Great hotel, extravagant breakfast, helpful receptionists, great afternoon tea with tasty cakes included, clean and neat room without any damages. The location is great, a walking distance from all the tourist hotspots and the river. The room was properly isolated, therefore there was no noice in the room at all from outside. The only downside was that the room was relatively hot, maybe a malfunction in the airconditioning, opening a window also did not help.

✅ 1. Located above Intime Department Store, the hotel offers convenient transportation and is easy to find for taxis. It's just a street away from Wuxing Street, making for an easy walk without traffic. 2. Most popular restaurants deliver to the hotel, or have branches within walking distance. Deliveries can be brought up to the room. 3. The front desk is very responsive; they picked up the phone immediately and even granted a late check-out. Thumbs up! 4. The view is indeed great, with a perfect river view. It's a shame that Liuzhou experienced flooding during my stay, so the musical fountain was suspended. ❌ 1. The hotel is situated on a high floor of a building that houses many other hotels. Although this specific hotel has two exclusive elevators, they are small and operate very slowly, leading to long waits. Because of this, I probably won't stay here again.

The first time I came to Liuzhou, my experience in this capsule hotel was great, the service attitude was very considerate, the customer service sister was enthusiastic, and I received a phone call before I got off the high-speed train, and I would kindly tell you how to take transportation to the capsule hotel from the high-speed train station, and add wechat to make travel suggestions. The hardware in the store is good and the rest is very good, the overall feeling of staying is great, the service attitude is excellent, the bed is clean and tidy, the facilities are complete, and the feeling of home is very good. This is a newly opened homestay. It is located on the riverside of Sanjiang County. The environment is very quiet and the balcony is very spacious. When I got up early, I saw a group of egrets flying freely on the water. The proprietress was very nice. She saw me traveling alone. After dinner, she took the initiative to drive me to see the night view of Yiyang Fengyu Bridge. I live in a big bed room with a balcony on the second floor. The price is particularly high. The room is spacious and bright, the furnishings are warm, and there is a feeling of returning home. It is very suitable for vacations and friends gathering... The flowers and plants planted in the yard should be grown up, it will be more beautiful and warm!

Cleanliness: The room was quite clean; I touched the nightstand and coffee table and they felt wiped down. Unfortunately, the food section in the breakfast restaurant wasn't covered. For two consecutive days, I saw large flies crawling on the bread, ham, and salad. There weren't enough staff to promptly deal with contaminated food or to ensure food protection. Service: The service was very attentive. The lobby was bright and clean. We stayed for two nights, and on the second day, without us needing to ask, they cleaned the room and restocked supplies. We hadn't even returned to the hotel yet, so we didn't know it had already been cleaned. I called the front desk online to request cleaning and replenishment, and the front desk still quickly arranged for housekeeping. Ambiance: The hotel has a minimalist decor, and the rooms are spacious. The location is excellent, pretty much in the middle of all the attractions, making it convenient to take a taxi anywhere. On the small road opposite, leading to Qingyun Market, there are electric bikes available for rent.

First and foremost, I have to highlight how incredibly clean this hotel is – easily top three in all my years of traveling. The room layout is excellent, with a spacious feel. Secondly, the location is superb; it's close to the high-speed train station and very convenient for getting a taxi. The staff are highly professional and provide wonderfully warm and responsive service. I also have to commend the tea room in the lobby; it's bright, large, and spotless, with a generous selection of teas (a true blessing for tea lovers!). While there wasn't a coffee machine, when I asked, the front desk attendant immediately provided branded pour-over coffee, which was fantastic service!

This is a fantastic, well-established hotel, and my first visit to Liuzhou left a great impression. The hotel's location is excellent; you can easily walk to the old town and stroll along the riverside promenade to the fountain. Local drivers all know its location, making getting around super convenient. The front desk staff were professional and enthusiastic, upgrading my room type and even providing a snack bag upon check-in. Despite being an older hotel, the facilities don't feel dated at all – they're incredibly well-maintained! The bedding was very comfortable to sleep on, and the shower had plenty of hot water. It offers great value for money, and I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Liuzhou.

I chose this Hyatt-affiliated hotel in Liuzhou. The lobby is impressive, and it's located in Liuzhou Poly International Center, offering complete 360-degree panoramic views from high above. There's nothing obstructing the view from the rooms, providing a top-tier river view. Breakfast is on the 42nd floor; although the selection isn't vast, it was perfectly sufficient for me. I particularly loved the view from the restaurant. Around 7 AM, it was still quite empty, and my companion and I truly enjoyed the moment sitting in a private room overlooking the river. Employee Molly was proactively warm and helpful with her service – highly recommend!

I 4 days at the Holiday Inn for my birthday and I must say that I truly enjoyed my stay. The ambiance of the hotel, all the staff was so warm and welcoming. They truly made my time there one of luxury and relaxation. Although they couldn’t speak English that did not stop us from efficiently communicating. We used WeChat to communicate between us. They really were attentive to my needs and endured my time was special. The hotel manager surprised me with a birthday cake which was delicious and all the staff I met were exceptional great with their hospitality. I especially want to thank one of the staff who I named Faye for special taking care of me by ordering my food and wine and making sure my stay went smoothly. A big thanks to everyone for giving me such happy memories. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Rongshui. It’s a great place to relax, the atmosphere is tranquil, the rooms are very clean and modern and the scenery is breathtaking. I will be back soon.

It is right next to Liunan Wanda, with convenient transportation. There is a snack street behind the hotel, which is very convenient. The hotel environment is very good, and the bedding and toiletries are all designated products of Vienna International Hotel. The waiter was very enthusiastic to introduce us to the surrounding Internet celebrity check-in spots.
