"I like this place very much, it's like living in a forest, with towering trees and bamboo forests, beautiful scenery, birds singing and flowers blooming, clean and comfortable bedding, complete facilities, super comfortable private hot spring, and green all around when you open the curtains. The best thing is the service of Tianyi. From check-in to check-out, all the staff will take the initiative to ask about your needs. As soon as we parked our car in the parking lot, the shuttle bus arrived immediately, and there was no need to call. Any staff member we met in the hotel would take the initiative to greet and offer help. You can tell the staff at the lobby door if you have any questions, and their attitude is as sincere as spring breeze. It is a good hotel worth staying in."

"Overall, it was pretty good and very relaxing. The hotel has a photo spot similar to the one used by Zhang Gong, which is great for taking pictures. The room had an excellent view, overlooking the scenic area and the Dongfengyun kaleidoscope. Plus, the hand soap and shower gel smelled lovely. As for dining, I tried the hotel's breakfast, afternoon tea, and dinner. The afternoon tea was beautiful and perfect for photos, though a bit too sweet. The Dai-style wild fruit hotpot for dinner was very unique, but I'd suggest changing the chicken in the side dishes. Also, there weren't many entertainment options at the hotel; I only saw a pottery workshop. Luckily, on the weekend, there were drone shows and fireworks."

"This hotel stay was amazing! Initially, I was deliberating between this and other hotels inside the scenic area, but the moment I stepped through the doors, I knew I had made the best decision. This is the kind of hotel I'd want to stay at for two nights. The lobby is exquisite, and the staff were incredibly warm and even helped me switch to the main building, which I preferred – a huge thank you! 🌹 The room was spacious, and the bedding was super comfortable. As someone with germophobia, I was very satisfied with the cleanliness and hygiene of the room. The quiet environment and surrounding forest views were incredibly therapeutic; I could take deep breaths and enjoy a true forest bath. Plus, there are 16 different hot spring pools with various functions. Going for a soak both nights and being able to see the stars was truly delightful. Getting to the scenic area was also convenient with dedicated shuttle service. The breakfast was diverse and delicious, and there were even various classes offered daily, though unfortunately, I didn't have time to participate. I would definitely love to come back and stay again next time! ❤️"

Hotel guests also have the option to purchase a single-person hot spring pass, allowing unlimited access to the hot springs from 9 AM to midnight. With multiple restaurants on-site, the hotel caters to various dining preferences, offering great convenience. I would definitely choose to stay here again and recommend it to my friends."

"We chose Mile over Jianshui for a few days' relaxation primarily because we discovered the newly opened Holiday Inn there. Our five-day stay at the Holiday Inn exceeded our expectations. First off, this is a proper hotel, not one of those trendy simplified versions. What I mean is that its design and concept are genuinely geared towards providing guests with top-notch accommodation and service. The hotel boasts numerous public facilities: a bright and spacious lobby, an elegant little bar and lounge area, a kids' play corner, a starlit swimming pool, two hot spring pools with different temperatures, and a self-service laundry room. And then there's the restaurant – I absolutely have to mention it! The chef prepares a super rich breakfast every day, always with new surprises. I'm guessing the head chef is a master from Guangdong, though he told me he's from Yunnan. As for the rooms, they are large, clean, and tastefully decorated. The bed, sheets, and duvet are all high-quality. What truly reflects the hotel's quality are the in-room furnishings: the Holiday Inn has chosen truly comfortable chairs and sofas, the kind you can relax in while reading or listening to music. The most valuable asset of this hotel, however, is its entire staff. Every single person is friendly and polite, genuinely caring for each guest. A big thank you to Xiao Ji at the front desk, Nancy at the bar, KoKo at the restaurant, and the ever-present Gavin and Jennifer, along with their entire team. The hotel's location is opposite Honghe Water Village. We walked to Dahou Park every day for a stroll, visited nearby coffee shops, tried various restaurants, and after dinner, headed to Honghe Water Village to enjoy the bustling atmosphere. We are very much looking forward to staying at this hotel again next time. Highly recommend this excellent place."

"The room matched the pictures, and for two adults with two suitcases, it was adequately spacious. We stayed in room 9090. While the exterior looked a bit old, the interior was quite new and all items were clean. The toilet in the bathroom had a slight musty smell from dampness, but the bathroom did have a window and the exhaust fan was new and quite powerful, so opening everything up helped a lot. I'd especially like to commend the staff; they were all very enthusiastic and provided thorough reminders. Due to heavy rain, we stayed in our room and encountered a cleaning lady who was exceptionally kind! Since the hotel is located within a scenic area, dining options are limited to the hotel itself. For just two of us, it wasn't very cost-effective, but it would be great for a larger group as there's a BBQ option. The lake-view restaurant was a bit pricey, though the portions were generous. However, for a small group like ours wanting to try various dishes, it ended up being too expensive. Room service had a limited selection and strict timing requirements. The hotel is quite large, but if you don't have a car, you can contact the front desk for transfers, which is quite convenient. The hotel also offers scheduled shuttle services to the scenic spots, which is very handy."

"Came here for the hot springs and it didn't disappoint! The rooftop hot spring pool on the seventh floor is the highlight. You can enjoy a high-altitude panoramic view of Mile city and the sunset while soaking in the warm water – perfect for stunning photos. At night, you can also admire the city lights, which is incredibly relaxing. The pools are cleaned and refilled daily, so the water quality is excellent. After a soak, I felt completely refreshed. Being able to enjoy natural hot springs without leaving the hotel made this trip to Mile absolutely worth it!"
