It's also within walking distance of Polaris Square and the Fire Memorial Museum. Parking is quite convenient, with options on the street and behind the building. The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was super comfortable. The bathroom facilities were very new. The only minor quibble was that the smart curtains were a bit uncooperative; they didn't quite listen to commands! 😂"

Dining options nearby are plentiful, and you can also order meals at the hotel. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the bathroom had a separate wet and dry area. Parking was convenient. When we checked out, the proprietress even gave us two bottles of blueberry juice – it was such a thoughtful gesture!"

The staff were super warm, friendly, and really on the ball; they answered every question thoroughly. While the breakfast options weren't extensive, there was certainly enough to fill you up. The room itself was wonderfully warm, though it was a bit on the small side, making it hard to open a large suitcase. Overall, I'd still highly recommend it!"

"The facilities were complete and thoughtful. The underfloor heating prevented the room from getting too dry, and a humidifier was provided. The bathroom also had a separate wet and dry area. There were many good restaurants nearby, making it convenient for sightseeing. It was a very unique guesthouse, exceeding my expectations. I felt the warmth of the people from Northeast China. The owner even gave me complimentary frozen pears, a specialty of Northeast China. Highly recommended! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻"

"The service attitude is not good, the breakfast is a mess, and the transportation is very inconvenient. For example, when asking the front desk whether there is a taxi service, or providing the driver's number, he will be cold-faced and refuse, as if you have a car, the inconvenience has nothing to do with him. Originally I went to their swimming pool, but I was told directly that it didn't exist and it wasn't open. In short, the check-in experience was extremely poor. They didn't even provide an extra bottle of water and had to pay extra. Please be careful to avoid this pitfall."

I never expected such a satisfying stay in Mohe Arctic Village. I truly recommend this B&B."

"I always knew Qinglai Hotel was special. The owner offered thoughtful pick-up and drop-off service, and the rooms were immaculately clean, feeling brand new. In summer, the rooms were bathed in sunshine, feeling wonderfully fresh. The newly renovated environment was elegant and tasteful. The bedding was comfortable, and smart toilets and automatic curtains added to the convenience. The owner was incredibly warm and thoughtful, providing prompt transfers and even taking us to explore some hidden local gems. And the breakfast? It hands-down beat every other meal we had during our entire trip. What truly impressed us was what happened just before we left: we realized our child had left their watch in the owner's car. We were already almost out of the village, but the owner made a special trip, driving out to meet us and personally handing the watch to our child before returning. Their remarkable conscientiousness and sense of responsibility were deeply moving; even now, thinking about it warms my heart. When traveling with kids, losing things is a parent's biggest fear, so encountering such an owner made us feel incredibly lucky. Our trip became exceptionally perfect, all thanks to Qinglai Hotel!"

Many places in Heilongjiang don't have elevators, so it's impressive that they've installed one even on the third floor. The owner is very thoughtful. The bathtub is also beautiful and comfortable."

"The stay was truly beyond expectations. The B&Bs I could find in the Arctic Village scenic area were either homely B&Bs or incredibly expensive hotels. This one offered excellent value for money, and I highly recommend it! 🌿 Details I particularly want to praise: ▶ The room was spacious, with a sofa and a large TV. Finally, I didn't have to sit on the bed the moment I entered. ▶ The decor was very stylish, with excellent product selection. The lighting and electric stove accents made the room very comfortable. ▶ The bedding was so comfortable, I could just sleep right next to it. Since the house is on the edge of the village, we slept with the windows open, which made for a very quiet night's sleep. ▶ While I personally prefer towels, some people find disposable towels more reassuring. ❗ The disposable slippers were excellent quality, the best available. ▶ Unlimited mineral water!!! Ask the owner, he's very generous. (Many hotels fret over little things like this, so I definitely want to praise the unlimited amount.) ▶The kettle was clean, and I made a warm, stomach-warming tea before bed. ▶The breakfast was hot!!! None of the hotels I've stayed at so far offer a hot buffet breakfast. While the variety wasn't huge, it was delicious. ▶The owner, the owner's wife, and the aunt were all so friendly, like visiting family. (Thanks to the owner's big umbrella, we didn't get wet while walking around the village.) ●I want to make sure every little detail the hotel and B&B puts in is noticed and appreciated. Reviews shouldn't just be about venting dissatisfaction; they need positive feedback! I hope everyone can find good owners and good guests!"

"Arctic Village does not allow private cars to enter the village at will during the peak season. This hotel is about 4 kilometers away from the village center. You can take the circle bus or sightseeing convertible. It is not convenient to go out. You need to wait for the circle bus. The hotel facilities are a bit old and there is no air conditioning. Although it was about 20 degrees in the mountains, I felt that the necessary facilities should be there. The room was relatively spacious, the bed was relatively comfortable, and the hygiene was good. However, I went too late and did not experience the hotel’s special massage and medicinal baths. Waiting for paid services."
