Plenty of grassy areas to have a picnic or BBQ in the park & set up and watch the sunset (or sunrise for those early risers).We really are located right in the heart of Moffat Beach with cafes & restaurants, fish & chip shops, ice cream shops & cute boutiques surrounding us.Guest accessAll areas of house are accessible except a locked hallway cupboard.Other things to note• This property is NOT suited for parties or noisy gatherings of any type. Schoolies included.• As stated we have two parking spaces available on site (street parking available for more vehicles) one space is on the drive way and the other is in the garage, please note that the garage parking space is more suited for a smaller-medium car.• Porta cot & high chair is available on request.
