of yoga and activities on throuout the day , security on site , hotel does buffet dinner around £13.50 with a drink but also takeaways outlets on hotel premises , taxi rank outside , Mcdonlads , kfc and pizza hut next to hotel plenty of local resturants as well resonate priced ,"

"We booked this hotel temporarily when we were transiting from Marrakech to Agadir. Service: The hotel service was very good. We checked in at 2 a.m. and the staff was still waiting for us on the roadside. We were a little scared by the forced consumption culture of Marrakech, and we didn't dare to pay attention to the staff at first. Hygiene: I personally think there is no problem with hygiene, but because the level of Agadir hotels is generally backward, it can't be said to be particularly good. Because the hotel decoration is relatively old, the bathroom does not look particularly new. The hotel is also very quiet and the sound insulation effect is very good. Facilities: The decoration is very much like a warm little home, and I feel more comfortable than the beach hotel. However, the hot and cold water for the shower in room 314 where we stayed was connected in reverse. The hot water didn't come out for a long time. I called the staff over at 3 a.m. and he helped me turn it to the other side, laughing. By the way, this hotel does not have a beach, and there is a small running water installed indoors. If you pursue the beach, you can stay in ocean blub, the beach is cleaner"

"Hotel is run down a little. Rooms need attention. AC didn’t work as efficiently. Got given a single bed when I requested a double. Morning staff (Male manager) were not willing to help. Night staff were more helpful. Pool area was okay, but the pool staff were really helpful and friendly. Location is good. A lot of cute cats around the hotel. WiFi works great. Location is awesome. Shower is a little slow. No bidet if you are used to having one. Overall was decent apart from my single bed nightmare. Was not happy about that being 6ft3 in height and built quite muscularly."
