It was a very pleasant accommodation arrangement. The hotel is located in Baili Plaza in the center of Yangjiang City. When booking, two breakfasts were provided. My child is almost 1.5 meters tall, so normally I should buy breakfast for one more person. Manager Guo on duty immediately provided breakfast for my child. I was very grateful. He also repeatedly asked if there was enough drinking water. It was very thoughtful and I was really touched! The other staff were also enthusiastic and professional! The hotel facilities are also very good and well maintained! The price/performance ratio is very high, thumbs up! ! !

The hotel has a great environment and excellent surrounding facilities. The front desk was also very efficient with check-in; I arrived at night and it was done in no time. The service attitude was very good, and they even gave us drink vouchers. Gary at the front desk was particularly helpful. Seeing that we checked in late at night, he offered us a late check-out and an upgraded room.

The front desk lady helped us upgrade the room type for free. The service was in place. The hotel room aunt helped us clean the room for renewal. She could help call a taxi. The hotel facilities and equipment were quite complete. I was not satisfied with the review the day before. We booked a lake view room. During the Qingming Festival, the scenery was dreamy and intoxicating! The room was very clean and well-equipped, especially the faucet had a large water flow, which was very refreshing! The only drawback was that as a five-star hotel in the city, the supporting health facilities were seriously insufficient, and there was no simple table tennis room, which was disappointing😔

Hello there are not breakfast when I went to take my breakfast they bring cold food maje before long time there are no Open buffet ,, when I talked about breakfast what is this I no eat like this ,, they answered me bad words if don’t like you out take your breakfast , when I go to manager upgrade my room ,, but really no happy also no one speak English there
