"The hotel is quite new, and the air conditioning in the room works great. The breakfast is decent, offering standard items like bread, eggs, coffee, tea, fruit, yogurt, cereal, and sausages. For Switzerland, the room rate is pretty good value for money. You can even watch CCTV on the TV. In the summer, there are a lot of flying insects, and I found a small bug in my room on the first night. The front desk immediately moved me to another room. If you turn right after leaving the hotel, there's a supermarket and a shopping mall about a 3-minute walk away. Trams 14 and 18 nearby can take you to the city center. The hotel also sends an email explaining how to get a transportation card. There's a 24-hour self-service tea and coffee station in the ground floor restaurant."

"Quite limited selection in buffet breakfast. Hotel room very tight it was a bit hard to move around the room even though we only have two small hand-carry luggage. Handy location to tram to city centre and close to airport (only 18mins bus to airport from hotel)."

"I accidentally book the wrong date, when I realised it I acted it instantly. However, the hotel still refuse to cancel/refund it. I tried to call them but they didn’t pickup the phone so when I arrived to the hotel and talk to them about the situation, they have zero empathy and refuse to refund. It was absolutely terrible experience. I would definitely not re-visit it again!"

"Very unprofessional & terrible experience at Salon Dufour! First of all, when we entered the hotel, no one opened the door for us. I thought this was a 5 star hotel? We were there for afternoon tea at precisely 3pm & there was nothing on the menu but snacks & drinks. We waited for someone to take our order, but after 15 minutes I had to go to reception & ask for someone to help us. Finally a server came & took our orders & it took a while to get our drinks. The server put our tea cups down in a messy way & not in front of each person. Then when the tea pots came the server poured the tea & it dripped on both the teapot & the tea cup saucers. He never apologized or changed our tea cups. I wholly expect Four Seasons to have impeccable service as they are world-renowned & the atmosphere & service to be perfection. Instead this was a waste of time & money. I will never return."

"Nice hotel but a bit clautrophobic. We were asked for a tip when leaving which was very unpleasant. First time it has ever happened and we travel a lot. The hotel should pay decent salaries instead of asking its guests for extra money."

"The hotel located near United Nations, public transportation is free by traveling in GENEVA, the hotel staff will help to register when you check in. The room was clean, but the furniture was a bit old as expected. The breakfast was offered by semi buffet, a variety of food selections, quality of food was nice."
