This famous hotel is the best inn I have ever stayed in. Because the traffic jam came late, I didn’t expect the boss to wait for us at the front desk. I also upgraded our room for free. The most surprising thing is that there are moon cakes and sugar water for us. The lobby manager and the boss are very friendly. I gave my baby a lot of food and balloons, the whole feeling is very good, really worth recommending! (Thank you the innkeeper and staff for waiting for us so late ～)

I had a great experience! We booked both the 'Ant Nest' and a standard twin room, and each had its own unique charm. The 'Ant Nest' was really fun; if you're traveling with kids, they can sleep on the sofa. The twin room was very comfortable and spacious. The guesthouse itself is quite smart/automated, and the views are absolutely top-notch. It's perfect for taking lots of photos, and watching the sunset was beautiful. The breakfast was quite tasty too! I'd definitely come back for a second stay.

It's a family run business. The rooms were very clean and tidy. There is a lift, so convenien. The owners were so friendly and helpful, providing us all information we need to explore the local attractions. They also sell tickets to the attractions at the cheaper prices than apps. During our visit, we encountered a problem on transportation. The owner drove a long way to pick us back to their building with no charges, so kind and really taking good care of customers. What an amazing place with amazing staff who made the experience that much better. The rooms were everything we could ask for, modern and very clean with great amenities. The private hot spring alone is absolutely worth visiting too. The surrounding area is beautiful too with lots to see and do but would definitely need to rent a car as some things are far away. The staff were incredible in every way. Before our stay I asked one of the staff members called Min if she could order flowers for a special occasion and she did so without hesitation and placed them in the room upon our arrival.She was so helpful and kind throughout the whole stay, telling us the best places to visit and restaurant to go out. She even went as far as helping us order dinner at the local restaurant when we were struggling too due to our lack of speaking Chinese. The breakfast was also delicious as well and the coffee shop where it is served has great coffee and lovely pastries. I couldn’t recommend this place more for a nice weekend away in nature.

Amazing overall! Style, taste, and service were all top-notch! Excellent value for money! 1. We brought our dog, and they provided a high-quality dog bed, toys, deodorant, wet wipes, and even poop bags – so thoughtful! 2. They decorated the room for our dog's birthday for free, which was incredibly heartwarming! 3. They gave us an extra breakfast, both generous and attentive! 4. They personally guided us to our room, explaining the hotel layout and functional areas along the way – truly dedicated service! 5. KTV room, billiards room, kids' play area, private hot spring, meditation room, in-room projector – all available for free on demand… Such great value… 6. The common areas looked exactly like the photos, perfect for pictures, and even had a free Nintendo Switch to play. 7. They have collaborations with local cultural and creative brands, and intangible heritage experiences, offering many discounts… Highly recommend, I'd definitely go back again!!!

This guesthouse boasts an amazing location and design! Nestled amidst a bamboo forest, the environment is peaceful, the air is fresh, and it's incredibly comfortable. Plus, it's super pet-friendly, allowing us to bring our little furry friends along! We booked a sunrise-view courtyard for 4 nights, but sadly, we overslept every morning and missed the beautiful sunrise! The courtyard is built along the riverside, offering stunning mountain views from the small balcony. You can also go fishing or watch other guests kayaking (a complimentary activity provided by the guesthouse), so there's plenty to do! The guesthouse is also very close to nearby attractions. We visited Dongtian Fairyland and Tuofengshan Inn, and even enjoyed an exhilarating and thrilling rafting experience! The guesthouse's herbal chicken pot was absolutely delicious, even better than those at local farmhouses! The housekeeper was very warm and the service was thoughtful. When we checked out, they even gave us fresh bamboo shoots (sweet and tender) and Yingde's famous Yinghong No. 9 tea as a parting gift. We left with our hands full!

