"Came here on a friend's recommendation, and it didn't disappoint! The hotel is located in the heart of the Yingxi Peak Forest scenic area, surrounded by karst mountains, offering incredibly expansive views. Its pure white exterior really stands out amidst the peaks. Inside, it beautifully blends rustic elements with modern aesthetics, feeling both luxurious and authentic. The rooms are spacious and bright, and the cleanliness is impeccable, with comfortable and spotless bedding. The butler team, both the gentlemen and ladies, provided warm, attentive, and super-responsive service. The infinity pool on the fourth floor perfectly reflects the mountains, making for stunning photos! Nearby, you can also visit the Shan Ka La Ka Campsite and tea gardens. It’s only a 7-minute drive from the T3 Tea Garden – Yingde is a famous tea-producing region, so it’s a must-visit!"

"The hotel is quite old, but it's well-maintained, and the room hygiene is acceptable. This family suite is a one-bedroom, one-living room, two-bathroom setup, with spacious rooms that are pretty good for families. It has two balconies, but since it's on the ground floor, the view is almost completely blocked. However, I have to complain about the bathroom. Soon after checking in, we noticed a sewage smell. First, the bathroom in the living room started smelling, which made the entire living room stinky. I reported it to the front desk, and they arranged to fix it. Later that night, when we returned, the smell in the living room bathroom was gone, but then the bathroom in the bedroom started emitting an odor. A little while later, the living room bathroom started smelling again. Overall, I wasn't satisfied with the stay because of the smell. It's likely due to old plumbing in the building. But the staff's attitude was good; they promptly brought water and carpet replenishment when requested at night. Perhaps because it was the May Day holiday, the breakfast buffet required queuing and entry in shifts. Plus, the food selection was limited, and it was crowded, so the experience wasn't great."

"Environment: Very natural 🍃 and ecologically rich! The hotel environment is also excellent, and all public areas are very clean. Facilities: There's a swimming pool and hot springs ♨️! Nearby Attractions: The hotel is right next to Tongxin Lover's Bridge, and close to many other attractions. It's a short drive to Hongqi Tea Factory, Underground River, and Chocolate Kingdom. Service: A big shout-out to the hot springs department staff! They were always prompt and helpful with any needs we had. Since it's surrounded by nature, we encountered some insects, but the staff were always there to help us deal with them. One evening, we were enjoying the hot springs when a heavy rain started. The staff were so caring, asking if we needed straw hats or dry towels and quickly going to fetch them for us."

"For a family reunion, three families chose a three-bedroom villa with direct access to the swimming pool from the garden. The children immediately changed and jumped into the swimming pool for a water fight. Our room was located on a corner, close to the hot springs and the children's play area. The villa's staircase is also inside the villa, making it very convenient for family gatherings. In the evening, the children played board games in the living room while the adults enjoyed a private hot spring bath in the garden, chatting and gazing at the moon. The hotel service was attentive, and Zhuzhu, the housekeeper, was especially commendable. We contacted Zhuzhu directly with any requests during our stay, and they were promptly addressed."

"The entire hotel really showcases a lot of thought and effort in its design, especially with all the small details – you can snap a great picture almost anywhere. The butler service was excellent and very attentive, and all the staff were proactive and welcoming. Our room overlooked the pastoral scenery through a full-length window, making it incredibly comfortable and airy. However, due to the overall design style, there's nowhere to hide or block views within the room. If you're not a couple, this might be a bit inconvenient. A small suggestion: adding blinds to the toilet and shower room doors would be helpful. Also, it would be great if some soft cushions could be provided in the cabinet for the tatami area, available for guests to use if needed. If you're looking to escape the city's hustle and bustle, this is a wonderful place for a getaway. On clear days, you can catch beautiful sunsets, and at night, you can look up to a sky full of stars and fall asleep to the sounds of nature. Just a heads-up: the pool wasn't open yet during our visit, and you need to communicate with the butler in advance to use the public hot spring area. The restaurant serves excellent new-style fusion cuisine with a farmhouse flair, and the butler will arrange everything perfectly for you. Overall, it was a very good experience, and I'd consider staying here again if I have the chance!"

(The hotel has a fleet of cars, and you can make an appointment to pick up from the station to the hotel, or from the lobby to the room) (The room is clean and hygienic, the staff are sincere and polite, and if there is an emergency at night, they can arrange for the staff to handle it.) (The restaurant's food is of high quality, the fish is fresh, and the vegetables and tofu are also very delicious; the breakfast buffet has Chinese and Western food, such as: fresh eggs and steamed pork ribs, chicken feet, and French fries)"

"I stayed at the Chocolate Kingdom Hotel in mid-October. At that time, some facilities were already showing their age and seemed a bit neglected, and there were fewer staff members. However, I truly felt their dedication in every service they provided; their excellent service more than made up for any shortcomings in the hardware. We had a hot spring package. The hot springs were less crowded during the day and more so at night, so it was good to go at off-peak times. The package also included two-day tickets to Chocolate Wonderland, and at that time, there was a shuttle cart service. When I went back in December, the shuttle was gone, so I want to warn fellow travelers that if you're not driving yourself, think very carefully before booking, as it's a 20-minute walk from the park to the hotel. But since there was a shuttle service in October, and I genuinely felt their dedication in every service, I'm giving a good review for that stay. For December, I'd give a bad review."
