"The location is excellent, the entire building is a hotel, and the environment is very good. The room is quiet, the bed is very soft and comfortable, and the hot water comes on quickly. It's close to all the scenic spots, and there are many dining and shopping options nearby. The breakfast is rich, and there's a hot spring, but only four hot spring pools were open, which is a bit too few. Parking is free, and the front desk staff were very friendly."

"This hotel was such a pleasant surprise! It's only 200 meters from the Dongfengyun Kaleidoscope, and they even have a shuttle that takes you there, so you barely have to walk – perfect for families with kids. The hot springs were another great surprise; with so many pools, adults can relax while the kids burn off energy in the larger ones. The room was very comfortable, and the bedding was fantastic! They also offer various classes, like yoga, that you can book. I tried one, and it was so relaxing. I'll definitely be back!"

Taiping Lake Forest Chalet Hotel

"The room matched the pictures, and for two adults with two suitcases, it was adequately spacious. We stayed in room 9090. While the exterior looked a bit old, the interior was quite new and all items were clean. The toilet in the bathroom had a slight musty smell from dampness, but the bathroom did have a window and the exhaust fan was new and quite powerful, so opening everything up helped a lot. I'd especially like to commend the staff; they were all very enthusiastic and provided thorough reminders. Due to heavy rain, we stayed in our room and encountered a cleaning lady who was exceptionally kind! Since the hotel is located within a scenic area, dining options are limited to the hotel itself. For just two of us, it wasn't very cost-effective, but it would be great for a larger group as there's a BBQ option. The lake-view restaurant was a bit pricey, though the portions were generous. However, for a small group like ours wanting to try various dishes, it ended up being too expensive. Room service had a limited selection and strict timing requirements. The hotel is quite large, but if you don't have a car, you can contact the front desk for transfers, which is quite convenient. The hotel also offers scheduled shuttle services to the scenic spots, which is very handy."

The service is excellent. Very satisfied. I often travel to Mile for business and have stayed in many hotels. This hotel was great in terms of location, service, breakfast, and hot spring experience. I loved it!! I loved it 😍😍"

Byland Hot Spring Hotel

"The smart control system in the room, powered by a Xiaodu speaker, wasn't working well – seemed like a network issue. The bespectacled guy at the front desk was very helpful and responsive, quite enthusiastic. However, there was a woman at the front desk with a very unpleasant attitude. After breakfast, I wanted to ask about the daily rate to extend my stay (because traveling with kids and a lot of luggage, I didn't want to switch hotels), but she was dismissive and spoke in a very unhelpful tone. So, I guess we'll just have to find another hotel. The room has a soaking tub, but you really need to scrub it thoroughly before using it, otherwise you'll see dead skin from previous guests floating on the water. There was dust on the cabinets, TV, and other facilities. The rooftop pool water was freezing cold, and the public hot tubs were always marked as 'being cleaned' or 'water being changed,' so I never got to use them. Breakfast was decent enough. This city is still definitely worth visiting though!"

"A hotel with a good location, just a short walk from Qianwangmen, and very close to Huquan Ecological Park. There are many convenience stores downstairs. The hotel's infrastructure is also very complete and the hygiene is very good. The breakfast is rich and has many choices. Overall, it is a very cost-effective accommodation option."
