The window soundproofing is poor; the frogs and insects outside were very loud at night. The hallway soundproofing isn't great either; you can hear doors opening and closing. The air conditioning is terrible; it's too cold, and I couldn't adjust the temperature higher. Plus, there's no screen on the window, which was very uncomfortable. They truly made my time there one of luxury and relaxation. Although they couldn’t speak English that did not stop us from efficiently communicating. We used WeChat to communicate between us. They really were attentive to my needs and endured my time was special. The hotel manager surprised me with a birthday cake which was delicious and all the staff I met were exceptional great with their hospitality. I especially want to thank one of the staff who I named Faye for special taking care of me by ordering my food and wine and making sure my stay went smoothly. A big thanks to everyone for giving me such happy memories. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Rongshui. It’s a great place to relax, the atmosphere is tranquil, the rooms are very clean and modern and the scenery is breathtaking. I will be back soon.
