There is no flexibility or accommodation. Check out at 1 o'clock. Even if the plane leaves two hours later, they will not allow late check-out. Late check-out costs extra money. You need to pay extra for mineral water. When you ask for cleaning for the extension room, they only change the bath towels. When asked why the bed is not made and the floor is not mopped, they just make it and mop it casually. The room attendant knocked on the door at 7:30 in the morning to do some cleaning (this was the first time I encountered such a ”hard-working” waiter. Although it was early in the morning, he didn't ask me to check out at 7:30) 4. The internet in the room is so rubbish that it can't be used at all. You can only use data traffic, and you can't watch programs on the TV in the room!
