The environment, service, hygiene, and catering are very satisfactory! Full marks! I booked the hotel casually. I thought it was pretty good after looking at the pictures. I didn't expect it to be really good. The actual scenery is even better than the pictures. And the facilities, environment, etc. of the room are basically the same as the details page! Shower gel and shampoo are all disposable in small packages, so there is no need to worry about hygiene issues! Toothbrushes, toothpaste and slippers are better than those in five-star hotels! Towels are sterilized at high temperature and can be smelled! Catering is not expensive. Three dishes and one soup for two people are enough. You need to make reservations in advance. The manager will remind you to eat at the time! Breakfast and afternoon tea are free, and they are not fooling people at all. They are prepared very carefully! It rained when checking out, and the hotel also prepared umbrellas for us and put them at the door. It was really thoughtful! Finally, we were given souvenirs. I really like it! Although the mountain road is rugged and difficult to walk, it is really worth it. The scenery of the hotel is super beautiful and the air is super fresh! In short! Very satisfied! Finally, I wish the hotel will do better and better and have a prosperous business!

Travelers beware! The photos advertising Ke Gamer do not resemble to actual room and the food is horrible. I opted to upgrade to the private hot spring villa for close to 4000rmb a night expecting a high class experience but was instead highly disappointed! We arrived on a Saturday and reserved a table at the restaurant, famished from traveling and expecting a wonderful meal. They did not mention that this was a set menu (only for the package that was included with the room) so there was no option to select my dishes nor to explain our gluten free diet. First bread came (couldn’t eat it, gluten) then a mushroom chicken soup that was difficult to swallow. Over salted and the chicken was rubbery. Then came there version of a kimchi that was ok. Shrimp next that was battered (gluten) and smothered in mayonnaise, and then an over salted spicy beef dish and inedible veggies dish.At this point we decided to leave and opted instead to pay for food delivery. When we shared this information with the assistant helping us he messaged me saying you are a foreigner would you prefer chicken wings or a steak. I’ve been living in China 10 years and never spoken to so rudely. My gf then wanted to have a soak in the hot spring and have a fire because the rain had stopped but she was told no they could not do this for us that night. That’s when I added the wechat and she deleted him so she would no longer have to talk to someone so rude. We did find it strange that even though I was now in communication with him he still attempted to friend my gf several times, very disrespectful!! After I explained how unsatisfactory the service was to that point he made more of an effort and we did get to enjoy a relaxing evening outside. The next day we stayed away from the restaurant not wanting to have that experience again so ordered delivery service again, decent food for delivery. We did attempt the on site restaurant one more time before checking out for breakfast and this was awful as well. Cold eggs, bacon and sausage. They did have a nice assortment of breads which we could not eat (gluten) so we had a yogurt container and coffee before leaving. One part of the stay was an assistant driving us into town to a nice tea shop. He took us tot he location and offered to help us select a shop. He was very friendly and helpful inside the shop to explain the differences in teas and get us a good deal. We ended up purchasing 2 boxes of tea to take home. Overall I did not enjoy the stay at this overpriced and falsely advertised hotel. This is certainly one case when we did not get what we paid for. Wishing you better luck than we had.
