"The hotel's overall decor is luxurious and grand, with a European classical style that feels very warm and comfortable. The service at check-in was excellent; they proactively guided me to my room. However, I was not satisfied with the room facilities. The hand towel by the sink was severely damaged, and there was a chip on the edge of the bathtub, posing a safety hazard.
On the other hand, the sleeping area in the room was a very pleasant experience. The bathroom having its own independent air conditioning system is a feature many hotels lack, which was a nice touch.
The breakfast experience was particularly bad – messy and completely lacking in management and service.
In terms of decor and luxury, the hotel certainly meets five-star standards. However, in terms of management and service, it falls short of even mid-range chain hotels."

"This hotel truly exceeded my expectations! The room was spotless and tidy, and the wooden decor made it feel both cozy and upscale. The huge mirror made the space feel incredibly spacious. The mountain and city views from the window were amazing, and watching the sunset in the evening was absolutely beautiful. The bedside projector was a great bonus too; it was so pleasant to snuggle in bed and watch movies at night. I had a very comfortable stay and will definitely choose this place again next time I'm in town!"

"If you're visiting Tai'an, I highly recommend the Hampton by Hilton Tai'an Tianwaicun! There are three Hampton by Hilton hotels in Tai'an, but after careful consideration, I believe this one has the best location. Remember, it's the Tianwaicun branch! Right across from the hotel's main entrance, just a short walk down to Naihe East Road, you'll find a lively night market. It's incredibly convenient for a stroll and a bite to eat, literally just across the street! If you turn right and walk uphill from the hotel, in less than 10 minutes, you'll reach the highly-rated Lao Tai'an Tai'an Cuisine restaurant – it's an easy walk. Getting to Mount Tai (Tianwaicun entrance) by taxi only takes about 10 minutes, it's super close! The hotel is also very close to the north gate of Dai Temple, just a 10-minute walk. Even a taxi to the south gate of Dai Temple takes less than 10 minutes. The rooms are well-equipped, the bedding is very comfortable, and the breakfast spread is quite good. Overall, my stay was excellent, I definitely recommend it!"

"I've stayed in hotels for twenty or thirty years, and this is the first time it felt so much like home. Bringing the whole family to the hotel was exhausting, and I thought check-in would be complicated, but it wasn't. The front desk lady was incredibly gentle and patient, even giving us little gifts and fruit. As soon as we entered, the greeter on the right was fantastic; seeing I had elderly folks and kids, he immediately took our luggage, brought it directly to our room, adjusted all the equipment, and then left. I was going to tip him, but a cleaning lady came in to get something, and he just turned and left, so I felt awkward. The next day, we were climbing Mount Tai, and halfway up, I suddenly realized I'd lost my pair of 999 pure gold earrings. I called the hotel's customer service, half-heartedly asking if they found them to contact me, otherwise, no big deal. To my surprise, the hotel staff called in the afternoon saying they'd found them! Five or six staff members, all for a pair of not-so-valuable earrings, turned the entire room upside down multiple times, searching for hours. They found one in the bathroom and another under the bed. I am truly grateful. Although it's a small thing, it made me feel that the environment and human quality in Tai'an are truly exceptional. I usually dislike visiting Beijing and Shanghai the most, so I never expected the service quality at this hotel to be so good, and it's not because the earrings were less than a gram and not worth much. After descending the mountain in the afternoon, my legs were giving out, and I was in a hurry. My sister went to retrieve the car from the parking space, so I didn't even get a chance to properly thank these staff members. I can only express my gratitude through this review. You all worked hard, thank you! Thank you all so much for leaving me with such wonderful memories in Tai'an, making me want to come back again. Thank you, everyone, for your hard work! 🙏"

"They claim to be five-star, but this might be the worst Wanda Realm I've ever stayed in. All the upholstered furniture was tattered and worn out. The carpets were also covered in a lot of dust. The hotel has a 'hui'-shaped corridor design, which means the corner rooms have two doors right next to each other, making it very disruptive when people enter and exit. There are large gaps under the doors, allowing you to see shadows of people walking by, and there's absolutely no soundproofing. The hairdryer was the cheapest kind; completely useless for anyone with long hair. The only positive was the bath amenities, a full set of Acca Kappa."

"Here are the things I liked about the hotel:
1. The location is pretty good, right next to Shenghe Shopping Plaza. There are a few stir-fry restaurants nearby that are really tasty. I recommend Guanghe Stir-fried Chicken; we got a coupon online for a 79 RMB double meal and couldn't even finish it all! A taxi to the Tianwaicun Tourist Center at Mount Tai was only 13 RMB.
2. The hotel room was well-maintained, and the bed was quite comfortable.
3. The service was also great. We received welcome fruit upon arrival, and water and snacks when checking out. They even upgraded us to a mountain view room, and we could see the Mount Tai scenery as soon as we entered.
4. Breakfast was quite substantial, and they even had roasted sweet potatoes.
My only minor complaint is that the air conditioning was a bit loud. If you're a light sleeper, you might want to bring earplugs. Also, the hotel lobby decor felt a bit dated.

