GGuest UserWe arrived quite late, coming from the Stone Forest. I had contacted the hotel beforehand, and the front desk staff were very welcoming. They held a room for us and even gave us a free upgrade to a king-size bed room. Parking was super convenient, as they have their own lot. Any needs we had after checking in were promptly and well resolved. We had a great experience. I forgot to take pictures of the room, but it was exactly as shown on the website.

The room is clean and spacious, and the whole house is smart + private soup. The privacy and experience are full! EEleanor@anuoThe room was very spacious and comfortable, with all amenities provided. The staff were very welcoming, and the hot spring bath was very relaxing, allowing us to wash away our travel fatigue. After soaking in the hot spring in the evening, the room was thoughtfully equipped with white fungus soup. Mineral water and fruit were always available in the hot spring area for guests to help themselves! The breakfast selection was very extensive, combining Chinese and Western dishes, with a good mix of meat and vegetables, catering to different tastes and age groups! Overall, this was a very cost-effective accommodation experience, and I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit Mile!

To be honest, I think it is okay to get such a room during the May Day holiday. After all, it is a national chain hotel. What I think is not right is that the hot spring water has a strong disinfectant smell. If the hot spring and swimming pool are open during normal times, it is still worth it.

BBalibaocangI booked a king-size lake view room, and the view was fantastic. The amenities were excellent; there's an outdoor swimming pool in the inner courtyard on the first floor, and indoors, a quiet reading nook that feels like a cafe. Breakfast was superb, even offering steak. The staff noticed we hadn't booked breakfast and suggested we get a Jinjiang Silver membership, which came with four breakfast vouchers. We didn't even need to use the vouchers, as the front desk gave us complimentary breakfast directly. We received complimentary fruit upon check-in and kids' towels and facial cleanser upon check-out. The only downside is that prices increase significantly closer to holidays, so you really need to book at least a week in advance to avoid the steep price hikes.

GGuest UserThe overall stay experience is still very good, the room is clean and tidy, the facilities are arranged in an orderly manner, it is comfortable to look at, the service attitude of the front desk and the room is also very good, the response is timely, the hospitality is warm, the overall feeling is intimate and thoughtful.
The only fly in the ointment is that the sound insulation problem is more obvious, especially when other guests on the same floor enter and exit the room, the door is particularly loud, often a loud sound of ”cockroaches”, no warning, it is easy to be suddenly shocked. Fortunately during the day, when the night is quiet, this sound is particularly harsh, and the frequent sound of closing doors seriously affects the rest. From time to time, it will be awakened by a shock. People who sleep lightly are really a bit difficult to adapt.
I hope that the hotel can make some improvements in the shock absorption and sound insulation of the door in the future, such as adding anti-collision strips, reminding guests to close the door lightly, etc., otherwise no matter how good the environment and service, it will be greatly discounted due to noise problems.

XXiyouxiIt's very clean. The lady at the front desk also helped to upgrade the room type for free. Because it was a working day when we went, the outdoor hot spring only had one pool open. We went downstairs and the water was still being discharged. We sat next to it and waited for a while, and a waiter said You can go down and have a drink. The service is good in all aspects. What I want to especially praise is their breakfast. It’s so delicious. The braised chicken rice noodles are not inferior to the taste of other restaurants. I really like to eat toast. I used it. The butter is also from Anjia, not some other brand. You can also ask the chef to fry the omelette one side. I have to go to pick up the food many times and it will be troublesome. I am very satisfied. The shortcoming is probably that there is a house next to it. The sound of the construction work, the bed is very comfortable, but the noise makes it difficult to sleep in. However, the house under construction should be completed soon. I will stay here next time I go to Maitreya. It is convenient to park and go shopping around.

The room itself was clean and tidy, and the front desk staff were very friendly. When I needed drinking water for the room, the staff brought it promptly. The breakfast tasted great. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Mile!

The woman at the front desk, as if I was sending her money, asked her what time to check out, it was like she was paying thousands of dollars, and she was very impatient and took the money from the quarrel just now That tone told me, I have stayed in this hotel many times. I often sleep here directly after drinking with my friends. I always check out before 9.00pm the next day. I asked casually, and I was fooled by this ghost fire green. I have stayed in many hotels in Maitreya, and I still highly recommend this one. The price/performance ratio is very good. Is it possible to replace the mineral water with Nongfu Spring? I have been using that one and I can’t drink it.
