GGuest UserOn my last day in Europe, I looked forward to a long-established hotel! I capped off my trip with a perfect stop by Lake Geneva. Strolling along the shores of Lake Geneva for my final night, the lake breeze, tinged with the crisp coolness of the Alps, etched a profound understanding of why travelers place their trust in established hotels. While they may not be breathtaking in every detail, they always manage to comfort and sustain a wandering soul through the finest details. The hotel's location is a perfect balance: just a five-minute drive from the airport, with multiple free daily shuttles, it's a truly wonderful and reassuring experience.
GGuest UserI am driving. The so-called 'parking' facility is public parking with completely no relationship with the hotel. So the price of parking in the hotel facility description is totally wrong! The car parking description should be described as 'parking in nearby public carpark and price unknown.'
Otherwise, the hotel is central to everything.
GGuest UserAlexis from reception is AMAZING! He went the extra mile to make my friend comfortable despite not being able to speak a foreign language. Alexis made sure additional requests such as massages (as the hotel does not have an in-house spa) and courier pick-ups were as smooth as possible. What a man!
GGuest UserThe reception is so friendly and helpful, she tells us too many things about transportation of Geneva. Also, the reception allow us check in earlier. Very good experience.
WWinnie/This kind of old-fashioned absolute landscape hotel is actually not an ideal place to enjoy the services of a five-star hotel. Because the hotel's service attitude varies from person to person, it feels very uncomfortable and shows their unprofessionalism and lack of empathy for earthlings, which is a pity! The so-called civilization and quality reveal many narrow local cultures in them. This is very out of line with Switzerland - the seat of the United Nations! Not neutral either!
JJust Olya/Good hotel if you want to be on the promenade but some 30 minutes walk to the station. However hotel can help with the taxi if you need one. Rooms were clean and airconditioned. Good hotel however for my feeling it’s more of a 4 stars than 5.
GGuest UserThe hotel front desk service is warm and thoughtful, the lobby is very beautiful, the hotel's Japanese restaurant tastes good and has rich dishes, the hotel's breakfast is also very good, the hotel is very close to the commercial street, shopping is very convenient
