The room was OK, not as perfect as expected. But the balcony was OK. It was big enough. But the layout of the room was a little confusing. First of all, the wall lamp was seriously rusted, probably due to the sea breeze. The rest was OK. The bed was too soft. Maybe it was used by travelers of different weights. My family had a short getaway this weekend staying 2 nights in the Crown hotel, and it was absolutely perfect! Hotel itself is quite classic but the staffs are very bright and friendly. Our room unfortunately had a problem in the first night and I couldn’t sleep well. The next morning “Leo” responded to my complain immediately and gave another room,
and it was not the end. He took attention to us and had us feel really cared for. Thanks for your caring and even the gift for my little daughter! And we were provided late checkout service so could enjoy the beautiful beach just in front of the hotel fully even on the leaving day!! (Thanks Yoyo for that!) It was my best short weekend trip in the last 12 months I trust. Maybe it’s because it’s not a peek season, but anyway my family decided to come to Crwon Hailingdao as often as we could!!

RRICHARD JOSEPHWe felt welcome from the time we arrived at the hotel till the day we left. The staff went out of their way to help with questions, assistance and arranging transport to the Windmill Hill as well as to the train station. The price included breakfast for two people. The breakfast was outsourced and we found the owners to be cheerful and helpful. Limited breakfast menu but the food was still delicious. There were plenty BBQ restaurants to choose from near the hotel. Finally we received a fruit basket every evening with a cheerful smile. The four days that we spent at the hotel was worth the trip. We would definitely book at this hotel if we decide to go back.
