MM327862****The service at the hotel was very attentive and all the staff I encountered were polite. When checking in, the staff very thoughtfully provided tea and hot towels, and the fatigue of the journey disappeared immediately. Because I couldn't smell the smoke, I specifically asked for a non-smoking room. The customer service department specially equipped me with an air purifier, and also gave me fruits and drinks.
Although the double bed room I stayed in was not very big, it had a large window and a reasonable layout. The mirror made the room bright and comfortable, and the small desk with a few books was quite nice.
Although the room facilities are not very new, they are clean and tidy. I forgot to take pictures of the overall layout of the room.
For afternoon tea, there is a pastry that I quite like, and it goes well with black tea. oh! It is not recommended to eat yogurt^_^

Because we were traveling during the New Year period, we were worried about traffic jams when driving into the city, so we specifically asked the lady at the front desk for some tips. The lady patiently told us that we should take a bus to crowded attractions instead of driving ourselves, which would save us a lot of time and allow us to visit more places.

GGuest UserIn fact, it was a very sudden business trip, and it was also my first time to Liuzhou. Overall, I still like this city, and living must be a very important part. First of all, before I arrived in Liuzhou, the hotel would call me carefully. After knowing that I had certain requirements for the floor, I upgraded the smart room type and arranged it upstairs, which was only one floor away from the laundry room. This greatly facilitates business travelers, who can walk up the stairs to complete the laundry without waiting for the elevator. The room is clean and tidy as a whole, and the sound insulation effect is not bad. Xiaodu voice control is very in place, which is convenient for me who is tired all day and goes back to the hotel to sleep and doesn’t want to get up and turn off the lights! Finally, I would like to thank the front desk ”Xiaofeng” by name, who followed the service throughout the whole process and carefully prepared water for me to drink on the road before leaving the hotel. And as a hotel in the center of Liuzhou, it is very cost-effective.

Ccyma1386The Courtyard by Marriott Liuzhou Sanjiang in Sanjiang Dong Autonomous County of Liuzhou is relatively more low-key than the Marriott. But it is located on the edge of Sanjiang County and is quite large in scale. The style of a grand hotel, the staff are very polite and the service is enthusiastic. It was already past 1pm when we arrived, so we had lunch in the hotel for two people, which cost ¥260. We had fish in sour soup, stir-fried black pork with spring bamboo shoots, and stir-fried water spinach with garlic. Authentic flavor, good. Also the breakfast was good. Can recommend it to you.

CChristy_ooFirst time in Liuzhou, I chose the Hyatt, as I'm already a Hyatt member. I booked a deluxe river view room, and the view was absolutely stunning. The Liujiang River wound gracefully outside the floor-to-ceiling windows, framed by distant mountains, creating a picturesque scene. During the day, you could watch boats on the river, and at night, enjoy the city lights. Some rooms even offer sunrise views. The panoramic effect is breathtaking, making guests feel like they're immersed in a traditional Chinese landscape painting.
The front desk staff were very friendly and provided excellent service during check-in. Upon check-out, they even asked about my stay experience.
The hotel breakfast was of high quality, with a rich variety of fresh fruits. They also offered Hong Kong-style steamed dim sum, various freshly cooked noodles, and more, catering to diverse tastes.

Positives;
- great variety for breakfast and serve rice noodles that were tasty
- offer both washing and drying services
- the bed and pillows were comfortable
- curtains blocked out morning light very well
- there’s a ROBOT delivery for online food orders
The staff gave us a snack - fruit, milk, and a jelly desert (last of which was delivered using the robot since they saw we were carrying a lot of things already)

GGuest UserBefore coming, I was a little worried after reading some negative comments in the comment area. After coming, I found that there was no problem at all. From the front desk reception to the restaurant waiters to the cleaning staff, the service attitude was very good and patient. Because the return train was at 7 pm, I asked the front desk if the check-out time could be extended, and the front desk quickly coordinated it.
The room was also very comfortable, with a wide view, spacious, complete facilities, and an induction hair dryer.
The hotel has self-service flower tea, a gym, and a laundry room.
The location of the hotel looks far from the night fountain of the scenic spot, but it is actually in the new city center of Liuzhou. The infrastructure is very good. You can walk to Haiguan South Road nearby. There is a row of restaurants such as Qiushui snail noodles. It is an old store that has been opened for a long time and is a store that locals go to. It is said that many Internet celebrity stores named on Xiaohongshu now have long queues. In fact, many of them use chili essence instead of chili. I immediately have a stomachache after eating it. These small stores here make their own soup base, which is completely fine after eating.
The hotel's breakfast is rich, clean and hygienic, and is served until 10 o'clock. At 9:40, new dishes are constantly added. Generally, the hotel's buffet breakfast is almost out of food at that time. At 10 o'clock, the waiter will remind you that the meal is almost over. If you need to add any food, you can go to the food pick-up area. It is much more relaxed and comfortable to eat and drink at the hotel and then go to Qingyun Morning Market than to queue up for Internet celebrity snacks when you are hungry.

PPamela StanfordI 4 days at the Holiday Inn for my birthday and I must say that I truly enjoyed my stay. The ambiance of the hotel, all the staff was so warm and welcoming. They truly made my time there one of luxury and relaxation. Although they couldn’t speak English that did not stop us from efficiently communicating. We used WeChat to communicate between us. They really were attentive to my needs and endured my time was special. The hotel manager surprised me with a birthday cake which was delicious and all the staff I met were exceptional great with their hospitality. I especially want to thank one of the staff who I named Faye for special taking care of me by ordering my food and wine and making sure my stay went smoothly. A big thanks to everyone for giving me such happy memories. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Rongshui. It’s a great place to relax, the atmosphere is tranquil, the rooms are very clean and modern and the scenery is breathtaking. I will be back soon.

BBujideyun_mqIt is right next to Liunan Wanda, with convenient transportation. There is a snack street behind the hotel, which is very convenient. The hotel environment is very good, and the bedding and toiletries are all designated products of Vienna International Hotel. The waiter was very enthusiastic to introduce us to the surrounding Internet celebrity check-in spots.

GGuest UserManager 董 is very friendly and professional. He served us on 28th Feb 2025 around 11pl. While we arrived, the guard never help us to carry the luggage which normally 5 star hotel will do, he just looks at us. That is why I deduct 1 star for the service.
Luckily, the manager and other stuff from other shift are professional enough to know where the standard should be.
Overall room is nice, amenity is nice, location is a bit outskirt but that is the reason we choose for the quietness.
