"This is my 2nd review as i ended up staying 4 nights. Just wanna say thank you to all the staff at this hotel who worked tirelessly to make my stay so comfortable especially the receptionists whom I depend alot for extra assistance due to my poor Mandarin. To the housekeeping who made up my bed daily and the restaurant for delivering such healthy and fresh breakfast daily, i say you all are the best. I humbly salute you."

"The hotel's overall decor is luxurious and grand, with a European classical style that feels very warm and comfortable. The service at check-in was excellent; they proactively guided me to my room. However, I was not satisfied with the room facilities. The hand towel by the sink was severely damaged, and there was a chip on the edge of the bathtub, posing a safety hazard. On the other hand, the sleeping area in the room was a very pleasant experience. The bathroom having its own independent air conditioning system is a feature many hotels lack, which was a nice touch. The breakfast experience was particularly bad – messy and completely lacking in management and service. In terms of decor and luxury, the hotel certainly meets five-star standards. However, in terms of management and service, it falls short of even mid-range chain hotels."

"We arrived early, and they upgraded our room for free upon early check-in! The hotel has an elegant ambiance and warm, attentive service that made us feel right at home. I genuinely recommend it. The room was spacious and bright, with complete amenities, making for a super comfortable stay. The location is superb, with plenty of great food options nearby. The hotel itself was clean and comfortable, and the service attitude was excellent. The room was neat and tidy. I highly recommend it! The hotel facilities are well-equipped, definitely worth a five-star rating!"

"I've stayed in hotels for twenty or thirty years, and this is the first time it felt so much like home. Bringing the whole family to the hotel was exhausting, and I thought check-in would be complicated, but it wasn't. The front desk lady was incredibly gentle and patient, even giving us little gifts and fruit. As soon as we entered, the greeter on the right was fantastic; seeing I had elderly folks and kids, he immediately took our luggage, brought it directly to our room, adjusted all the equipment, and then left. I was going to tip him, but a cleaning lady came in to get something, and he just turned and left, so I felt awkward. The next day, we were climbing Mount Tai, and halfway up, I suddenly realized I'd lost my pair of 999 pure gold earrings. I called the hotel's customer service, half-heartedly asking if they found them to contact me, otherwise, no big deal. To my surprise, the hotel staff called in the afternoon saying they'd found them! Five or six staff members, all for a pair of not-so-valuable earrings, turned the entire room upside down multiple times, searching for hours. They found one in the bathroom and another under the bed. I am truly grateful. Although it's a small thing, it made me feel that the environment and human quality in Tai'an are truly exceptional. I usually dislike visiting Beijing and Shanghai the most, so I never expected the service quality at this hotel to be so good, and it's not because the earrings were less than a gram and not worth much. After descending the mountain in the afternoon, my legs were giving out, and I was in a hurry. My sister went to retrieve the car from the parking space, so I didn't even get a chance to properly thank these staff members. I can only express my gratitude through this review. You all worked hard, thank you! Thank you all so much for leaving me with such wonderful memories in Tai'an, making me want to come back again. Thank you, everyone, for your hard work! 🙏"

"I was very satisfied with my stay this time. The room was clean and tidy. The staff at the front desk, both the young man and the lady, were very welcoming. They even gave small slippers and toothbrushes to my two children. During our stay, I asked many questions about tourist attractions, and they patiently helped us plan our itinerary. They also reminded us that it might be hard to get a Didi (ride-sharing service) back after the 'Fengchan Grand Ceremony' in the evening and gave us many helpful suggestions. It was a great stay, thank you!"

"I recently stayed at this hotel and the experience was great 👍. The location is excellent, the surrounding transportation is convenient, shopping and eating are super convenient. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the night was good. The service is nothing to say, the staff is warm and thoughtful, responsive. The only small downside is that the breakfast type can be richer. Overall very satisfied, will come again!"

"The hotel's design is very modern. My parents and I stayed in a business suite with two 1.5-meter beds, and it even had a separate small lounge area. When we needed amenities, we just ordered them through a mini-program, and a little robot delivered them shortly after. The cleanliness was also impeccable, with no strange odors, making for a very comfortable stay. The breakfast was incredibly rich, and you could even order freshly made noodles or wontons – it was absolutely fantastic! Next time I'm in Tai'an, I'll definitely stay here again."

"We stayed for three nights. We were allowed to leave our luggage at the reception until check-in, and got recommendations for exploring the environment. There is a big supermarket and many restaurants and food stalls close by. The room is very spacious, clean and has a good view. The sitting area next to the window is pretty nice. An electric water cattle is also provided. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. We had a great stay!"

"When I booked, I didn't realize it was a basement room, and I was worried it might be damp, thinking my 70-year-old mother wouldn't be comfortable. When I checked in at the front desk, I inquired about a room upgrade, and to my surprise, the hotel had already upgraded our room for free! Their service was fantastic. They not only thoroughly explained how to use the room facilities and the breakfast arrangements but also gave us detailed information about the morning sunrise viewing spot. It was incredibly thoughtful. The room was very clean, and while the shower water pressure was a bit inconsistent, the water temperature was great. The breakfast exceeded my expectations the most. For only 20 yuan per person, it was excellent value for money. I loved the stir-fried noodles with shredded potatoes, and the soy milk was also rich and fragrant. There were many other options to choose from. All in all, staying here was truly wonderful, and we even saw the most beautiful sunrise. I'll definitely stay here again next time I climb Mount Tai."

"The service was excellent and very warm. The hotel was clean, and the heating worked perfectly. Parking was convenient, both above ground and in the basement. Wanda Plaza is right next door, making dining very easy. When I chatted with Ms. Zhao, a restaurant staff member, about climbing Mount Tai during breakfast, she even packed us some snacks and things our child loves. Truly full of warmth!"
