FBGSOverall rating is good because the location and the size of property is great for two couples or a family of four.
Initial teething problems took 4 days to resolve, not all amenities mentioned on website are available on arrival, the manager tried his best to meet requirements within the website after that he looked after us well

Normal. Very interesting interior, but very dark. Living on the second floor, nothing can be seen in the room. Always half dark. And so, in general, everything liked.
Service is good. All polite, helpful with any questions.
There are no shops nearby where you could buy fruit.
But it 's on the coast as a whole.

Guest UserThis could easily be the best hotel in Agadir with a few tweaks. The food was is very good and lots of choice with 4 resturants. Indoor pool is extremely warm so no issues taking a relaxing dip in January. Ouside pool is by far the largest i have ever seen at a hotel and beach is a few meters from hotel gates.
Bad points not all food has labels, Inside lobby bar only opens at 4pm would be far better to open at 12pm espically on poor weather days. No information where entertaiment and activates are being held these are minor things that could easly for hotel to fix. So come on Pickalbatros Palais des Roses sort these small issues.

Excellent welcome. The staff in general are welcoming and friendly. Breakfast is served at your table with everything you desire, and politely. The maintenance and hygiene service is very good. Secure parking. Flawless.

The DuncansLovely clean apartment and within the building it's self.
Very convenient for grocery shops and restaurants.
A 20min walk took you to the beach.

Pam28Staying just one night was more than enough; the hotel desperately needs maintenance and a renovation. The windows don't close properly, so you'll hear all the outside noise. The room is bland with no decoration, the pillows are too thick, and there are no power outlets on either side of the bed. The bathroom is quite dated. The pool closes very early. Breakfast isn't great; only one out of two toasters works, and the staff present couldn't care less. The orange juice is watered down – seriously, don't skimp on that when oranges are so cheap. There were no small spoons for the fruit salad, and the machine-dispensed hot chocolate was mediocre. My first time here, but definitely my last, thanks but no thanks.

Guest UserThe apartment was good, but it had a few issues, like no water for two days straight and the bathrooms weren't very clean. The shower stank and also had no water. The bathroom door wouldn't close and just stayed open, and yeah, there were many more defects. There's really nothing more to say.

The staff are all amazing really friendly. Hotel location is great close by to everything probably a 10 - 15 min walk to the beach. Place was clean but only issue I faced if I’m honest is the room I was given the lock chain was broken and door lock was broken I have provided pictures below. Was a bit scary knowing I couldn’t lock my door and did ask them to fix it but they didn’t. Other issue is this hotel is listed as a 5 star hotel but did not feel like it, other then having a fridge in the room there was no basic amenities like a kettle to have teas or coffees and no iron or ironing board. I would expect those at least for the price paid for the hotel. The breakfast was quite poor also very limited options. The reason why I’ve ranked this hotel high is the cleanliness and staff service but if they modernised and added more amenities this place would be amazing
