"This stay exceeded my expectations and deserves a five-star recommendation! The hotel boasts a superb location with convenient access to transportation. The rooms were spacious, bright, clean, and tidy, with soft and comfortable bedding and excellent soundproofing, ensuring a good night's sleep. The bathroom featured a separate shower and toilet, ample hot water, and all the necessary amenities. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, providing efficient check-in and responding promptly to any needs. The breakfast was varied and delicious, creating a warm and comfortable atmosphere overall. Excellent value for money, I would definitely choose this hotel again next time and wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone!"

"This was my first time skiing in Xinjiang, and I chose this hotel! We arrived during a cold snap, and it was -50 degrees Celsius that day ❄️ The environment was better than I expected. The underfloor heating was incredibly strong – so warm I almost couldn't sleep! It also came with its own washing machine and dryer. The lobby had a restaurant, bar, and ski shop. The service was excellent!!! The owner, front desk staff, restaurant staff, and even the cleaning aunties were all incredibly friendly and welcoming!! If you're lucky, you might even get picked up by the owner themselves!!! (The owner picked us up, which was great! 👍) I highly, highly recommend the halal restaurant downstairs! Hotel breakfast was served there!! The stir-fried dishes we ordered at night were all delicious (much better than some of the restaurants outside!). The only downsides were the limited selection and I wouldn't recommend the Da Pan Ji (big plate chicken). Everything else was fantastic!!!! 🙌🙌 I forgot to take photos of the hotel itself, so I only have a few from the drive up the mountain 🙂"

"Facilities: The facilities are quite complete and of good quality, well-maintained; I didn't find anything wrong during my stay. Cleanliness: Quite clean, with a slight smell of renovation. Environment: Quite close to the scenic area, only a few kilometers away, and very close to Lake Iremu. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, which is convenient. The view from the entrance is just average; there are other hotels under renovation nearby. Service: Because it was the off-season, there weren't many people, and the service was normal."

"The accommodation is very good, parking is convenient, and it is a quick walk along the bridge to the pedestrian street with many restaurants to choose from. The room is comfortable and the view is good. The breakfast is quite simple, similar to the layout of a Chinese restaurant. There is no coffee machine either, so you need to bring your own coffee."

"The hotel is nestled in the idyllic countryside, offering beautiful views. A boardwalk runs alongside the hotel, offering panoramic views of the lake and mountains. Walking through the hotel leads to the lake. The hotel facilities are excellent, with two-story wooden houses offering a tranquil and peaceful atmosphere. The front desk lady was warm and sweet. We also have a clever little dog named Cola, who was always ”unconsciously” leading the way as we strolled along the boardwalk and lakeside. He was truly adorable."

"My winter trip to ski in Fuyun County was made even more memorable by the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel. During check-in, the receptionist, Aldak, was as welcoming as a cup of hot cocoa – she patiently explained the local ski resort routes and authentic food locations, even detailing which slopes were best for beginners and which restaurant had the most delicious hand-pulled lamb. She even quietly upgraded me to a room with a view of the snow-capped mountains – this unexpected thoughtfulness instantly won me over. Nulina, who arrived shortly after, was equally reassuring. From confirming room availability to handing over a welcome gift, her movements were efficient and gentle, quickly allaying any concerns I might have had about long queues during peak season. The entire check-in experience was like unwrapping a delightful surprise: in terms of facilities, the room maintained DoubleTree's consistent comfort – warm, soft bedding, and a glimpse of the distant snow-capped mountains from the window; in terms of service, Aldak's attentiveness and Nulina's efficiency were the finishing touches – they didn't just mechanically follow procedures, but genuinely understood ”what guests need.” Next time I come to Fuyun, I'll definitely stay here again! I also want to wholeheartedly recommend it to all friends planning to visit this snowy region—the warm service of the DoubleTree by Hilton will make your trip more reassuring and blissful."

"The resort is beautifully decorated and cosy, and amenities are very modern. The hosts are very helpful and friendly, providing us with sumptious breakfast (with home made) bread and fruits and nuts. They also linked us up and helped us arrange for transport to attractions and back to Fuyun train. To top it all, the dog is super friendly and adorable, and together with the cat, making the stay even more interesting. On the last day, the hosts even drove us to the garden for pictures and to the town. Thanks for making our stay so comfortable."

"Murti Garden Hotel is absolutely amazing, a definite five-star! It's super easy to get to, just search on navigation and you're there. The huge parking lot means you can park anywhere, which is incredibly convenient for self-driving. The ski shuttle stop is right outside the hotel, and since it's the first stop, you're guaranteed a seat. The facilities are great, with an elevator making it super easy to move luggage. The hygiene is excellent; the rooms are clean and tidy, and the bedding is so comfortable you won't want to get up. The soundproofing is good, ensuring a peaceful sleep, and you can even cast your screen to the TV for some great binge-watching. The owner and staff are incredibly warm and welcoming, helping with luggage as soon as you arrive, making you feel like family. Breakfast is incredibly rich, with a wide variety of cold dishes, hot dishes, and porridges – super satisfying. The environment is lovely, with a beautiful backyard garden and a swing that's incredibly therapeutic, attracting many people for photos. The Ertix River is right next door, offering stunning sunset views in the evening, a sky full of stars at night, and beautiful sunrises in the morning – the scenery is just breathtaking! The whole experience was fantastic, and I'll definitely stay here again next time!"