Very good, in the new city of Yingde City, only opened for a year and a half, there are many guests, breakfast is Chinese and Western, although the variety is not too much, but definitely enough to eat. There is a fish happiness restaurant next to it, the dishes taste very good, it is worth trying. Especially recently, it has rained a lot. It is very convenient to go directly to the second floor of the restaurant next door to eat at night. There is a supply and marketing supermarket about 100 meters away, helping farmers to promote, there are many local specialties to sell, supply and marketing agencies are state-owned institutions, the price and service are good, Mazhuyu is the main local specialties, in Yuer Restaurant Eat fresh good, so I bought some dried bamboo shoots at the supply and marketing agency to take home. It is about 12 kilometers away from the Red Banner Tea Factory. Continue to walk 19 kilometers to Jiqingli Black Tea Valley. These two attractions belong to one direction and can be arranged together. The tea fun garden is an old classic scenic spot. In the other direction, there are more than ten kilometers away.

Glamping in China I loved the business project in whole, it’s brilliant, location, gorgeous view of sugarloaf mountains, air quality, forest and wildlife + real tea plantations and the general idea of connecting the ancient tradition of tea making and enjoying with the family outdoors and holiday activities. But. When it comes to the reality and routine you face the challenges and imperfections. First, I booked the tent with the request to accommodate my family far from other visitors and traffic. Unfortunately, we were given a tent that literally was situated at the main road with doors opened to the public route, while all other tents oriented towards the tea plantation. We were disappointed, because at another tent we were asked to add 100 yuan more, since it was equipped with a bathroom. More than that, it was booked too, so instead of nice stay 3 days/nights at one place, we had to move out next noon, wait for the check -in at around 13 pm and settle again at another tent. I deeply appreciate the efforts the manager made to please us. But I wish we could skip all that unnecessary waste of time, not mentioning packing luggage of 4 people for 2-3 times. Next complication is about Chinese culture being close to each other- tents are located side by side, 8 tents all reserved, lots of kids, all noisy, all moving at the same spot+ other visitors freely enter the area and it adds to the crowds. So we had a complete silence only after 11 pm and from the early morning it was already packed with new travelers. The heaters are great, yet also noisy, the bathroom is beautiful and modern, even with dyson alike hair dryer, but users don’t care about others, don’t close the shower cabin while washing, so the entire room becomes a marsh. We enjoyed our breakfast, afternoon tea and dinner at the hotel restaurant , the food and service was outstanding ! There’s great quality bedding , linen is awesome, mattresses and pillows are fantastic . All amenities are of a premium quality, just like at the 5 * hotel. Electric car shuttles are helpful and always there for you. But the best part of the place is its tea, black tea, it’s a splendor ! We drank it for 3 days and it’s never enough , so good. Make sure you buy some to get home. Local ice cream with the milk tea flavor is one of a kind!

Given its mountain location, it's common to encounter small insects. If you're not bothered by this, it could be a good choice. However, there was an issue with the staff regarding the tickets for the Yingxi Peak Forest T3 Organic Tea Garden. We were short-changed on the complimentary tea garden tickets. For our group of three adults and one child, they only provided three tickets instead of the four we should have received. The staff initially claimed that two children could enter with one adult, but upon reaching the tea garden, we were forced to purchase an additional ticket. This meant we were essentially scammed out of one ticket, which was incredibly frustrating. Everything else was largely fine, so I'm baffled why they would cause such an unpleasant experience just to save the cost of a single ticket.

The decor is nice and the cleanliness is quite good. The heated bathroom floor is a highlight, and unlike many hotels, there's no smoke smell. However, for guests like us who check in at 9 PM and check out after breakfast, showering and sleeping are undoubtedly the most important experiences. The slightly loud AC is tolerable, but the curtains not blocking enough light is a drawback. The biggest issue is the shower, which constantly fluctuates between hot and cold – it's impossible to get a consistent temperature. I'm not sure if this is just an issue with this room or if it's a problem throughout the hotel.