"Because I came to Mount Tai to hold a court, I was ready to climb Mount Tai. I chose Berna after various comparisons on the platform. Although this hotel is not central from the geographical point of view, it is even a bit biased, but there is a university opposite, what to eat is complete, the price is super high. GGuest UserSaw this hotel on the way to Mount Tai and decided to stop here on the way back. The room was spacious and bright with a great view from the floor-to-ceiling windows. The neighborhood is also quite quiet with good greenery. Dinner at the downstairs restaurant was average overall; the best dishes were the water chestnut meatball soup and spinach pancakes. The sweet and sour fish had a nice presentation with the sauce poured tableside, but the batter was too thick. The fried dough sticks (youtiao) were too hard and almost broke a tooth. Breakfast had a moderate variety of items, and the specialty pancakes and 'dalumian' (noodles with thick gravy) were delicious.

The design display of the small bridge and green plants in the yard is very comfortable; the service is very good, the front desk lady is very friendly and kind; Although the breakfast is not rich, it tastes very good. It is all based on breakfast to support my energy of walking up and down the mountain for 7 hours. The hotel environment is very quiet. The Red Gate mountaineering is also very close. It takes 18 minutes to get to the Red Gate ticket gate. It is equivalent to eating breakfast. GGuest UserGreat location! After hiking Mount Tai, I got to the hotel in a flash. There are plenty of food options nearby, so I had a satisfying meal. The water temperature in the hotel was perfect for a nice, refreshing shower. The hotel was quiet, and I slept soundly until morning. It's also very close to the high-speed train station, just a few minutes walk to get inside. What a wonderful trip!

There's a shopping mall and an old street right next to the hotel with plenty of restaurants and snack options. The staff at the hotel lobby were very friendly and helpful, answering all my questions. The breakfast was rich and varied. I was also able to store my luggage while hiking Mount Tai and pick it up after I was done. Everything was perfect except for one thing: there's always a truck parked in front of the hotel entrance, making it impossible for ride-sharing services with luggage to pull up directly to the door. Guests have to get out nearby and drag their luggage in themselves, which was the case both when I arrived and when I left. It seems like this truck is permanently parked there. I don't understand why the hotel entrance, designed for guests with luggage, isn't kept clear for easy drop-off and pick-up. I'm docking one point for this and hope the hotel can improve it! Otherwise, the hotel is really great and I highly recommend staying here!

BBeibeixiaoguidangjiaThe B&B was a surprise. It is located by the water. The scenery is pleasant, quiet and warm. The room is comfortable and spacious. The boss gave me fruits. There is a large bathtub and a disposable bathtub cover is provided, so I took a nice soak. Breakfast is a fixed set meal, which includes boiled eggs, milk, grilled sausages, custard buns, rice porridge, stir-fried vegetables, pickles and noodles. If it is not enough, you can add more. The next day, they also made egg fried rice at our request, which was very considerate. The chef is very capable, and all the dishes he ordered taste great. I like the prawns braised with cabbage, beans braised with pork ribs, and hand-shredded cabbage. It's right next to the bus stop, and you can take the mountain bus in 10 minutes' walk.

The hotel offers a guide in the morning for a sunrise hike to another peak, which is less crowded than Ri Guань Peak, making it easier to find a good spot for photos. The overall hotel environment is great. Our room was in the basement and a bit damp, but it was very clean. Considering its location on the mountaintop, the conditions were quite good. The views of Mount Tai are fantastic. I recommend checking the weather forecast in advance; unfortunately, the sunrise was blocked by clouds during our stay, which was a bit disappointing. The advantage of booking this hotel is that the mountaintop attractions aren't too busy the afternoon before, but by the time we finished watching the sunrise the next morning, it was packed with people. Not having to hike up at night made it a less strenuous experience overall.

Given that it's on the summit of Mount Tai, the accommodations are exceptional – you can't compare them to hotels at the base of the mountain. It's also vastly superior to the guesthouse I stayed at on the peak 20 years ago. Being able to take a hot shower was a huge relief after the climb. Although there were strong winds due to extreme weather at the summit, the room windows were sealed so well that I only heard the wind, but didn't feel any drafts inside. A big thank you to the front desk staff for upgrading my room. From the room, I could see the twinkling lights of Tai'an, which was beautiful. The room was clean, and the bedding was very comfortable. I would choose this place again if I have the chance to climb Mount Tai in the future.
