"The first time I lived in this type of B&B was a retro villa with a beautiful yard in front. The landlord was a grandmother named Patty. I could find a restaurant on foot. The overall feeling was very good and recommended."

"Check-in was a breeze.The room was decent,clean and functional.The toaster and microwave oven with ample cutlery and plates were a pleasant surprise.
Unfortunately we were late checking in and couldn't confirm our breakfast for the following day.Just as well there were the toaster and microwave oven.
Checking out was equally simple and fast.
The hotel seems to be a distance from food outlets though.Best for people who have their own transport.On the plus side,it is quiet and we got a good night's sleep."

"Stayed in the Grand King Suite, room was very clean, modern Bathroom with great water pressure and heat.
Great smelling shampoo and soaps etc.
Smart TV with Foxtel and Mobile casting options built in.
King bed was very comfortable and supportive (not two beds pushed together, actual king mattress)
Location is very central.
The food at the Commodore is fantastic, both Dinner and Breakfast were great tasting, quality and service.
Thank you for the great stay on my stop over to Adelaide from Melbourne."

"The room is very good, a 1.5m double bed, a 1.8m double bed, can accommodate four people. Although facing the street, there is no car at night and it is not noisy. Very close to the supermarket and not far from the attractions."

"After coming to Melbourne from Melbourne to visit the Great Ocean Road, most people choose to return to Melbourne. We choose to drive all the way to Mount Gambier. There are blue lakes and cave gardens in Gambier. Because there are few tourists in the spring, the hotel stays. Not much. Every room in the hotel has its own parking space, don't worry, the room is relatively large, and the face of the road will not be very noisy. From the town center and the Blue Lake, the cave hotel is about 5-10 minutes drive, eat and There are a lot of gas stations in the town center, and it is convenient to choose this hotel by car."

"I booked two rooms with two beds and one bed with one bed and a sofa. Two beds are good. One large bed and one single bed are suitable for family travel. Although it is not a particularly new hotel, it is still quite clean. It is also very big, there is a swimming pool that is not very big, breakfast is a good choice for a short stay"

"Went out with my parents and my partner to play. The location of this motel is good, very close to the Blue Lake, and there is a gas station next to it ⛽️. Of course, if you check in late, you still need to tell the front desk. The front desk will put the key in the key box."

GGuest UserThe location of the hotel is very good, just in the center of the town of Mount Gambier, there are many restaurants, supermarkets, there are also local famous art centers, and there is a free parking area in the hotel. The hotel's reception is connected to its restaurant area, behind a row of wine, which is also very interesting. The room is very spacious, the interior decoration is very new, the brand of hand sanitizer is Aesop, very good!

ZZhangxiaoyueererIt feels like a popular hotel. Although I didn't try it, I think the hotel's food must be delicious, because when I went there at 8pm, there were crowds of people. The hotel is an old hotel, with the old bathroom like the one on TV. The overall room is large and the bath water is great! It still has a foreign flavor. Recommended!

GGuest UserStopped by and stayed overnight. Very close to the Blue Lake and the underground garden. The integrated air conditioner is very noisy. The price is reasonable. If you are just on the way and stay for one night, it is still a great choice. Overall, it is good.

GGuest UserMy wife and I stayed here for just one night to take advantage of some free Vline train vouchers, so, as our host told us,, we were not typical of most travellers arriving at the motel by car. We chose this place because the price was reasonable, previous reviews were good and the location was not far from the Vline coach terminal next to the Visitor Information Centre.
Our Queen room was basic but clean, comfortable and well air-conditioned. There were good supplies of cutlery, crockery and snacks, together with a microwave and a toaster. Whilst not serving meals at the motel, our host told us of a cafe nearby. He was charming to chat to and kindly looked after our baggage for us in the free hours between checkout and our coach departure. All up, a very pleasant experience.

GGuest UserI have stayed many of times at the Motel when visiting in Mount Gambier. The staff and work crew are absolutely brilliant!!! The rooms are kept clean every day and the owners and there family can't do enough for you . I highly recommend staying here when in Mount Gambier!
