"Receptionist asked for our parking ticket, but because of the language barrier I couldnt tell if he was going to offer us a subsidised rate for parking. Also that was after we had already parked in a multi-storey carpark directly beside the hotel. Might be worth asking them where to park beforehand and what the rates are."

"The room was small but serviceable and immaculately clean. The staff was friendly and helpful overall in spite of a severe language barrier. None of them spoke much English and I don't speak any Japanese. The only disappointment was that I asked them to call a store to confirm something on my behalf and they refused. They were not busy at the time and it would have taken all of two minutes to assist me with that. Breakfast was pretty basic, but good and filling."

"Near the Miyazaki Station. Clean room but their amenities are all in the lobby, need to choose and bring all your needs inside your room."

"Location and cleanliness is fine, especially break fast is free and great local food line up for buffet. But room cooling is not enough. That why I borrowed air cooling portable fan from hotel. Hope for the next stay, they install the air conditioning to each room."

"Convenient location, 100 meters out of the station, the room is not big, it is very good to travel or stay temporarily. The front desk staff was not enthusiastic enough, and lived in several cities along the way, and the front desk of Miyazaki store needed to work hard."

"No man hotel with technology of self check in but on the other hand in washrooms the water mixers are very old every time when you want some water you have to decide and both hot water and cold water taps adjust with each other to get required temperature of water. In small hotels and in backward areas now automatic water mixers are available you have to adjust just one knob and you will get water with desired temperature."

"Cosy room which is very clean. Close to a number of restaurants and a megadonki. Excellent service by the hotel staff, and paid parking available."

"Location, parking facility, room cleanliness, breakfast etc everything was almost perfect. Especially this hotel has indoor onsen bath which is a big plus. One thing I like to note is that they use the electronic key system on the door of every room and they provide hotel-issued password printed on the paper. The number combination is 6 digit so it is not easy to memorize. Therefore you have to always carry your pwd paper with you and if you forget it someone can always open your room easily. I think hotel needs to let the customer choose their own password combination, so that they do not have to carry the piece of paper. "

"There's a parking garage next to the hotel. Was offered free parking by the staff at check-in which is a bonus. It's at a central area with many restaurants nearby. Room is the typical Japanese size and standard which is sufficient for 1 night stay. Staff are friendly. there's a max value supermarket just around the corner."

"Thank you very much for your help. The room was spacious and I used it comfortably. Also, the bath was wide and the scent of cypress was very good. The young proprietress was a very nice person, and she taught me about delicious shops in Miyazaki. This time I wasn't staying for sightseeing, so when I returned to the inn late at night, I was greeted with a smile. I will use it again the next time I go sightseeing."
