I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel, and the warmth and hospitality of the staff truly made it an unforgettable experience. A special mention goes to 刘贤英, 谭翠玲, and 龚武平 at the hot spring, whose exceptional service and genuine care stood out. 刘贤英 went above and beyond by sharing her personal preserved fruit snacks with my son when he didn’t fancy the oranges provided, a thoughtful gesture that touched our hearts. Additionally, 毛有谷 at the reception was incredibly helpful in arranging transportation to the train station, ensuring our travel plans were seamless and stress-free. The hotel itself is fantastic, but it’s the staff’s kindness and attention to detail that set it apart. Their warm-hearted service made us feel so welcome, and we can’t wait to return for another visit. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a memorable and heartfelt stay!

Facilities: Smart and convenient, smart toilet, electric curtains, floor heating, mahjong machine, tea table, coffee machine, charging pile at the door, everything is available, it is very comfortable to live, there is also an area for children to play in the reception hall, and there is also a small sand pool for children to play outside, and the whole family can have fun. Environment: It conforms to the aesthetics of modern young people and is very photogenic. The flower fields by the lake, camping tents, infinity swimming pools, sunken reception halls, and green plants on both sides of the road, every detail reflects the boss's careful design. Service: The clerk had contacted one day in advance and sent relevant check-in reminders. After arriving, he sent relevant packages, afternoon tea and check-in fruits. A bonfire party was organized in the evening, and refreshments and roasted sweet potatoes were prepared for the guests. It was very interesting to listen to the boss talk about his entrepreneurial history. It is said that you can also help take pictures in the afternoon, but it’s a pity that I didn’t experience it. The overall service is very considerate, and it feels like being at home.

The room is oversized, two 2-meter beds, and the baby is also very spacious. The room can make tea and boil water. It is very convenient. The floor-to-ceiling windows can see the sunset and it is very close to the scenic spot. The store is super good. I accidentally entered the thorn in my hand and helped me pick it out. Thank you very much! The only drawback is that there is no door in the bathroom, this has no sound insulation effect, and it will be a bit embarrassing to have children in the elderly. It is not convenient to change clothes. Maybe it will be more fun in summer, and you can swim 🏊🏻♂️

Room pictures are suspected of cheating. We went to the mountain view from the beautiful large floor-to-ceiling windows in the picture. Arrived and found that was not the case. We booked four luxury suites, and it turned out that some had street views from the window, or other rooms in the hotel, and some rooms had a small corner of the mountain. The customer service of the hotel is ineffective, the attitude is not good, and they are plausible, saying that not all rooms can be placed in the photos, and there are rooms like this, you are too late. . . (We arrived after 5pm). Hotel customer service can not understand customer needs and dissatisfaction, can not coordinate, give bad reviews. I can't help it, and I can't withdraw it. I can only post to remind everyone not to go to this mountain view picture.

The room is very good. It is on the highest floor with four bedrooms and one living room. Two rooms have private bathrooms and a public toilet. It is really convenient. There is a TV in the living room and building blocks for parent-child play. This time I went out with 8 friends, and they all praised me for booking this place as it was very good, the location was easy to find, and it was very close to the scenic spot. There is an outdoor swimming pool and a bistro-style KTV on the rooftop. The atmosphere is great. You can chat with friends while enjoying the evening breeze on the rooftop. Watching the sunset in the evening and the sunrise in the early morning is also a must, with a wide view! Check out the next morning and ask the boss to buy Fengchi mountain cross-country tickets at a discount, which is super fun.

The room is very large and clean. The small courtyard is very comfortable to enjoy the cool at night. Sleeping at night is very quiet. You can listen to the sound of insects and frogs. The boss's steamed farm pond grass fish and farmhouse chicken are very delicious. This small villa is the best place for vacation. I will consider it next time.

The overall design of the room is good and quite spacious. This is my second stay. The front desk service is good in all aspects. Fault 1⃣️: When I was about to go to sleep, I opened the quilt and saw blood stains... (I forgot to take a photo) This was disgusting. I called the front desk and asked the room manager to come and solve the problem. I didn’t know if the person who came was the foreman. Look. After a while, he said, ah, the cleaners did not use strong decontamination when washing. Let me change you to a new quilt. That's it, and did not give any other solutions or explanations. Disadvantage 2⃣️: When the aunt came to change the bed sheets and quilt covers, the removed quilt core was dragged to the floor. It is not a carpet, and she didn’t even take off her shoes to step in. Isn’t it dirty after mopping the floor? Disadvantage 3⃣️: During breakfast in the morning, the kitchen staff was talking very loudly (complaining about other guests) and using extremely uncivilized words (swearing). There were not many people eating breakfast, so it was quite disturbing.

The room facilities are okay and the hygiene is pretty good. There are few breakfast varieties and few seats. If it is full, you have to wait for a table. Some front desk services have a cold attitude and their speech makes people feel uncomfortable.
