"A very comfortable stay! The room was simple, modern, and clean. Hyatt's 'Good Dream' mattress was so soft and comfy, I didn't want to get out of bed. The bathroom had a great wet/dry separation, there was a 55-inch large TV, and a separate workspace, all well-appointed. The soundproofing was excellent, allowing me to sleep soundly until morning. 😴 The breakfast was fantastic too! Enjoying a bowl of luosifen (river snail noodles) while admiring the river view at the Grand Gallery restaurant truly felt like the right way to experience Liuzhou! They had all the local specialties like Sanjiang zongzi and oil tea, with a rich mix of Chinese and Western options. What was even more surprising was that some of the most popular luosifen shops were right near the hotel, so we didn't have to drag our luggage around to queue. 😄 KRIS, one of the staff members, was incredibly thoughtful ❤️ and helped us with many issues. If I come to Liuzhou again, this will definitely be my top choice."

"Zhaosheng Hotel is in a good location, not far from the attractions. The lobby is quite grand. The front desk service is warm and thoughtful, and we were upgraded to a view room. The room is quite large and clean, with complete facilities and supplies. The washroom is also quite large. The breakfast restaurant is quite large and well decorated. It's just that the breakfast content is a bit average, which is considered satisfactory."

"Facilities: Undoubtedly the best in Liuzhou! Opened in 2025, so everything is brand new. They even have family rooms with slides, which my kids absolutely loved! Plus, there's a public kids' ball pit on the 2nd floor, providing another great spot for children to spend time. Hygiene: The rooms have wooden floors instead of carpets, so there's no unpleasant smell when you enter, unlike other hotels. Thumbs up!👍 Ambiance: The lobby is on the 13th floor, and you get amazing river and bridge views while enjoying afternoon tea and breakfast. The experience was truly wonderful. Service: The front desk staff were warm and courteous. Our two rooms came with a complimentary 3-hour electric scooter rental, which was incredibly convenient for exploring the local nightlife! Location: The hotel is situated in Wuxing Street, the most vibrant area, and you can walk there in just 2 minutes. Super convenient! The only minor drawback is that the water quality in the infinity pool could use more filtration and disinfection."

"The hotel is in the city center, making it super convenient to get to all the attractions. Qingyun Market is just around the corner on foot, and Wuxing Street is also very close. Both the front desk and room service were excellent and very considerate, and the bed was comfortable too. However, the internet was a bit slow. What I couldn't stand the most was the terrible soundproofing. I honestly never expected that I'd be able to hear street traffic even on the 20-something floor. I could hear the tap running in the next room and even quiet conversations; normal talking was extremely loud and clear. The construction quality is just really poor."

"Aamazing service from the front desk and housekeeping. Front desk staff kept track of my parcels and always notifed me of their delivery promptly, additionally theyre always readily available and super efficient with resolving my issues.. There were many food options at the breakfast buffet but they don't vary much from day to day. Overall great service and environment for the price I paid."

"✅ 1. Located above Intime Department Store, the hotel offers convenient transportation and is easy to find for taxis. It's just a street away from Wuxing Street, making for an easy walk without traffic. 2. Most popular restaurants deliver to the hotel, or have branches within walking distance. Deliveries can be brought up to the room. 3. The front desk is very responsive; they picked up the phone immediately and even granted a late check-out. Thumbs up! 4. The view is indeed great, with a perfect river view. It's a shame that Liuzhou experienced flooding during my stay, so the musical fountain was suspended. ❌ 1. The hotel is situated on a high floor of a building that houses many other hotels. Although this specific hotel has two exclusive elevators, they are small and operate very slowly, leading to long waits. Because of this, I probably won't stay here again."

"High floor, very quiet, so no worries about being disturbed while sleeping. It's right next to Wanda Plaza, which is super convenient for a stroll. The service was genuinely excellent; I left something behind after checking out, and the front desk quickly contacted me and sent it back via SF Express. Huge thanks! "I stayed for two days, and when I went to the laundry room to pick up my clothes before checking out, they had already folded them and put them in a bag for me. Please see the picture. This was a very thoughtful touch; I didn't expect such service from a non-chain hotel. Excellent service! Thumbs up to the staff! The front desk staff were very welcoming and patient. I had a very comfortable stay. I was worried the pedestrian street would be noisy, but it was surprisingly quiet. The pedestrian street is right downstairs, which is very convenient. You can find late-night snacks and watch the musical fountain right downstairs. I stayed there just to try it out, but it exceeded my expectations. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Liuzhou. They even gave me a free movie ticket for my extended stay! Haha, I watched a movie, which was very convenient."

"Not a great hotel. I wouldn't stay here unless need to be at this precise location (but there are other hotels nearby). LOCATION. Not much to do in the neighborhood except for a few night clubs. Surprisingly few restaurants. SERVICE. No one at the front desk when I arrived at 8:30 pm. Concierge told me there was only one receptionist but that she was held up somewhere. I had to wait five minutes. After completing registration, the receptionist forgot to give me the room key, claiming she had already given it to me (she had left it at the copy machine when she copied my passport). The hotel made up by sending free snacks and fruit to my room, which was a nice gesture. AMENITIES. The room itself was fine, except that the windows were small for a ”river view luxury room” and that the power socket at the desk was defective, making it impossible to work on my laptop at the desk. The panarima bar on the 26th floor was closed when I wanted to check it out a little after 10 pm. BREAKFAST. Mediocre at best. Really ni reason to stay in this hotel."
