Guest UserFacilities: The room had two 1.5-meter beds that could be pushed together, which was perfect for our family traveling with two children. It also had a refrigerator, a balcony, and a separate wet/dry bathroom – the room's amenities were excellent.
Ambiance: The hotel is in a newly built and renovated building. The lobby is very grand and offers mountain views.
Service: Upon check-in, I realized they are part of the Hanting Group (like Home Inn), and this seems to be their upscale brand. Most guests here are climbing Mount Tai, and the front desk provides complimentary hiking poles, prayer ribbons, portable raincoats, and bottled water – a thoughtful 'four-piece set' for hikers. They were extremely well-prepared.
Cleanliness: The restaurant is integrated with Lu Cai Gen on the first floor. Breakfast was very rich, maintaining chain standards while also featuring local Tai'an specialties.
Overall, I was very satisfied. This was the best hotel we stayed at during our 6-day, 5-night trip to Shandong.

Guest UserReception staff as well as cleaning ladies are very considerate and polite.. local hotel but has nice touches.. the midnight snack for you is simple but thoughtful.
I like this local hotel as it is next to local apartments and shops, sipermarket and all..it feels nice living a short period of time with locals to experience their way of life.
Bed and pillows are good..many hotels pillows are not to expectation.
Laundry service is great.

The guesthouse is perfectly situated at the foot of Mount Tai, just a short walk from the Hongmen Visitor Center. Our room was spotless and cozy, the small courtyard was wonderfully quiet, and the overall design was quite tasteful (I regret forgetting to take photos!). The owner is incredibly warm and cheerful, and even kindly offered pick-up and drop-off service near Hongmen. We had planned to climb the mountain the following day, but the weather forecast predicted rain, making us worried about our itinerary. To our relief, the owner checked a cloud map, confidently assured us it wouldn't rain, and even helped us plan the perfect route. True to their word, the next day was beautifully cool and refreshing, resulting in an absolutely fantastic experience. Thanks to contacting the owner in advance for some excellent packing advice, we were well-prepared and didn't have to carry any unnecessary luggage. Overall, a truly wonderful stay!

Guest User
The room, bedding, and everything else were very clean, unlike other B&Bs with various issues (like a sagging part of the bed). There's also a washing machine available. The room didn't feel damp at all. Plus, the inn is right next to the Taishan Hongmen Tourist Center, which is super convenient. The surrounding area is also quite quiet. Finally, the two owners are genuinely wonderful people, very welcoming and enthusiastic. As a solo traveler, I absolutely loved it here!

This hotel definitely deserves a five-star rating! My room was incredibly spacious, and they even upgraded my room type and gave a complimentary breakfast for my child, which had a great variety. The night view from the 24th floor was amazing. There's a mall nearby with a popular stir-fried chicken place (expect a queue!), and a small night market. The hotel has an adjoining ground-level parking lot; just give your license plate number to the front desk when you leave, and parking is free, which is super convenient. Even though prices went up during the May Day holiday, it was still very reasonably priced compared to other hotels. If you come during off-peak times, the value for money would be exceptional.
The only minor downside is the lack of a mini-fridge in the room. It felt a bit odd, especially since they provided a Dyson hairdryer – you'd expect a standard amenity like a fridge. The hotel is about 9 kilometers from Tianwai Village at Mount Tai, roughly a 20-minute drive. You can park at Taishan Hospital, which is right across from Tianwai Village. Just make sure to park before 7:30 AM.

cyee319The Radisson Blu Tai'an Taishan is in the same complex of the Hampton-Hilton hotel. It is centrally located and is less than 8 minutes ride from the Taian Railway station. Its about 30 to 40 minutes ride from the main entrance to Mt.Tai. There are many street eateries/restaurants across the street from the hotel. The hotel is clean and comfortable. The lobby always has free drinks and fruits available. The staffs are friendly and always ready to help. Washer and dryer are available on the 4th floor for guests to use free of charges. The breakfast is average with many choices. I will stay here again when I visit Mt.Tai in the near future.

I was incredibly lucky to book a room during the peony blooming season. The moment I entered the courtyard, I was greeted by the intoxicating fragrance of flowers. The design and arrangement of the courtyard's small bridge, flowing water, and greenery were truly delightful. The service was excellent; the receptionist was incredibly friendly and welcoming. While the breakfast wasn't extensive, it was delicious, and it was the energy that sustained me through my 7-hour hike up and down the mountain. The hotel environment is very tranquil, and it's very close to the Lihongmen trailhead—only 18 minutes from the ticket gate—a perfect warm-up after breakfast. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with the experience and highly recommend staying at the courtyard in mid-April; it truly is a garden bursting with the fragrance of flowers!

To be honest, my initial reason for booking was to make my Mount Tai trip less rushed. I was also a bit worried that the courtyard layout might be noisy. However, all the guests that night were very quiet, and the guesthouse staff spoke softly. Plus, the guesthouse's location is truly unique, offering a rare sense of peace and comfort. It was lovely! 😌

MikinkaWe stayed in a family room, which was bright and pleasantly furnished. The atmosphere of the room was friendly, and it felt comfortable for our family. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the bathroom left something to be desired, as we found hair from previous guests in the shower, which was disappointing.
Since we visited during the low season, the restaurant was closed, so we couldn’t enjoy any meals on site. Additionally, the hotel is quite difficult to reach without your own car, and communication with the reception was only possible using translation apps, which made things a bit challenging.
I believe that at a different time of year, with more services and facilities open, our experience would have been much more positive.
Breakfast was offered, but without any choice of drinks. It was acceptable.

Guest UserThe tour guide led us to the designated spot to watch the sunrise in the morning, which felt much safer than trying to reserve a spot by myself in the middle of the night. The room had air conditioning, so it was warm and comfortable to sleep in, not cold at all. In early August, I wore a short-sleeved shirt, but for the early morning, I put on a windbreaker; it wasn't cold on the mountain, just a bit windy. When we were staying at the foot of the mountain, we could see the 'Heavenly Street' (Tianjie) lit up at night. We took the cable car up and down, and hiked to Yuhuangding (Jade Emperor Peak), and my legs didn't hurt at all.
