Entering the visitor center, there is already a strong New Year atmosphere, and many New Year activities are arranged. The housekeeper directly sent me to my campsite by sightseeing bus. On the way, the housekeeper Azhi took me to enjoy the first privilege~~ Internet celebrity ice cream, I chose organic green tea ice cream. The sightseeing bus shuttled through the tea forest, and the whole body and mind relaxed. Along the way, the beautiful scenery of Yingxi Peak Forest was in full view. It is worth mentioning that there is no need to worry about the cold weather. The housekeeper turned on the heating early. The housekeeper service is in place, and he explained to us the food, drink and fun in the tea valley. In the evening, I enjoyed a hot pot set meal at the tea banquet. It was delicious and pleasant. OOuminipaluoEntering the store, meeting the couple running a coffee bakery, very busy entertaining guests. The coffee shop is the same owner of the hotel. At first glance, there are people who are pursuing it. The front desk is equipped with Kafa double-headed second generation and Galileo mill. With Mingqian Jinbiao bean and Beichuan Banbingwei Matcha powder, different drinks have special cups, and the details show the pursuit of quality. Group purchase a cup of 9.9 American, the product is good, even the ice machine is hard ice.
The room facilities are very new, clean and tidy, no foreign objects including floor drains. The bathroom is designed with open dry and wet separation, but the water retaining strip of the open sink is unreasonable and it is easy to overflow to the opposite side. The small disadvantage is that there is no TV and refrigerator in the room. The towels are disposable, the linen is solved by the homestay, and the sanitary condition is good.
Private soup is a highlight of the room. The setting and lighting design are reasonable. Obviously, after professional design, the lighting UGR is properly controlled. The earth gun design does not understand this. The hot spring has an independent water meter limit. The homestay purchases from the south bank to ensure purity, which is different from the repeated burning of boilers in some nearby hotels.
Breakfast is of high standard, offering two choices of Chinese and Western, Chinese shrimp wonton noodles and Western brunch can be paired with optional drinks. The bread materials and production process in the store are first-class, and the decoration bar on the croissant is symmetrical. It is a level of obsessive-compulsive disorder. The price is far more than the same price in Guangzhou. When leaving the store, I specially purchased and packaged a batch.
Yingde Rosinxiang Mountain House is located on the shore of Xianhu Lake, surrounded by a group of villas, mainly developed by Dongyide Group, and the occupancy rate of villas is low. The larger hotel nearby is based on the style of Yifenglu, a combination of Chinese and Western style, but compared with the homestay, individuals are more inclined to the experience of a quality homestay. Nearby to Black Tea Valley and Star Camp are on the south bank, Red Banner Tea Factory and Chocolate Kingdom are not far from driving.

GGuest UserIt's a family run business. The rooms were very clean and tidy. There is a lift, so convenien. The owners were so friendly and helpful, providing us all information we need to explore the local attractions. They also sell tickets to the attractions at the cheaper prices than apps. During our visit, we encountered a problem on transportation. The owner drove a long way to pick us back to their building with no charges, so kind and really taking good care of customers. Highly recommend!

AAnonymous UserIt was a nice 2 nights stay in Ji Hotel Yingde. Very clean warm and quiet, we love the bamboo wooden floor and furnitures, which make it a bit of zen experience. Breakfast was OK, the wanton soup was nice and warm for cold morning warming-up with a cup of fragrant black red where the city is well known for. What surprised us was the robot food delivery, when we finished the day and order takeaways, it arrived at the front desk and then the robot helped to get it delivered to our room.
Free car park and helpful staff, definitely recommend.

The most satisfactory thing is that the service staff are very enthusiastic and there are many parking spaces, which is also very convenient. The Chinese restaurant is expensive, so it is recommended to eat out.

GGuest UserThe boss is very enthusiastic. He helped us prepare the ingredients for dinner before we even arrived. The room is clean and feels like home. Also, my sister accidentally sprained her foot during the trip, so the boss even drove my sister to see it. I’m really grateful. I will stay at their B&B next time I go there.

A special mention goes to 刘贤英, 谭翠玲, and 龚武平 at the hot spring, whose exceptional service and genuine care stood out. 刘贤英 went above and beyond by sharing her personal preserved fruit snacks with my son when he didn’t fancy the oranges provided, a thoughtful gesture that touched our hearts.
Additionally, 毛有谷 at the reception was incredibly helpful in arranging transportation to the train station, ensuring our travel plans were seamless and stress-free.
The hotel itself is fantastic, but it’s the staff’s kindness and attention to detail that set it apart. Their warm-hearted service made us feel so welcome, and we can’t wait to return for another visit. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a memorable and heartfelt stay!

OOopotatooWe went the day before the hotel got flooded, so we managed to enjoy 2 days of swimming around the hotel lanes which was really fun! Unlimited swimming, hot springs and sauna. Although you’re not allowed to use any of these if there’s a thunderstorm so keep an eye out for the weather.
The hotel should’ve warned the guests of flooding, or cancelled the rooms for guests’ safety, which was definitely a mistake on their part. However the staff response after the flooding was fantastic, they all kept calm and friendly despite many angry guests (which was to be expected as many had their cars destroyed). They were in the same situation as we were, trapped in the hotel lobby for days without power, but still tried their best to help the guests out as much as they could.

No more choices of food for vegetarian specially in breakfast and only one restaurant with limited choices! Bring your own car!

GGuest UserOn the way to the hotel, the housekeeper called to ask what time we would arrive. After we arrived, we checked in at the front desk and went to the villa where we stayed. The hotel is very large, with villas in every building. It is very quiet and green because it is in the mountains. The weather is very hot. As soon as I entered the door, I found that the air conditioner was already turned on and it was very comfortable. There is an indoor parking space. The house is beautifully designed and has a large area. There are three rooms in total. We stayed in two of them. One of the rooms is very large, and there is a hot spring pool in the yard. It would be very comfortable in winter 😌 We reported the problem, and the hotel staff came to help solve it quickly! The downside is that the nearby attractions are not very fun, the tea garden scenery is average, and the road is particularly difficult to drive. It's still good to be in the hotel!

BBonnieSheungThe navigation positioning is accurate. The room faces the river and is spacious. The hardware in the room is not well maintained and I don't feel comfortable using it. I need to disinfect it myself. There is a lot of room for improvement in the garden greening outside the hotel. The lady at the front desk is very friendly and meticulous in checking each guest's epidemic prevention check-in and itinerary card. I like it. There is a train track next to the hotel, and the trains are quite frequent, so light sleepers should consider this.
The breakfast and lunch at the restaurant next door are also delicious, and the owner is a conscientious chef and a very nice person!
