The front desk lady was very gentle and asked me if I preferred a high floor or a quiet room during check-in. She was very considerate.

We originally booked a basic room, but considering we were visiting from out of town, they upgraded us to a twin room with a washing machine and balcony for free. It was a real bonus! The room was spacious and bright, with great daylight and a fantastic view. The facilities were even better than we expected, and it was incredibly comfortable. The experience was absolutely amazing! Go, go, go!

The room was very clean and tidy, and the smart control of curtains, TV, lights, and other amenities was very convenient and felt very upscale. MM51886****We came to Keketuohai in winter to experience the winter in northern Xinjiang. We stayed in this hotel on New Year's Eve. They gave us red envelopes that night, which was a great surprise! Free fruit, clean room, clean bathroom, hot water, it's the closest hotel to the ski resort in town. The next day I took my kids to Ma, the scenery was really great, it's surrounded by the most convenient places to eat in town, the front desk lady was very helpful, basically everything I asked for could be provided, next time I bring my kids here to ski I'll stay in this hotel! I won a big red envelope on New Year’s Eve, I was very happy! ! ! Especially when celebrating the New Year in a different place! ! !
