"Checked in at night, and the lovely front desk staff upgraded our room, which was a wonderful surprise! We immediately went for a hot spring bath. Even though the weather was cold, the hotel's excellent facilities, friendly service, and high-quality hot springs instantly washed away our fatigue and left us feeling joyful. Waking up, we saw our upgraded room faced the pool, a lush lawn, and a serene lake with beautiful mountain views – everything was just perfect. It was the best scenery I've ever seen, a breathtaking combination of human design and nature's artistry. Absolutely stunning! Both breakfast and lunch were top-notch too! My mom and friends were all very satisfied. We'll definitely come back for another vacation if we get the chance."

"The service of Qihu Hotel was very considerate. They upgraded me to two lake view rooms for free and also gave me free fruits. The hotel room was also very nice, clean and tidy. When we checked out, the front desk staff helped us carry our luggage to the parking lot, and also gave us tea and several bottles of water for us to drink during the trip. A very good experience! "The accommodation experience (Chocolate Kingdom Hotel) was terrible. 1. Those staying on the first or second floor had to navigate a maze-like maze to find the elevator to their room. This was very inconvenient for the elderly and children. 2. For stays exceeding one night, the room key had to be activated at the front desk the following day, a daily hassle. 3. The breakfast was mediocre, with very little food. 4. On the first floor, the toilet automatically filled with water that wouldn't recede. Other guests on the same floor experienced the same issue and had to change rooms. Another room also had a leak. Judge for yourself. 5. Looking at previous reviews, I found similar cases. It seems this problem hasn't been properly addressed and hasn't been taken seriously. 6. The hotel's exterior is okay, but its location is nestled around a mountain. Consider carefully before traveling there."

"Our trip was a great experience; my wife and I were both very satisfied.
First, the overall ambiance of this B&B gives a feeling of returning to nature. The decor is simple yet stylish, and you can tell from many small details that the owner put a lot of effort into it.
Since we visited on a weekday, the owner kindly upgraded us to a room with a private hot spring for free. The room was spacious, and all the amenities were complete. When we used the private hot spring at night, we found it to be exceptionally clean, which was a pleasant surprise.
The B&B's service was very thoughtful. Upon check-in, they provided tips and local travel guides. To avoid dirtying the room, they even wore shoe covers while showing us around, which was a very considerate touch.
The complimentary fruit, afternoon tea, and breakfast were all excellent. That tiramisu was incredibly delicious!
The two chubby cats are so adorable. One seems to be called **? What an interesting name!
Overall, it was definitely worth the price, and the experience was excellent. Highly recommended!"

GGuest UserThis famous hotel is the best inn I have ever stayed in. Because the traffic jam came late, I didn’t expect the boss to wait for us at the front desk. I also upgraded our room for free. The most surprising thing is that there are moon cakes and sugar water for us. The lobby manager and the boss are very friendly. I gave my baby a lot of food and balloons, the whole feeling is very good, really worth recommending! (Thank you the innkeeper and staff for waiting for us so late ～)

The overall experience of staying at Yingde Cliff Mountain Residence this time was very comfortable. The ant cave room type is indeed special, the rounded cave design is eye-catching, and the space is much more spacious than expected. The housekeeper service is very thoughtful, and he took the initiative to help carry the luggage, saving some trouble. Breakfast and afternoon tea are also very rich, with texture and grade. Art decorations can be seen everywhere in the hotel, with a sense of design. It's like visiting a small exhibition. It's suitable for people who like taking pictures. The owners were so friendly and helpful, providing us all information we need to explore the local attractions. They also sell tickets to the attractions at the cheaper prices than apps. During our visit, we encountered a problem on transportation. The owner drove a long way to pick us back to their building with no charges, so kind and really taking good care of customers. Highly recommend!

BBumianfeixingReturning to Changsha from Qingyuan, Changlong, I decided to book this hotel on the way. When we arrived, it was already more than 8 o'clock in the evening. The stay was very smooth. As soon as we entered the room, we put a pool of hot spring water to soak, which greatly relieved the fatigue of a day of shopping in Chimelong. Early the next morning, we couldn't wait to go to the resort and borrowed the boss's bicycle. We just brought our baby bicycles. So the family of three started riding in the morning. Then, back to the hotel cafe for breakfast. Breakfast has two choices of Chinese and Western, Chinese is wonton noodles, Western has chips, croissants, eggs, fried chicken legs, you can also choose two drinks (coffee or fresh milk). In the morning, I took a hot spring and returned. We bought pizza at the boss’s cafe and ate it on the road. The proprietress considered that there might be traffic jams during the Spring Festival, and presented a cup of American and a croissant for us to bring in the car. It was really a wife. Intimate. Time is in a hurry, I didn't play in the surrounding scenic spots well, I will definitely come again next time.

