I enjoyed my stay at this hotel, particularly because of its quiet atmosphere and attention to detail. The room I stayed in featured an onsen-style bathtub combined with a shower area, and I appreciated that the hotel provided a bottle of sanitizing solution to enhance hygiene and guest comfort. The bed was comfortable, and the room was clean and well maintained. The hotel also offers self-service laundry facilities, including washing machines and dryers on the rooftop, which is very convenient for longer stays. Guests are also welcome to use the rooftop onsen pool, providing a relaxing experience after a day of sightseeing. Although the rooms do not come with a minibar, the hotel compensates by offering complimentary ice cream and additional bottled drinking water at the reception level. While the ice cream was not delicious, the extra refreshments were a thoughtful touch. It will be good if the hotel not to allow guests smoke in common area such as dining hall for breakfast. Overall, this hotel stands out for its peaceful environment, cleanliness, convenient access to food and park, and thoughtful amenities at very reasonable room rate. I would gladly stay here again.

I booked a king-size lake view room, and the view was fantastic. The amenities were excellent; there's an outdoor swimming pool in the inner courtyard on the first floor, and indoors, a quiet reading nook that feels like a cafe. Breakfast was superb, even offering steak. The staff noticed we hadn't booked breakfast and suggested we get a Jinjiang Silver membership, which came with four breakfast vouchers. We didn't even need to use the vouchers, as the front desk gave us complimentary breakfast directly. We received complimentary fruit upon check-in and kids' towels and facial cleanser upon check-out. The only downside is that prices increase significantly closer to holidays, so you really need to book at least a week in advance to avoid the steep price hikes.

It's very clean. The lady at the front desk also helped to upgrade the room type for free. Because it was a working day when we went, the outdoor hot spring only had one pool open. We went downstairs and the water was still being discharged. We sat next to it and waited for a while, and a waiter said You can go down and have a drink. The service is good in all aspects. What I want to especially praise is their breakfast. It’s so delicious. The braised chicken rice noodles are not inferior to the taste of other restaurants. I really like to eat toast. I used it. The butter is also from Anjia, not some other brand. You can also ask the chef to fry the omelette one side. I have to go to pick up the food many times and it will be troublesome. I am very satisfied. The shortcoming is probably that there is a house next to it. The sound of the construction work, the bed is very comfortable, but the noise makes it difficult to sleep in. However, the house under construction should be completed soon. I will stay here next time I go to Maitreya. It is convenient to park and go shopping around.

The hotel is very convenient to go shopping and eat in the city center. The hotel has its own hot spring pool and outdoor children's water park. The equipment is quite complete and it is a newly renovated hotel. But the hotel service awareness is very lacking! The butler service provided is not open and no one takes the initiative to say. I have to go downstairs and go to the front desk to ask before I know that the housekeeper rests on the same day (PS: the hotel that provides the housekeeper service does not need to ask more, and will take the initiative to add WeChat to recommend local characteristics). The room is a projection room, and there is no remote control in the house. The equipment can't be opened. I waited 40 minutes in the room to deal with this problem. The engineer came up to deal with the problem and went up the human character ladder to deal with the projector without slippers. The mud and grass roots at my feet fell all over the bed. It is worthy of praise that Li Qiuqi (I don't know if it is the front desk or what position) accompanied the whole process when dealing with the room problem and recommended some local specialties and travel guides that are more detailed than the housekeeper.

I stayed for two nights and had a great experience. Every day, there were fresh fruits and different 'good night' drinks. Mineral water was readily available throughout the hotel, which was very convenient. The hot springs and hot stone room really helped to relieve the day's fatigue. Although I didn't get to try the swimming pool, it looked quite nice. After checking out, I was pleasantly surprised with a thoughtful farewell gift. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends.

The only fly in the ointment is that the sound insulation problem is more obvious, especially when other guests on the same floor enter and exit the room, the door is particularly loud, often a loud sound of ”cockroaches”, no warning, it is easy to be suddenly shocked. Fortunately during the day, when the night is quiet, this sound is particularly harsh, and the frequent sound of closing doors seriously affects the rest. From time to time, it will be awakened by a shock. People who sleep lightly are really a bit difficult to adapt. I hope that the hotel can make some improvements in the shock absorption and sound insulation of the door in the future, such as adding anti-collision strips, reminding guests to close the door lightly, etc., otherwise no matter how good the environment and service, it will be greatly discounted due to noise problems.

Excellent experience, truly great! It's perfect for families with kids, offering both a swimming pool and hot tubs – fantastic! My only suggestion: the hot tub temperature was way too high. I mentioned it to the staff, but it seemed to have no effect; the water actually got even hotter. I measured it at 42 degrees Celsius with my watch. I genuinely hope they can add some cold water, because otherwise, it's just too hot to get in. The slightly cooler hot tubs were packed with people, making most of them too hot to enjoy. The infinity pool, though, was absolutely perfect and highly recommended!

Maitreya Haiyun Hot Spring Hotel offers great value for money. It's conveniently located right next to Huquan Ecological Park, making it easy to get around. The public hot spring pools are clean, and the rooms are tidy. Some room types even come with private hot springs, which is a real treat. The breakfast selection is extensive, the service is warm and friendly, and parking is free. It's definitely a top choice for a relaxing hot spring getaway.

It felt like a princess's room! From the outside, it looked like a medieval castle. The small courtyard was full of artistic flair, and it was interesting to occasionally hear a few cow moos! The service was very proactive; a staff member offered to help with our luggage since there were about twenty steps at the entrance. There probably weren't many guests when we checked in, but the breakfast portions were generous. They even offered to pack a meal for one of us who was sleeping in, which was very thoughtful! Thank you to the kind lady at the restaurant – even though I didn't quite understand everything you said, I appreciate your warm introduction. Staying at the hotel meant free entry, and it was a short walk to the main scenic area. Plus, we could choose less crowded times for photos and exploring, making it relaxed and convenient! Food was also easy to find, with a 7-Eleven right in the scenic area!

The experience of this forest cabin is directly full!
