"Spacious and clean. Modern industrial feel. Kid friendly. White clean fresh sheets,pillows and towels provided. Games provided good for family bonding. Convenient location. 5 min walk to jetty. Great coz we booked snorkeling trip at the nearby islands. The proximity allowed us to step out in our swimming outfits straight and then back to the apartment without having to carry change of clothes and use the public restrooms. Plenty of local food nearby, convenience stores, modern cafes such as Zus. For fastfood there's Marrybrown. All walking distance. We brought own drinking water when turned out its not necessary since there's filtered water dispensing hot, cold n normal temp water.
Only shortcoming is the stairs. It's located abv shophouse with no lift. Not suitable for wheelchair, prams or weak knees."

"We had an awesome stay over. We enjoy ourselves in the house playing board games and we went out to tapau back to eat in the house cause we really enjoy the spacious hall cause we were tired from the day activity. Love the aesthetic and the house concept. Theres 3 bathrooms suitable for 6-7px adults."

Comfortable beds n linen, request extra pillow not available.
Ac working fine
Tv not working at first..3 times try to repair..only 2 channel manage to get at last..huhu.. missed my AJL that night.. first time tv need to put password..hahaha..
Water cooler at lobby is good effort.
Staff very good.."

"The room is really a place for us to shower and sleep only because we reach Mersing at night and check out early morning so don't expect anything. You pay what you get. Price is really cheap, location is good as well because it's near to jetty. However, the hotel looks very old (but cleanliness is still acceptable). Air conditioner is well functioning, we feel very cold. Water heater is not functioning. Night time is very noisy as we can hear the sound outside."

"High cost performance, located in the central area, convenient for shopping and eating. The key is to send to the pier for free, which solves the trouble of taking luggage. Although the facilities are average but not expensive, it is worth choosing. The breakfast next to the hotel has local specialties."

AAnonymous UserThe view is very beautiful. A large area where you can do activities with the family, you can swim in the swimming pool and the sea. It's an old resort so you can't expect more. Cleanliness is ok. Friendly staff. Towels are not provided. Had to ask to get it. In the room there is a water heater and mini fridge. Shampoo & shower bath are also available. Free breakfast (8.30am-10am). Overall ok but not recommended for fussy people.

TTatianaThe hotel is modest, good for the money. Shower, water, air conditioning. iron on the floor. 20 minutes to the pier with a backpack. Also to the bus station. The staff is very friendly. They left our luggage for a couple of hours after check-out while we waited for the ferry. For my purposes - to wash myself, to spend the night, it’s very good. The city is very cozy, we walked around with pleasure. I recommend the hotel. Bus to Kuala Lumpur 43 ringit, ferry to Tioman 60 ringit one way. Plus tax 30.
