🏡We stayed in a cabin in Keketuhai during off-peak season. The owner, seeing we were tired from our journey, arranged a warm and cozy room with a humidifier. The high oxygen levels made for a good night's sleep. 🐶🐈Who else gets to live the good life with cats and dogs? The adorable Na Nie and Mocha are very well-behaved, never biting or barking, making it family-friendly. A must-visit for trips with pets! ✈️You can even fly drones! So cool! There are plenty of entertainment options, including homemade cakes to share. 🍞The breakfast and dining environment was like stepping into an oil painting. 🍂Especially when Hemu and Kanas are overcrowded, Kekeli Courtyard in Keketuhai is definitely a top recommendation. I've already recommended it to everyone I know! 🧑🤝🧑

My stay at the Dream Hotel in Koktokay was absolutely fantastic! As one of the top hotels in the area, its simple yet elegant decor was stunning, but what truly impressed me was its incredibly thoughtful and personalized service. When my daughter suddenly caught a cold and developed a fever while we were traveling, she even vomited that night. The staff immediately and proactively helped clean her up without the slightest impatience. They even thoughtfully provided fever-reducing medication upon check-out, and there were no extra charges whatsoever – such a heartwarming gesture. Delivery items were delivered directly to our room, and fresh fruit was provided daily. Even if a package was a kilometer away, they would proactively retrieve it for us – their attention to detail was impeccable. With its comfortable environment, warm service, and constant consideration for guests, staying here in Koktokay is definitely a safe bet, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time!

This time I stayed at Jiyuhe Hantian Hotel during my trip to Keketuohai, and the experience was great! The hotel is in an excellent location, very close to the No. 3 mine vein, and it is very convenient to travel. As soon as I entered the lobby, I was amazed by the unique design of the mine elements, and the atmosphere was directly full! The room was even more surprising, with a large space of 60 square meters, Duravit bathroom, Slumberland mattress super comfortable, and equipped with laundry equipment, full marks for details! The catering must be praised, the breakfast variety is rich, the beef brisket topping noodles are super fragrant, and the Xinjiang flavor and other dishes for dinner are also authentic. The front desk service is super enthusiastic, and they took the initiative to help with the luggage, which is very considerate. The manager also enthusiastically helped us order and confirm the time for breakfast the next day. Overall, both the facilities and services are worthy of high-end positioning.

Great place. Very welcoming and helpful owner who speaks good English. She messaged me before I arrived to help me check in and get to the location. Helped me with getting the bus to the ski slopes and finding a restaurant to eat at. The location is great for the ski resort and for the town. The room is really clean and tidy with a comfy bed and soft towels. Would definitely stay again

The hardware and software are first-class, the room is clean and tidy, the staff is friendly😀😀The room is a**ospheric and not depressing, and the room height is estimated to be about 3 meters. The room is equipped with bathrobes and tea sets. It is so comfortable to drink tea in front of the large French window👍👍👍The hotel is located by the Ehe River, and you can walk along the river to experience the slow life of contemporary people.

迴應了，能處理都儘量及時幫忙處理了。但是不可避免的房間真的問題有點多:1.床鋪有頭三根髮絲；2.因為室內温度高外面雪融化房間屋頂滴水；3.廁所房間佈置的很漂亮，很有異域風。房東阿Q服務好的沒得説，不僅幫忙上下幫行李，我的車窗被冰凍結了霜還親自幫忙處理乾淨，有問題都及時返臭，排氣扇一直開着會好些；4.廁所的燈衹裝浴霸的，亮度一言難盡，再三確認幾次是開了；5.床鋪質量有待提高可以摸到彈簧，又太軟了，睡得腰疼；6.隔音太差，隔壁一對一晚上説了啥都聽的見。

Modern, youthful, bright and clean. The concept is very attractive but the execution could be better. The hotel is has a lovely modern design and uses mostly Xiaomi appliances which is great. It’s also not a large hotel so it does not feel crowded. The quality of the finishings, the clinical feel of the lobby, the quiet and limited staff is a bit of a letdown but it meets all the minimum expectations. Also stingy with the breakfast, like not replenishing the yoghurt and fruits when there is still 30 mins before the end of breakfast - although to be fair there was still lots of hot food left.

We stayed here during the Chinese New Year and saw the fireworks, which were really beautiful. The scenery of the hotel can be said to be unbeatable in Keketuohai. I have stayed in many hotels in Keke, and I feel that only the scenery of this hotel is the best. I really recommend it. I can lie on the bed and watch the sunrise on Jinshan Mountain. It is also the closest hotel to the ski resort. It is really convenient that the B&B has both Western and Chinese food. If you don't want to go to town, you can ask the hotel to help you bring your things (the service is really great). When I first arrived, I was a little frustrated to see that there was no elevator, but I found that the housekeeper helped to move the luggage up and down, which was really great. I didn't have to do it myself. Every day when I came back, the housekeepers would take the initiative to help put the snowboards. The ski resort bus would also stop at the door of the B&B. If you don't want to take the bus, the housekeeper at the front desk will help you contact the carpool, which is great. You don't have to worry about it yourself. Just tell the front desk the time you want to leave for the ski resort. It's really super convenient.

Facilities: The facilities are quite complete and of good quality, well-maintained; I didn't find anything wrong during my stay. Cleanliness: Quite clean, with a slight smell of renovation. Environment: Quite close to the scenic area, only a few kilometers away, and very close to Lake Iremu. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, which is convenient. The view from the entrance is just average; there are other hotels under renovation nearby. Service: Because it was the off-season, there weren't many people, and the service was normal.

The room heating is sufficient, especially warm, not far from the snow field, convenient transportation, enough to eat in the restaurant downstairs, there is a convenience store on the first floor, the price conscience! Come back next year, live next year! The room is also very good, all kinds of facilities, smart toilet, small audio, electric curtains, TV are particularly large! The scenery outside the window is particularly beautiful! Absolutely no regrets!
