There is no flexibility or accommodation. Check out at 1 o'clock. Even if the plane leaves two hours later, they will not allow late check-out. Late check-out costs extra money. You need to pay extra for mineral water. When you ask for cleaning for the extension room, they only change the bath towels. When asked why the bed is not made and the floor is not mopped, they just make it and mop it casually. I have to refute a few words, not to mention wiping the table top, repairing slippers and pulling paper. Overall, for the above advantages, I will stay in this hotel when I go to Mohe in the future because the hardware conditions are good.

The service cannot be said to be bad, just average. After checking in, we washed the children's clothes, which were all yellow water, and the white clothes were stained and could not be washed. If the hotel had a more positive attitude at the beginning, it would be fine, but even though the manager had never met him and said it over the phone, that attitude alone was worth one point.

If it is not enough, you have to buy it yourself. We swiped WeChat and it was two yuan per bottle, which was a bit too much. The shower is an electric water heater. After one person takes a shower, you have to wait a while before taking a shower. The waiter did not remind us, and we didn't know, so we took a cold shower. The sewer in the bathroom is blocked, and there is serious water accumulation. The hotel has not kept up with this aspect of maintenance.

There are only three plugs in the room, one in the TV cabinet (for the TV and the kettle), one in the bathroom (for the hair dryer), and one on the wall (a three-prong socket). It’s difficult for two people to charge their phones at the same time! 2. The bathroom is too small and the shower design is unreasonable. Once you take a shower, the whole bathroom is filled with water! 3. The room attendant knocked on the door at 7:30 in the morning to do some cleaning (this was the first time I encountered such a ”hard-working” waiter. Although it was early in the morning, he didn't ask me to check out at 7:30) 4. The internet in the room is so rubbish that it can't be used at all. You can only use data traffic, and you can't watch programs on the TV in the room!
