"Very, very close to the station literally right across the exit, the room size is actually not bad. I was given a room on the first floor, and I was concerning about whether if it’s gonna be allowed and no noisy… now I have been woke up in the middle of the night from jet lag, I would say the room is pretty quiet.
Might come back again if I need another transitional or layover overnight."

GGuest UserThe breakfast was beyond my expectation, the front desk service was very good, the transportation was also very convenient. There was a tram going directly to the city center. There was a relatively large COOP one tram stop away. I will stay here again in the future.

GGuest UserWe like our stay in Hotel Kipling. The front desk staff were helpful, polite and kind. The hotel is very clean. The bathroom has a good amount of toiletries supplied. There were robe, slippers. Chocolates, water. The hotel staff sent the Free Guest travel pass 4 days before we check in so we were able to use it as soon as we arrived in the airport.

BBenny Hon ChungThe hotel is in a central location which is only a few minutes walk from the railway station and the old town where the cathedral and all the big luxury brands can be found. There are a lot of restaurants in its vicinity. The hotel is a bit old but very clean and comfortable. The room is spacious and sound proofing is excellent. The staff are extremely polite, welcoming, and accomodating. It's worth mentioning that the hotel's check in time is 1500 but we were given a room when we arrived at 1210. The gentleman and lady at the reception counter even gave us a city map and took several minutes telling us where to go. The two reception girls in the afternoon also showed us their welcoming smiles every time they saw us. When we called to request to have a kettle the hotel gave us not just a kettle but a whole lot of instant coffee and tea bags. Wow what a surprise to receive such excellent service in a small 4 star hotel! I highly recommend it to all travellers who want to receive exceptional service.

AAurely BondyI had a great weekend in Geneva, and my stay at Appart-City Genève-Vernier-Aéroport went very well. The studio we had was perfect: cozy, well-arranged, and comfortable. The location is ideal, with shops nearby and very convenient public transportation to get around the city easily. The booking process was hassle-free, everything was very straightforward.
The only minor drawback was the room window: it doesn't open very easily, which makes ventilation a bit difficult and causes some odors to linger longer in the room. Other than that, everything was impeccable, and I genuinely loved my stay. I highly recommend this establishment!

We felt the room did not match the photos on trip.com. A room with carpet and what looked like a terrace is in the pictures. We got a really old dated room without carpet and no balcony terrace.
The description of the hotel states amenities like dental kit, conditioner and there wasn’t anything. There wasn’t even any bottles of water in our room. The sliding door for the shower was broken.
The breakfast was really small and limited and of a very basic quality.
It was my girlfriend’s birthday and there was no mention or wish of a happy birthday.
This is only the second negative review I’ve left on trip.com out of 30+ hotel bookings in the last 1.5 years

TtheminimeThe location is pretty convenient and accessible. It was 1 minute walk away from the tram station and 2 stops away from Cornavin Station.
Staffs were friendly and approachable at all times. Even though, I didn’t mention that it will be my birthday, they prepared a small amenity for me on my second day stay. Truly appreciate it!
Hotel and the room is clean. Very pleasing to the eyes.
Room came with universal socket which came in handy since my luggage was delayed and I do not have travel adapter with me.
All in all, I had a really pleasant stay.

GGuest UserGreat location just a few hundred metres from the main railway station. Tram stop right outdoors and surrounded by good range of shops and restaurants.
Rooms are air conditioned, spacious and have good facilities such as safe, fridge and good wardrobe space.
Bathroom is decent size although shower position confusing as spray often caused the floor to be get wet.
Tea and coffee making facilities in the room but did have to ask for normal tea as only flavoured
offered. Our room was facing the street and although on the 4th floor was quite noisy.
Staff on reception were nice and helpful and we benefited from the free Geneva travel card for our stay.

GGuest UserService was an area of major dissatisfaction. I felt uncomfortable and singled out during breakfast when a staff member, notably dressed in a blue-striped shirt, decided it was necessary to lecture me on how to use a spoon and fork at the buffet counter. This intrusive behavior was not only condescending but also culturally insensitive, especially towards the predominantly Asian guest demographic. Her constant supervision over my shoulder was unnecessary and unpleasant. You must pick up and return the serving spoon and fork to the exact same spot; otherwise, she will come over to watch you and place them back herself. Furthermore, the front desk staff lacked warmth and friendliness, their attitude falling disappointingly short of the hospitality one expects from such a highly-rated hotel.

The room amenities were quite complete, with slippers, toothpaste, and toothbrushes all provided. It was very convenient, very clean, and the room was quite large. The breakfast was the best I've had in Switzerland and Paris, with a particularly rich and delicious selection of fruit.

EEdwinVery well located, with many eateries around and just across the street of the train station which was very convenient for us. Room was decent, enough for a night stay but still pretty pricey. Hotel provides free public transport for foreigners so do remember to ask the reception as well :)
It was a little noisy as they were doing renovation works just during the day.
