She even quietly upgraded me to a room with a view of the snow-capped mountains – this unexpected thoughtfulness instantly won me over. Nulina, who arrived shortly after, was equally reassuring. From confirming room availability to handing over a welcome gift, her movements were efficient and gentle, quickly allaying any concerns I might have had about long queues during peak season. The entire check-in experience was like unwrapping a delightful surprise: in terms of facilities, the room maintained DoubleTree's consistent comfort – warm, soft bedding, and a glimpse of the distant snow-capped mountains from the window; in terms of service, Aldak's attentiveness and Nulina's efficiency were the finishing touches – they didn't just mechanically follow procedures, but genuinely understood ”what guests need.” Next time I come to Fuyun, I'll definitely stay here again! It offers excellent value for money and is definitely worth revisiting! The dog, Lucky, and the ragdoll cat, Tangdou, are adorable. I'll definitely be back next time."

Breakfast was decent too. Compared to other places in town, it's super convenient because you don't have to go outside in the cold to eat, and it's free!
