"＜Location＞Right in front of the tram stop. It is recommended to buy a ticket at the train station and take the tram. (It takes about 20 minutes on foot from the train station, the map app is not accurate, and there are many obstacles such as stairs, so it can be difficult and take a lot more time.) It takes about 20 to 30 minutes on foot to the Comedy Square. ＜Facility＞ It is not fancy, but it is equipped with almost all facilities, and there is also a bathtub, terrace, kitchen and tableware. The room is also large, and the common space is also large. (Gowns and slippers are not provided.) ＜Service＞ actively trying to help, and are very friendly. The room is clean, and they do not require a deposit or cleaning. There is a 24-hour front desk, and you can drink coffee and tea for free in the common area. ＜Price＞ It is cost-effective. ＜Comprehensive＞ It is perfect for practicality."

"This hotel is very close (2 min walks) to the Central Station in Montpellier. The room was relatively compact but very modern with all the essential requirements of this 3 star hotel. However, I was very impressed with staff and the receptionist at this hotel. I must mention Lucas, for his outstanding customer service. In additional to his exceptional English, he displayed genuine warmth and keen interest in all travellers. Due to Lucas personality, it was the best ever welcome to Montpellier. This is also large patio-terrance (on level 3) with a range of chairs and tables. This hotel was exceptional value for money and and location near main attractions of city is ideal. (10-15 walk)"

"Great hotel but the brown girl at customer service desk did not show friendly vibes when I was checking in at the evening. She did not open the door for me despite having a reservation. She even doubted I was the person on my ID. Apart from this judgemental person, everyone else provided excellent service."

"Good location in downtown. Supermarket is just nearby and 2 restaurants. The staffs are friendly and supporting. The shower is quite hot and instant which is good.
Only the hotel also next to the train station so some noises during the night. With earplug should be okay."

"The location is good, right next to the train station, and it takes 2-3 minutes to walk there if you take the train. It is also very close to the city center, 5 minutes walk. Other than that, there is nothing to praise. In addition to the additional fees specified on Ctrip, you also need to pay a deposit when you check in. This is the only hotel that requires a deposit when we visited several cities in France and several European countries this time. And you have to pay the 50 euro deposit by credit card. The short male waiter at the hotel front desk said in a blunt manner that you can't stay without a credit card. It makes people feel uncomfortable."

I highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Montpellier. The location of this hotel is truly superior and the staff are welcoming, proficient and accommodating. The facilities are tidy and clean, and the common areas boast old world charm while the rooms are modern and well appointed.
I particularly enjoyed the fantastic water pressure in the shower, and the quality toiletries with proper pump hand soap for washing hands opposed to grimy bar soap. The separate water closet was also a thoughtful touch that I wish all hotels had.
The room was large for European standards with clever storage options, and I appreciated the attention to detail in its design. If you are driving, I strongly advise illegally parking in front of the hotel prior to check-in and asking exactly how to get to the parking garage. This will save loads of time and you’ll avoid circling one-way streets.
Overall, I highly recommend this hotel as a fantastic choice for your stay in Montpellier. We will absolutely stay again upon our next visit to the city.

GGuest UserThe hotel is very beautiful and central. The room has been very enjoyed, and for the rest, too well. If you comment that breakfast was very basic, there were not many options and you will charge a €50 guarantee when you arrive.

It is very close to the Sant Roque station, which is the central station of the city. It is located in the old area very close to the tourist attractions. Good service. It is a hostel opened a month ago. How to improve I would suggest that there be more showers outside the rooms, it can be annoying for the other guests if they use it if they are resting. The tram also passes nearby so bring earplugs.

NNasrinStuff was polite and lovely . we book breakfast and when we want to serve something two peple was standing over there and just zoom to our hands that they look over our hands that how much we want took bread or something else . That was rude and disgusting.
