Hotels with Breakfast in Tai'an

The J Hotel Tai'an Tianwaicun boasts an excellent location, making it very convenient for getting around. The rooms are spotless and well-maintained, with modern facilities and easy-to-use smart room controls. The front desk staff are efficient with check-ins and offer thoughtful service, promptly addressing any issues. The bedding is comfortable, and overall, my stay was fantastic. It's definitely my top choice for anyone visiting Tai'an for leisure or business. Highly recommended!

The location is super convenient and easy to find, with plenty of dining, entertainment, and shopping options nearby. The smart home devices in the room are really practical, and the warm lighting creates a super calming and therapeutic atmosphere. It's quiet and not noisy at all, making for a really comfortable stay. The front desk service was thoughtful and excellent, and overall, I had a fantastic experience.

This hotel definitely deserves a five-star rating! My room was incredibly spacious, and they even upgraded my room type and gave a complimentary breakfast for my child, which had a great variety. The night view from the 24th floor was amazing. There's a mall nearby with a popular stir-fried chicken place (expect a queue!), and a small night market. The hotel has an adjoining ground-level parking lot; just give your license plate number to the front desk when you leave, and parking is free, which is super convenient. Even though prices went up during the May Day holiday, it was still very reasonably priced compared to other hotels. If you come during off-peak times, the value for money would be exceptional. The only minor downside is the lack of a mini-fridge in the room. It felt a bit odd, especially since they provided a Dyson hairdryer – you'd expect a standard amenity like a fridge. The hotel is about 9 kilometers from Tianwai Village at Mount Tai, roughly a 20-minute drive. You can park at Taishan Hospital, which is right across from Tianwai Village. Just make sure to park before 7:30 AM.

We chose this hotel mainly because of the lovely photos online. We thought that although Tai’an itself may not have much to do, we could at least spend a relaxing afternoon enjoying the room and the courtyard before our hike. However, the actual experience was quite different from what we expected. In reality, the courtyard felt rather unkempt and not as inviting as shown in the photos. The hotel also seemed unusually empty—we hardly saw any other guests, and no staff around during our stay, which made the atmosphere feel somewhat quiet and unattended. We had hoped to spend some time relaxing outdoors, but that wasn’t really possible. The wind was strong, and with the harsh sunlight, sitting outside comfortably was difficult. Dust and sand were also blowing around the courtyard. The most uncomfortable part of the stay was that the hotel’s central air-conditioning system broke down while we were there and was only fixed around midnight. Because of the dust and the emptiness outside, we were reluctant to keep the door open for ventilation. As a result, we had to go to sleep in a stuffy and rather warm room for hours while waiting for the air-conditioning to come back on. Overall, the stay was manageable for one night, but it did feel disappointing given how appealing the property looked in the photos. We had chosen this hotel hoping for a comfortable and relaxing stop before our Taishan climb, but unfortunately the actual experience didn’t quite match that expectation.

The room is big and spacious! The view is great, it seems to be the tallest building in the city! Our Shanghai Jinjiang brand is trustworthy! The Shandong girls at the front desk are very enthusiastic and beautiful! Recommended index 100 stars

The location is indeed quite convenient, and the environment is decent. As for the facilities, they're just okay – the first ten seconds of water from the bathtub faucet were rusty red. My biggest complaint, however, is about their 'free shuttle service.' If you don't offer it, don't advertise it. If you do, then actually provide it. I booked twice. The first time, they said the driver had finished for the day. The second time, they claimed they couldn't pick me up due to weather conditions. Is bad weather really an excuse? Do your drivers only operate electric vehicles or something?

The room was very clean and I slept great. The breakfast was also very generous (I cleaned my plate, this picture was just taken before I finished eating). All in all, I have no complaints, and the price is very reasonable. I passed by this hotel many times as a child, and I finally decided to come and experience it myself.

The hotel arranged a sunrise tour for us in the morning, which was well-organized. They also offered a 20 CNY breakfast buffet with good food. The room's cleanliness was much better than another hotel I stayed at previously, though there's still room for improvement in hygiene. The bed was very comfortable, and the shower had nice hot water. Overall, the experience was much better than a more expensive hotel I stayed at last time. We booked two rooms, and they even upgraded one for us. The service was excellent, and the whole experience was smooth.

The hotel is very new and the facilities are very good. It is possible that they did not estimate the capacity to receive guests at one time before the trial operation, and the equipment was not debugged at full capacity, resulting in insufficient staff. We checked in at 2:30 but entered the room at 5:00. Moreover, the next morning, the shower gel had run out of water, which caused chaos. The front desk did not answer the phone and there was no emergency measures when we went to look for them. They just said sorry, which is really wrong. Moreover, when faced with questioning, the front desk clerk became annoyed and said that she couldn't communicate with her and asked to contact her leader. In the end, it was the store manager who came forward to resolve the issue, and the store manager handled it relatively promptly. The first experience was not good.

The hotel next to Taishan Yuhuangding has decent rooms and is quite clean. I booked a triple room, which was relatively quiet. The hotel restaurant serves generous portions, offering good value for money, though the taste is average. If you're tired after hiking to the summit and don't want to go out, dining at the hotel is a good option. Their 2-3 person set meals are very suitable. After all, it's on the mountain, so you can't compare prices to those at the base. They also offer a wake-up call service in the morning to take you to watch the sunrise. It was a pretty good stay overall!