AAnonymous UserIt was a nice 2 nights stay in Ji Hotel Yingde. Very clean warm and quiet, we love the bamboo wooden floor and furnitures, which make it a bit of zen experience. Breakfast was OK, the wanton soup was nice and warm for cold morning warming-up with a cup of fragrant black red where the city is well known for. What surprised us was the robot food delivery, when we finished the day and order takeaways, it arrived at the front desk and then the robot helped to get it delivered to our room.
Free car park and helpful staff, definitely recommend.

The room was spacious, and from our window, we overlooked a beautiful backyard lawn, swimming pool, hot spring, and BBQ area. We enjoyed the hot spring in the evening; the water was perfectly warm and very relaxing. The bed was incredibly comfortable. The young man at the front desk was very enthusiastic and helpful, and we really appreciated his restaurant recommendations. The hotel breakfast was also good. We even received complimentary tickets to the T3 Tea Garden. Right across from the hotel is a passion fruit orchard, and a bit further down, there's a banana plantation. All in all, we were very lucky to book such a great hotel.

YYinyuhaiI paid a hefty 1,610 yuan for this stay during the National Day holiday, but the experience was disappointing.
First, the positives: First, the cleanliness was excellent. The room and bathroom were spotlessly clean, with virtually no unhygienic spots. Second, the bedding was very comfortable, and I slept soundly. Third, the rural scenery was beautiful, with lush banana fields surrounding the property.
Now for the negatives: First, the service wasn't worth the price. First, the breakfast was too basic. The hostess said the breakfast was excellent the night we checked in. Fearing we'd run out of options if we arrived too late, we went early the next morning. It was rush hour, and the place was a mess. You had to fight for anything you wanted, and the selection was limited: eggs, fried noodles, sweet potatoes, corn, and porridge. My wife asked for pickled mustard greens, which she had to buy right away. The fried noodles were good, but we had to wait in line to order more, and we didn't even finish our meal. I understand a simple B&B breakfast, but it's a bit unfair for guests to pay the price of a five-star luxury hotel in a first-tier city only to get such a simple breakfast. Also, since National Day is peak season, shouldn't the hotel be prepared in advance? Furthermore, the proprietress was stingy when serving breakfast, using the guise of saving money and avoiding waste to refuse extra portions. While avoiding waste is commendable, achieving perfect moderation is impossible. Again, compared to the 1610 yuan room rate, those few ears of corn, sweet potatoes, and fried noodles are only a fraction of the room rate. Secondly, although the restaurant has put effort into its facilities, they still fall short of those of a hotel.

We had dinner at the hotel; the price was reasonable, but the taste was rather plain, reminiscent of simple home-cooked food. On the bright side, the breakfast soy milk was delicious, and the fruit quality was excellent. This place is truly perfect for unwinding and contemplation; it's very therapeutic. The drive up the mountain was a bit nerve-wracking the first time, as we drove slowly, cautious of oncoming cars. By the time we drove back down, we'd adapted and felt much more comfortable. It rained throughout our two-day stay, but enjoying the rainy scenery was actually quite pleasant. We'd love to come back when the weather is clear to catch the sunset. Unfortunately, due to the heavy rain, we couldn't make use of the complimentary scenic area tickets.

GGuest UserIt was a fantastic experience. It would have been even more perfect if we could have seen the sunset. We arrived at the summit around 6 PM, when many people were chasing the sunset. As it got dark, tourists lined up for the sightseeing bus down the mountain. Staying up there was really great; we could leisurely have a meal, which was included in the package. We could chat with the neighbors, and there were other children of similar age to play with. Although the rooms weren't large—when we booked, there was only one twin room, and there were literally only two beds—the air conditioner was incredibly loud and made strange noises. There was no private bathroom; eight tents shared three bathrooms, so using the toilet and showering were the same thing. During peak shower times, there were long queues, which was quite inconvenient! You can also watch the sunrise around 6 AM, but that day there were clouds, so we basically couldn't see either sunrise or sunset, although the weather was great. After breakfast, we went down for a walk and even had a tea-picking and tea-frying experience. They also gave us ice cream and afternoon tea. At 780, I really thought it was a great deal. Dinner, afternoon tea, entrance fees, and sightseeing bus fares were all deducted, and the accommodation was less than 400. Definitely worth it! 👍
